This is a Chinese rag merchant selling cheap but nasty trash, wrong sizes, poor construction and appalling marketing and customer service. They refuse to remove you from their forced sales messages and drown you in rubbish even after you request that you be removed from their list. Your orders never arrive on time and if, and that's a big if, they do, you can expect something to be wrong and no way to get a refund. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!
I have yet to receive my order. I try to ask questions on the customer service page but the answers have nothing to do with my question.

Hi everyone! I was new ordering from Shein. I am re writing this review not because they asked me to, but because it's fair. I ordered some beautiful clothes and I did not know that the mail man had taken it back to the post office. Then, I wrote a BAD rewiew. Then, I got an email from Shein the next day and he was helping me and kept me informed of where my package was. Sometimes, we just have to be patient and understand the situation. When I went to the USPS I had other packages from other places as well
One of my nieces loooved my clothes from Shein and ordered some already. The material is very good and way more affordable than any other store. I'm sorry, for the negative experience I posted, but Shein is a reliable and affordable place and has beautiful stuff for everyone. Thank you Shein and I will order more for my family now. This place just Sucks. Says shipped from Carson, CA over three weeks ago. Probably coming from china. Can't cancel order since they immediately mark order as shipped from Carson the day you order. No way at all to actually contact customer service. Another SCAM Chinese site. This is the third time I've been had by chinese sellers this year. I am so done with anything from china. (if at all possible)

I placed an order a month ago, I received a confirmation saying that my package was "shipped and in route" 3 weeks ago. That was the last update that I've gotten other than "USPS is still awaiting your package". I tried to get my money back and cancel my order but they refused a refund. I don't even think I'm getting my package at this point.

I ordered $170 worth of items on April 11, and I have not received anything. The tracking information they provide is not the same information coming from USPS. I tried to contact them live chat, and the answers are all preprogrammed, it is not live at all. I was told it would take 21 to 33 days extra because of COVID, however it is past that time as well. If I do not receive my items this week, I will be contacting my bank for a fraudulent payment from them. I will NEVER order from them again, and do not advise anyone else to.

My order qualified for express shipping so of course i took it. I live in manitoba canada and i Ordered on april 22 and its now may 11 and it says its getting delivered as soon as i pay the 33$ fee. Extra fees are on the fine print so make sure you read it!

They send spam almost every day, even though I "unsubscribe" and confirm it, with every message. I can't go to my account settings and unsubscribe that way, or else it is a maze that is impossible to find. So, if you buy just one thing from SHEIN, be prepared for spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, spam, baked beans, spam, spam, spam and spam.

I ordered a package that was never shipped. They falsified tracking numbers to charge my card. I was told in order to receive a refund I would need to refuse the package upon delivery. Anyone know how to refuse an invisible package?

Shein was fine until my February order. I have written so many times to the support team no luck. My order has been stucked at the airport for almost 3 months now. At the time I made the order the borders were open. And now they are open again, but the order is still at the airport and was never handed over to flights coming to south Africa. I spent over 200 on homeware almost 3 months ago and only received 3 table mats which were about 1 each and made of paper so had to be binned.

Honestly i dont know wtf! I ordered in mid april and all it shows is that it was shipped with is a total lie. I used the usps tracking and it shows still at shipping location. Though I read many bad reviews on shein's customer service, I am actually quite impressed. I've had to reach out to customer service twice, once about a tariff issue and one about a defective item. Both times the customer service reps gave good information and was very helpful.
I had to give it only 4 stars because I did have to pay tariffs to get the order to Canada. However shein was able to compensate half of the amount which is better than nothing. I dont know much about tariffs and I don't think it was shein a fault that I got charged, it was just disappointing regarding how much I already spent.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
