I have placed several orders with SheIn and every time I received my shipments within a reasonable time frame. For the most part there clothing is decent and sometimes fantastic quality. Especially for the low price tag. I have only ever received 1 item where the quality was not so great. To tell you the truth I would purchase from SheIn before I ever would Fashion Nova again. Shein's quality is better and half the price. They also always give coupons and issue points. I purchased 18 items for a total of $204 tonight and after applying my points and coupon I only paid $157. Now that's a deal I can get with!
I've ordered several packages since mid April, two of which have arrived. Three have tracking info that says they've either reached their destination facility in the US or are on a flight, and they've been like that for the better part of a month. When I reached out to customer service, I was told Fedex hasn't picked up the packages yet and so I'd have to contact them. When I contacted Fedex they said they only have a shipping label, and the package was supposed to be coming from within the US. I want some sort of accountability. I need a refund because my package NEVER ARRIVED and NOBODY KNOWS WHERE IT IS.
I have read that SHEIN is trusted web site, but now I'm not sure it is. I didn't receive an update for a while. What is going on with my items? Where are they? I have checked users reviews on other web sites! People write that shein web site states delivered when it's not! I feel like it's happening with me now!

Placed an order on April 19th, on April 29th status updated to "Order shipped!" Its now May 21st and no update. I have submitted a service request twice now and just keep getting same run around that shipping takes longer due to Covid. At this rate the items I ordered for my daughter wont even fit her by the time they get here. We will never order from here again. I was leery to begin with but my daughter talked me into it. I should have listened to my gut.

Their customer service is the worse. Do not enter their giveaways, they just give you invalid codes and tell you too bad.

I've written to Customer Service twice now. Even though I currently live in Austria, I am sending my correspondence in English - but I'm receiving all replies in German. I completely understand and am super sympathetic to the whole COVID issue and I know I chose to buy from this website, HOWEVER, even when the site said that it would take an additional 4 days of processing, it took 9! Now, way over a month later, I am still waiting for my package and the tracking hasn't changed. Perhaps it's never even left the facility - who am I to know? Now I'm waiting, incredibly frustrated.

Been a month still haven't gotten my package and on their page it says delivered. There is no customer service number to call them either.

Eventhough its based in China, in the US its illegal to alter reviews and also have a bribe to encourage positive reviews. There is no reason why you read negative reviews mentioning defective, cheap, came damaged, and they have a 5 star rating. Some of these reviews mention they give an item 2stars and on top it says 5. Also, don't get there clothes if you have actual breasts. All clothes in plus are for Bs and Cs, not DDDs

I placed an order on May 3 and on May 7 it says in United states facility... No more updates after that. I had birthday gifts in this order and i spent over $360 on one order. I order from this company at the end of April. It took forever for my package to ship. My card was charged twice! On top of that now it is taking my package weeks to get to me. I am in Jersey and My package has been sitting in Queens New York over 3 days! I will never order from here AGAIN!

Got a few pjama bits from Shein before, sizes come up extremely small. Ordered more and they seemed ok. Ordered a strapless playsuit that i liked, i got the size up just incase, it came and within having it on for an hour the elastic around the chest snapped literally from me sitting down. If anything the playsuit was too big (size 10) so there was no reason for this to happen. Ordered the same one again to see if it was just unlucky, same thing happened again just from sitting in the car. Cheap $#*! quality stuff. Wouldnt buy from them again

I ordered 5 bathing suits may 5. It says the package has shipped, if you track it, it says it's at a warehouse and was sterilized. That was may 8th. Ten days later they still haven't updated it. I have no idea when or if I'll ever get my package. And if you try to contact customer service it's automated and no help. I'll never make an order again. And I don't understand because a friend of mine got hers in a week with no issue.

Shien is a great brand to shop for fashion. It has variety in all kinds of clothing. Some products that I like were not available in the size I required.

The sizes are not true to size not even close. You can't really track your shipment and it took them 2 weeks longer than they said it would. They're so cheap feeling and on top of that they came to me broken!

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands
Answer: Hi SHEIN takes about 2 to 3 weeks if your from the uk or USA and Ive order a few things from and the clothes are amazing Im from the uk but if youre from any where else it might take longer
Answer: Do not waste your money on this website, they are very disrespectful, and they do not help their customers. It was one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
Answer: My order took four to five weeks. The clothes weren't at all how they looked online either.
Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
