I am a first time customer and made sure to read the return policy before purchasing. I let my fourteen year old pick out swimsuits. She chose four and we hoped one would work. We received order in a timely fashion, and also, they were in good quality. However, when we went to return the swimsuits that didn't fit, they were marked unreturnable and a link to the return policy was available. It read you can not return swimsuits as well as Lingerie, jewelry, etc.
I knew I would NOT have purchased at all if I had read this statement, so I went back to the original page and read the return policy. You had to scroll down to the heading " How to do a return" to Actually see that they will not except swimsuits back. This is very misleading! As a New customer you would only naturally just read the return policy and not scroll down to the next page on a phone to a heading that reads" how to do a return"
My daughter and I placed the order because it read free returns for first time buyers and, due to the fact the police stated they accept returns!
We will NEVER purchase from this site again!
I also agree the customer service department is a joke.

Horrible company. The tracking updates keep changing everyday and then suddenly disappears. I don't know what's happening with my order. It's been over 20 days and I still haven't got any updates. Worst company ever. I am still waiting on 2 orders. Don't know if they will ever arrive. I tried Shein for the first time and I am so disappointed. Shein Canada is the worst. Stay away from them. Wasted over $100. Wish I could give them a zero rating.

I ordered nearly $300 worth of clothing from SHEIN on May 10th, it's nearly June and no updates. Yesterday the tracking info said it was in Canada and somehow today it's removed that bit? So is it not in Canada anymore? Messaged customer service but as you've all said customer service is a robot. Generic messages unrelated to issues. If I had have known it was going to take this long I would have ordered from a different retailer. I was hoping to wear these clothes in summer but at this rate they'll come for fall. Or never.

Ordered 10 items and paid for shipping insurance. Got an email a day later saying the package has been shipped. It went from somewhere in china on 23 May and said would be delivered in Baltimore on 28 May but surprise it's been in the same city in Japan for 3 days in transit'. This site has no customer care number. Emails went unanswered and chat agent said it was FedEx's fault. Well FedEx in the US didn't even have this package nor that number! Big scammers. I want a refund but they're not even issuing that.

I just placed an order a few days ago.My order was around $126 and i forgot that i was elligible for $10 discount code if you spend more than $109. I was also elligible for a $15% discount if i spent more than $99 which i did and i did not use that either. Is there any way someone can contact me and give me that portion as a refund. This site seems ridiculous not to have a phone number to contact or a proper customer service email. I can see all the complaints below and this will probably be the last time i order from Shein if my order takes a long time to arrive. My order number is GSHMY*******DJ. I placed an order the 26th said it was being processed checked again this morning said I never placed an order so I called the only number I could find online and someone saying he was the senior supervisor was extremely rude and in professional I told him I never received my email comfimation or order number he said I was a liar I asked to be transferred to someone else that wasn't rude he said he was the only one and I must not speak English then hung up on me I was born and raised in the USA I speak and understand English better than he does since he was not even in America where is my money or my tracking number for my items!

I ordered material worth over 6,000 for my daughters birthday and I was given a delivery date. They said they do orders to green and orange zones and I'm in a green zone. In over 2
Days I have received no information from there about delays or anything. Today I manage to get a person on call after several attempts and hours of pressing option 2 to stay on the queue and I get a person who says it will take 15 working days or more to arrive and when I asked for status he had nothing and was exceedingly rude and said let me just cancel your order then. Exactly what the economy needs now - rude support staff who want to say no to business!

Do not shop here I placed a order and can not return it nor can a get a refund via paypal this company is a scam when I login to my account it showing no order has ever been placed but they took money out of my account all I want is my money back!

My wife and daughter ordered swimsuits. The swimsuits arrived, but one of the tios has a defective clasp. Unfortunately going in the trash because it cannot be exchanged. We will never puchase form them again and advise others the same.

Extremely dissapointed with SHEIN, they used to be good but now they're not worth the trouble. My parcel (DHL tracking number: *******576) was shipped on 6th of December and I'm writing this review on the 24th and still the last update is "package shipped"! First of all, there is only one shipping option for my country and that is $24,90 "express" shipping but there's nothing express about it! They do not offer free standard shipping (so I can at least know why the bloody hell am I waiting for so long, instead silly me expected to get the service I paid good money for), and the prices of items, not only are they the most expensive for my country but also keep going up without their service getting better! For comparison: in Japan, an item that costs $3 in international SHEIN you'd pay about a dollar for. AND they get free express shipping AND the parcel arrives in 4-6 days! EXTREMELY UNFAIR! Customer Support was not supportive whatsoever.

I ordered three separate packages-- the first on May 3rd, the second on May 6th, and the third on May 13th. The second one arrived today. The first is STILL at the local courier facility and the third has been "shipped" for two weeks now. I'm very dissatisfied with their shipping system and am waiting for literally any update. If you can't give me my packages, at least give me a refund.

Reading some of the mixed reviews just wanted to put my two cents in, i have ordered from Shein 3 times so far and have yet to be disappointed in quality or sizing (dresses, bathing suits, lingerie, jewelry). Unfortunately, due to the pandemic shipping is taking much longer ( i can't say how fast it was before pandemic because i only started shipping once it started lol) but i want to confirm for others it can take about 3 weeks to receive and I am in the US. Just be patient guys, you won't be sorry! Yes i gave up on contacting somebody, seems they literally have EVERYthing automated. I cant complain for the price that I pay. Happy Shopping!
I bought work out clothes and a toothpaste/brush holder and to my disappointment looks like after 5 wash it will be worn out. I can't even set up the toothpaste inside the holder. For the price better buy from Suzy or any local brands in Canada on sale. Maybe I can use the leggings once in a while during summer but the rest did not fit. Ordered medium looks fits like small.

Things take way too long to arrive. I ordered 2 things may 12th and they're still not here from reading reviews receiving has been a main issue. The usps tracking and shein tracking they do not update from what my sister found out, so I can't even go off of that.

I have been waiting 2 months for my parcel.
I have been given the option to get a refund or further wait for parcel to get shipped. I've decided to get the refund. Now the reply I get is that I cannot get refund anymore.
How can you offer it to me and then a few days later it is not an option anymore!

By far the worst site in History. Placed a order April 23,2020. Supposedly shipped May 10,2020 today is now May 24,2020 and I still haven't received my package from California. FedEx says they don't have it. I have received other packages from China that I ordered after this. Full of $#*! website. Never again! Customer Service only apologizes and give you a standard message that doesn't even go with you email you sent. It seems they can't read English. I wish I could give no stars because 1 is to many.

I ordered 4 things by myself, and my sister ordered some other stuff at the same time. After ordering and paying for all my stuff, I find out 5 days later that the item I bought was sold out? I was told that I would get the money returned so that I could buy more stuff on the website, but that's not what I asked for. I think that it was very unprofessional and I should not have been able to buy it if it was sold out. Although this mishap happened, everything else went smoothly. 3/5...

I ordered an item with a coupon I had gotten from SHEIN. I've been a loyal customer and they still couldn't help me with an even exchange. I had asked if I would get an exchange before sending it in and they told me yes. I check the return and I'm only getting back what I had pay and not the part of the coupon which is about more than 90 percent of the purchase. They told me to purchase the item again without an even exchange and they couldn't do anything about it.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
