I am writing because I would like to open a dispute with Shein as soon as possible.
I purchased $288.48 worth of items on May 6th, 2020 with no sign of my package yet. I have contact Shein several times through two forms of contact: Instagram and through the Shein App. Each time that I sent an inquiry regarding my order, I am given an automated response through social media and the Shein App which tells me to contact the shipper (FedEx). I have contacted FedEx several times and FedEx has informed me that they do not have the package. In fact, Shein still has possession of the package. Shein keeps telling me through their automated systems that the package has not reached the United States, which is false.
I even had to open an additional ticket through the Shein after Shein INVOLUNTARILY closed my original ticket after I told them NOT TO. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding Shein.

I placed five orders, many for whom I had to wait OVER A MONTH to receive. When it came down to it, the orders were returned saying "Address incomplete". How can they make the same mistake FIVE times.
I had to follow up myself and find out why it was returned, and how I could get my package back. Shein didn't have the decency to do that for me.
What's more, although their babies clothes & shoes soft material and cute, the adult clothes are often transparent and material is cheap.

They have great clothes but really bad costumer service I left them 2 email about an enquire they never responded and the live chat doesn't even answer your questions properly

I have received the items that were very poor in quality and size unfit, much larger than the size ordered. Worst of all, I have asked the customer service for return, they said there is no door to door pick up you have to send by urself via post which would cost around the same price of items. Above all their compensation was few points added. Very bad customer service that do not answer directly and they don't even know how to deal with customers. Very bad quality of clothes that can't wear outside the house, this is how bad they were. Will never ever shop from SHEIN again.
I've bought stuff for 100$, found out that I have to pay 35$ EXTRA FOR CUSTOMS!
NEVER GONNA BUY FROM IT AGAIN.

During this pandemic I expected delays. I was ready and patient for a month before I got in contact with customer service. I ordered my items on April 29th, it got into the US on the 10th of May and has since sat in whatever a "local courier facility" is. I contacted them once and they told me they weren't able to track anything anymore or help me. On the 28th of May, I contacted them for a second time. They then GUARANTEED it would be here by the 4th of June, over a month later. Well, the 4th of June has passed and I still have not gotten my $#*!. Unacceptable and the customer service is not responding to me. This has put me off ever shopping here again.

I ordered 7 items. The last update was that it had been shipped on 23 February. FEBRUARY. We are in June. No one responds to me and I still have not received my package.

I placed an order before May 13th and it is now June 5th. My items stayed at the same facility for multiple days and then all of a sudden I stopped getting specific tracking info and it just started that my package was in transit and on its way to another facility. The original expected delivery date was June 3rd. I have received no updates on my items' location since. I received an email saying my shipment was delayed and that I was issued 200 points for compensation, worth ONLY TWO DOLLARS. After this experience, the only way I'd ever consider buying from them again is if the quality outweighs the shipping fiasco and poor customer service. If it's flimsy material, they're not even worth the struggle or the wait.

I made a purchase about a month ago and knew there would be delays due to covid but I was happy because I needed some basics for summer. I was watching the delivery progress and noted it was in my city but then there was an issue with my address. The next thing I know, it is being 'returned to sender'. I called Canada post and they told me it's because they forgot to put my apartment number and there's nothing they can do. I checked my address on my account and my confirmation e-mail and both list my apartment number. So I contacted Shein and they were very unhelpful. They suggested a refund or if I wanted, I could get the items but it might take a very long time. I told them I'd take a refund and suggested I should get a discount or a coupon and they basically told me they'd give me 2 Canadian dollars. Originally I had asked if they could just resend the items I purchased immediately but they either ignored what I asked or pretended they didn't understand. I am disappointed mainly because I waited a month for nothing and Shein doesn't care at all that it was their mistake and they were very unhelpful. But on the other side, there's a ton of places just like this where I can spend my money. Shein won't be getting anymore.

My parcel has been sitting on a FedEx truck since May 21st. They update everyday saying customer is not available. But have not attempted to deliver my parcel at all. I tried to get a refund from Shein with no luck. I tried reaching out to FedEx with no luck also. I just want my money back.

I spent almost $100 placed my order on the 22 of May. It was supposed to arrive on June 1 but Fedex still hasn't received it. Like many of the other reviews on here the last update was Package sterilization complete and that it shipped. But Fedex still doesn't have it. Very disappointed in this company. If I spent that much it should have been shipped already and on it's way to me. Or at least let me know why it's delayed.

My order is delayed. I've tried and tried to contact them asking and have received one reply that basically said "it's been shipped and it will be updated in 5-7 business days." Their shipping notices indicates 21-33 to receive and order. June 1,2020 is day 33. Package arrived at the local sorting facility May 10 and has not moved. Live chat doesn't work and they haven't replied when I explained that they didn't answer my question and asked again where my package is. Will never, ever order from them again. Customer service means you use real people to engage with your customer... not a bot on your webpage

Placed two orders Before Lockdown. Both prepaid. One of 5027, other of 937. Delivery, as understood is delayed. Cancelled both. Got a Refund of the 937 right away. All the drama is going on with the bigger amount of 5027. First they text me refund can't be processed back to the source, which is Gpay! How did they refund the lesser amount! Provided account details as they demanded. No progress yet, now I receive a message mentioning If everything goes well I'll receive the refund. 7 bloody hells! What is this so lottery going on? My money is literally being stolen. Ridiculous Support/ Service. Dishonesty at it's peak. These sites should never be prepaid.

I ordered on May 10th, on May 17th it said my package 'United States Arrived at the Local Facility' and has been stuck there since. That's ridiclious. I should have my clothing by now. Other people who ordered in the last two weeks got their orders but people who orders in April and the first week or so of May have not gotten theirs.

I ordered on May 3rd and, they stopped updating my tracking on may 8th. I waited a week nothing, i emailed, they never responded and then i also tried customer service which wasn't even a real person just an automatic message. It has been 22 days and still no update or items received;(

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
