I placed an order April 14th, 2020. It claims to have shipped April 30th, but has not changed status since. To this day, it still says "pre-shipment". It is June 17th, 2020. Not only would they not give me a refund, they had the audacity to email me, "would you please give us a little time?" How long is a little time? 6 months? Yeah no. So I opened a case with my bank and they disputed it right away. If they would have handled the situation better I would not be writing this.
I will Never Order from this Site again. My teenage daughters recommended this site. Some information on the shipping address was incorrect. I recieved and email from DHL advising me of the problem, I then responded back to the email with correct address. I spoke with DHL and the stated that they contacted the shipper which is connected to your company and they told them to destroy the packages. My question was why would they destroy the packages without contacting the customer. $146.00 went down the drain just like that with no explaination. This was a big mistake

Order placed two months ago nothing updated on tracker in a month. No updates since shipped. Very poor customer service it's just automatic robot answers. Very disappointed.

I am so frustrated with this company. It took forever to receive the package. I had problems with my order. The swim suits don't fit well and in small print, they say swimsuits are not returnable. Horrible company. Great method of scamming people!

Received in time, but I was very disappointed with the quality and the sizes (very large). I tried many times to contact them to get a refund, but I never succeed, so I gave up! And I gave the brand new clothes to charity!

I recently signed up for the emails and text messages for sales and discounts... shortly after almost every account i have got hacked or detected some type of suspicious log in. 99% of the accounts i have got hacked including my instagram, amazon, ps4 account etc... multiple people have had this issue. I had to change all of my passwords to every account that is linked to my email and phone number. Be careful

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Size metrics very bad. How they opt this for measurement God knows. I have ordered 2 trousers n the size is to tight dats Y I wanted to return n then order in medium size but. Apart from dat they r telling my address doesn't fall under the pickup service then they need to provide another option for dat is also not provided by them.Don't know why they r making full to the customer. Might be they r not thinking for long run bzns. Anyway kindly provide good service otherwise shut the bznz.

My package has "been at the local courier" according to the Shein site since May 24th. FedEx is still showing Estimated delivery pending and that just a label has been created but they have not received the package. I actually got a response from Shein on Instagram and they're putting all responsibility on FedEx, saying they're experiencing delays. They also said my estimated delivery date is June 15 which is Monday (no idea where they got this information from), it's currently Saturday and my package has yet to arrive at FedEx so clearly that Monday delivery date is inaccurate. They also said in the message that I should give an additional 2-5 business days after the estimated delivery date... in other words what they're saying is all a bunch of nonsense. The FedEx site says the package will be shipping from California, I am in Florida, however I have received other packages via FedEx from California from other companies with no delay. I have ordered from Shein in the past and got my packages in a fairly timely manner but this is ridiculous. They're just passing the buck and putting the blame on FedEx... I believe Shein is quickly marking packages as shipped so people are not able to cancel and request refunds (my order was placed May 13th and marked as shipped on May 14th) however they're not actually shipping items for weeks after they claimed they have. There's really no other explanation or excuse for such long delays when the items are supposedly already in the US. It does not take 22 days for a package that is supposedly at a carrier in California to get to Florida. It is also disgusting that they're using the Covid situation as an excuse and to their advantage to cover up their bad business practices. At this point I will never purchase from Shein again and will advise everyone I know not to either. I don't even want these items anymore and would just like a refund. My next step is contacting my bank and filing a dispute.

I ordered several items that said they were not returnable. However, they sent the wrong size - not the size I ordered for one of the items. Since it's not a returnable item, I can't get any help returning this even though it is their mistake. Not happy.

The minute I put on the necklace I purchased it broke. I have found no way to contact them about it. They have very poor customer service. Also the clothes were poor quality and did not fit right. I would like a replacement for the broken necklace. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE.

I've been trying for three days to have my account deleted. The website's link to Account Security where you're supposed to be able to do that only takes you to another product page. The "live" chat is a bot that directs you to the nonexistent Account Security page. Forget trying to get them on Facebook; I've spent the last two and a half days going round and round with someone who clearly doesn't understand English. I've told them three times to delete my account, and they keep asking me for the order number of the item I want to return. If I have to take legal action, I guess that's what I'll do.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
