I ordered 2 shirts from Shein about 3 weeks ago. After placing my order I decided to check out the reviews, they weren't too great and I immediately started to worry. That changed today when I received my order. The shirts were individually packaged in a nice slide lock bag and the quality of the t-shirts was really good, they were soft and the print was not that cheap screen print feel. The blue shirt with the flowers was cut a little short, I would get the next size up next time, but the oversized white shirt was perfect, I'm an xs and I ordered xs. I will definitely order from here again.
All the orders were shipped back to china from India. Its horrible we paid for all & we purchased the insurance your insurance should have sent our packages to our door step. We will never forgive

I ordered 27 items (15 jewelry and 12 clothing) from Shein. Several weeks later, I received a delivery and 7 of my clothing items (the most expensive items) were missing. Customer service is nonexistent and the website claims everything was delivered. Not the case. I need my items or a refund!

Most of the items my daughter ordered were too large. One item sent she didn't even order. Return policy says swimsuits are not returnable so I'm stuck with them. Took forever to find a customer service phone number that went directly to voicemail. Tried using the chat function and it's just a bot so all I got was run around the computer loop. BUYER BEWARE! Don't order from them.

Worst shopping experience ever. Item I received was several sizes too small and not great quality. I paid the shipping cost to return it and they didn't even give me a full refund for the cost of the item. They refunded me $10 for an item that cost $19.00 - terrible. The cost to return was almost that much, so I'm out almost $25.00 - just disgraceful. I should have just given the jacket away to someone. An expensive lesson learned, never to be repeated!
Update - after seeing my review the company decided to refund me the $9.00, so now I'm only out the shipping and return shipping costs. It wouldn't be so bad if it was my error but to label a small jacket "large" is completely their error. Anyway, I was happy to get the $9.00 but still wouldn't order here again.

They offer praying matts and have the audacity to Sell them as carpets to place inside bathrooms. Mind you, I know the difference; one has mosque minbar or Islamic holy sites woven in the center, the other is simply floral. They don't properly label it, so people will buy them as accessories for their pets to $#*! on. It's like buying a Cross to itch with your $#*!. Its disgusting and disrespectful.

I ordered 16 items and only received 6 of them, I called FedEx and they said they have no other outgoing packages from SHEIN for me, and I was only provided with the one tracking number, and because SHEIN had no human representatives I can talk to, I'm basically out of $80. So thanks for that I guess.

I placed an order on May 31st. I then proceeded to cancel my order. Initially, I was refunded and the money was place back into my account. Immediately afterwards my card was recharged for the entire order and the international shipping fee. I assumed my order had shipped. Well that was over a month ago. I've contacted customer service via "Live Chat" and received literally no help. Completely useless. This company is negligent and a complete FRAUD. Be careful.

I ordered from Shein at the Beginning of May. It was due to be shipped June 18th. I track the package, all is good. By June 22nd i'm like. Ok where are you? It says it's arrived to USPS distribution center. And now it's being returned to sender! I tried to contact customer support. Their number doesn't work. I emailed them. No word back. Now I'm $100 short with nothing to show for it. I'm convinced Shein isn't an authentic site. I suppose this is what I get for going the cheap route and supporting a sweatshop. :(

Ordered 3 shirts, waited over 2 months. Tried tracking and finally waited during a 1 hour conversation to have them say... oh we can resend, be another 16 weeks. Didn't have same card I used to purchase and they didn't even say sorry until I said how they didn't even apologize. Then they said sorry that you were inconvenienced. Not a word to make it right. Money spent and no clothes. Buyer beware!

I processed a return on June 12th and took the return to USPS on June 13th but have yet to receive a refund for my items. Although the Pitney Bowes tracking says that the package has yet to reach the facility, each day, the est delivery date to the facility is pushed one day further. This is ridiculous as the package absolutely should have reached the facility by now, and I should have been credited already. I would like an immediate refund for the items I have returned.
There isn't even a customer service phone number on their website. Due to the horrible customer service, I will never be shopping here again, and I will warn my friends to stay away as well

The swimsuit I bought was too small and I waited too long to get itI can't decide a more suitable size through their size chart. I spent a lot of time to connect their human sevices but it just give the size chart.So I won't recommand it to others.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
