Update to my review: they contacted me right away after I posted my initial review only to do NOTHING. Didn't fix the issue and only reached out to make it look like they have customer service. Also a heads up the product is real bad, colors bleed, fit is off, poor quality.
I ordered a bunch of things from their website. Once I got the order I realized that the sizing is completely off. I spoke with multiple customer service reps who were not cooperative at all and didn't want to accept the return. One of them just left the conversation half way!
Final thought, I'm never shopping there again and telling all my friends so. They might have saved 20 bucks on me but they are going to lose hundreds on me spreading the word to my friends. So disappointed! Worst shopping ever!
Shein is the best clothing store that has existed since I know it is already my only option to buy everything from accessories clothes shoes, everything for kitchen and now I will buy things for I dog is called crazy, I have recommended so many people that already everyone has their own account in shein and thanked me, are the best we love never change P. Whenever i used the bathroom i noticed that my WHITE SHORTS had a red stain. I thought maybe i had started my period. Then i noticed when i wiped there was red. It was the dye of the panties! Never will buy from here again. They don't have any place to put bad reviews on their site of course.

Shein is crap, cheaply made and falls apart after 24 hours. Save your money, when you buy their crap its like flushing your money down the toilet. My daughter ordered a bunch if their junk and it literally fell apart. Forever 21 is 10x better then Shein, such junk. Embarrassing for them

Although they have taken down their swastika necklaces from their site, they sold them! Do not order from Shein unless you support the swastika. Unfortunately I'm sure there are people that do, and they will continue to give their business to this company. There is no negative star rating so I had to select one.

They sell swastika necklaces and Muslim prayer mats that they rebrand as "rugs". Do not buy from here, they're a racist, anti Semitic awful awful company that should be put out of business. It's also so cheap that they definitely use slave labor or something horrible.

Okay. For a long time I've known their clothes are hit or miss (most often miss.) So despite low prices I don't trust or buy anything from them anymore. But I just saw in their jewelry they have swatstika necklaces. SWATSTIKAS. What the actual ****? Whether or not you're jewish (I'm not) this is a hate symbol that should not be tolerated. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere that doesn't promote hate. Try H&M. Try Forever21. Similar prices, better customer service, and again... no swatstikas.

The 3 bathing suits I bought didn't fit. I tried them on wearing my own panties still, plus there is the plastic strip. Everyone does the same thing in a store if trying on. It's absurd they won't let you return as long as the strip is in tact.

After my review, I received an email and received my package just two days later. I had customer service put a request to UPS to send my package immediately :)
Horrible! I had two orders places on June 22.20 and the one order GSHM7X00B000NLK I haven't received. This order was given a tracking number by UPS and I've contacted them and they haven't received anything other than a shipping label created. Advised I need to contact shein but no customer service? How do you contact a company with BOTS and have them help you to resolve an issue? The other I placed GSHM7Y00T0008P5 was delivered by Canada post with no problem! I've never had an issue with the two years I've been ordering here! Never! The one time I get UPS and i don't get my package. It says it's in Toronto and it's been cleared by customs same as the previous order but that got picked up by Canada post. Please help! I just want my package or I'll have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge since UPS said they can't do anything.
