SHEIN robbed me $150 on a package I didn't receive. I did what they told me to do, andstill nothing.
I was very hesitant to order from them after reading so many negative reviews. Thankfully, I gave it a try! I received my order in 8 days. The quality of items (2 swimsuits, 2 straw bags, and a dress) is pretty good! I didn't like how the dress fits me and Shien gave me a credit for it without me having to return it. Swimsuits are true to size. I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them. Also, you can't beat the price!
I made several purchases with no problems and then they stopped refunding me for my purchases. They owe me $100.

I enjoy shopping on this website. However, it takes a few weeks to get here and you don't really get updates on where your order is exactly. Another than that, the clothes has a good price for what you get and it's very affordable.

Hi can someone help me, I ordered 2 items 1 dress and 1 heels. They canceled my order first because of the order confirmation so I ordered same item again. When the parcel came they bring 2 orders both same size and items. I love the heels but the dress is too big for me. Im looking for email or phone number because I only want to return the 2 dress. I cant do it on their return policy. Please someone help me because I will not use both dress.

My daughters places ordered from Shein on June 2nd, there was no indication that they would need to pay a high Duty fees to have the parcel cross the border, when notified about the charge I refused the parcels and they were therefore returned to Shein the first week of July, We are now 1 month into the waiting process for a refund with still no reply from Shein and no refund given, I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue... their customer service is the worst of the worst, sincerely one pissed off Mother

Product quality is super poor, long waiting for delivery. Quite difficult to return items, I didin't received all the money I asked o refund, even though I send all the items back. Never going to shot here again :) Woudn't suggest you as well.

I ordered $170 for clothes, I payed for the amount. I didn't see any message after I payed for the clothes. When the clothes got delivered I had to pay extra of $28.81 for Import Duty and Tax invoice which was not mentioned on the website when I ordered the clothes. The price looked good but there was an additional cost hiding behind it. This is cheating and I never looked at this website ever again. This is my first order and is last too. If there is 0 star, I will give 0 to the Shein. Shein should clearly metion extra cost to customers on the website.

I placed an order back at the end of may and still have not received my order. You cannot talk to anyone. Customer service is a robot that just gives you the same info you already know. This is ridiculous don't order from them. You will waste your money.

I can't get anyone to contact me on my order. I've been on the site to request a update on my order that I purchase on May 30,2020. Their reason for the delate is Covid19. That's far from the truth because if you are not the show you can get your order soon ad July 18,2020. Why is that you can purchase something in this month and get it in a few weeks. I have seen shein advertisements everywhere, even the famous Tik tokers are promoting the site. So obviously I had to see what all the hype was about and try it myself. I was very disappointed with the results. My dresses were wayyy to short, the fabric on all my clothes was terrible. I'm a pretty easy shopper, I like almost everything I try on. But I only liked 1/11 items from my order. Then on top of that, they make returns a NIGHTMARE. So difficult to get ahold of people, I received the same response multiple times giving unclear instructions. The whole process sounded so complicated and annoying that I gave up on even trying to return my items. Would not recommend this site :(

I shipped back some returns on June 26,2020. USPS states that the item has been delivered to the returning agent and I check on the shein website and still haven't gotten a refund. They don't state or update that my return is their possesion. I spent over $100 and am afraid I won't get the money back now because their clothing quality is crap. Never buying from SHein ever again.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
