I am beyond disgusted with shein. I bought an over sized jumper and it was not at all oversized it also smelt like chemicals. I also bought heels and they were squished when i got them i cannot even walk in them, they also smelt disgusting, i don't recommend shein its a disgrace
I think the quality of clothing has decreased with its popularity. Only few clothing are the original quality. I don't mind paying much if it's better quality instead of low quality and cheap price.

Everything that ive ordered has fit perfectly, and was exactly what I expected. I tell EVERYONE I can to shop at Shein!
Ordered over $100 worth of clothes on June 20 and was told my order would be in by July 13. It's July 28 and my tracking info hasn't even been updated since July 2. Company took over 5 days to respond to my complaint with a standard computerized response. Offered me TWO dollars worth of points on their website for my "troubles" after sending two more additional complaints. Ended up having to have the order reshipped and it still hasn't come in. Save your money- buy elsewhere!

I placed an ordered back on the first week of July. I bought summer clothing swim suits for me and my daughter, dresses, and other summer items for our July 22nd vacation and today is July 27th and I still haven't received my items. They blamed it on the shipping company which is USPS but yeah they still using the same company. I went to them and they said they don't have any package from Shein for me. Horrible! Last time I get stuff from Shein.

If I could give a negative stars, I would. Don't order from this company. The clock for returns start on the day you order your product, not when it is shipped or received. They took ten days to process my order, and another 10 days to deliver it to me then refused my return because I was 4 days over their time limit. I have 9 items that I wanted to return, reached out to SHEIN via customer service email several times and never heard a word back. I will donate the items to charity and NEVER EVER buy another thing from this company.

I just lost about 16 dollars because the returned merchandise never made it to Shein.com. I called their customer support number to see if they could contact USPS with the tracking number to track the package. Shein, com never responded. Now Paypal says there is no evidence from the seller that I should expect a refund. I suggested PayPal to remove Shein.com form their list of providers (sellers).

I guess they saw the negative review and wanted to pretend that they care. They direct messaged me about it and I replied and they proceeded to ignore me just like they did on Twitter. Issue is still not resolved and it's been over a month now.

I was trying to place an order on their website and it wouldn't accept a credit card which I have since used several times with other vendors and wouldn't specify the problem. The problem was with their website, as VISA told me they couldn't even see that a transaction had been attempted. I tried to submit a customer service ticket about it and got a bogus alert "cannot send ticket, poor connection." Tried to tweet/DM them. They just said "we'll get to you as soon as possible" and never heard from them again. This was TWO WEEKS ago. And this is how bad their service is when all I'm trying to do *is give them my money and business!* Can you imagine having an actual customer service challenge and needing answers?!

Placed an order and never got an email confirmation for the purchase. When trying to log in it says i have no account with them. Emailed them asking if my order is processed, never got a reply. Thankfully my order arrived. But now it is a pain on a neck to return 2 items, since my order does not exist in their system. Again noone replied to my email, chat is useless. As per return policy they provide return label for first return. But how to print label for non existing order? Is there anybody there to actually provide a customer service?

Its almost been a month now, shein app is not working i m unable to track my order plus shein customer service is worse, they are not even responding. I mailed them many times but they just send the machine generated mail in response which didn't answers to my question and shein links are not even working, i also msgs them many times on social media handles but they didn't resolve my issue and not even telling me that when i m going to get my packages or not goona get them. Shein is the worst site ever for shopping.

More than 14 days happened and i havn't received things i ordered and now shein app is not even working so i m not able to track my order, your customer service is worse i mailed it many time before as well but there is no reply. I placed order on 23rd june and second order on 25th june. The last time ur tracking system says uplift confirm on june 30th, and from so many days there is no response it is not going anywhere. Please tell me when my orders gonna get deliver or if not so how should i get my money back. Shein is the worst online platform ever i think this is the last time i ordered because there is no response and your company is scam. This was my first (and last!) time ordering from this company! I ordered 18 items, 5 of which were bathing suits. I ordered between an xl and 2xl, but they sent 3xl for a majority of the items. The bathing suit bottoms look absolutely ridiculously huge, as I am NOT a 3xl. I don't even need to try them on to see that they are way too big. They refuse to give me a refund or exchange for them when THEY are the ones that sent the incorrect sizes! They also took FOREVER to ship the items. I will add photos once I get home.

I ordered 3 things from Shein on May 2nd. They say it was shipped on May 17th. After 3 weeks I asked where it was and told to wait. They told me my shipment was lost and offered me a refund. I cancelled my order on 6/14 and have not received any refund. All they have is automated responses when you try to contact them. Guess I go thru my credit card company. Never again will I order from them.

I sent in my return on 6-26-20. The website doesn't mention my return at all. Almost a month later and I can't get anyone to respond to my emails. It really sucks because I bought 10 items and ended up not liking 3 items. DO NOT BUY!

Only ordered twice. My first order didn't show up and it took a lot of loop-jumping & searching to find any way to contact them and then it took writing many messages for a response. They have no real Customer Service department and make it difficult/frustrating to contact them (versus every other company's site with easy access e-mail, phone #, and Live Chat). This seems really unprofessional and maybe even illegal. Some of the clothes are great, most of the jewelry is crap. BUT know that if you are getting these prices with no company infrastructure that they are using near slave labor to make these clothes. There is no other way.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
