Would've loved to have gotten my package unfortunately never received it. The delivery update said it was sent to a fedex facility in my state and that I had to pick it up from there but never specified which fedex. Has anyone else had this issue?..

I realized they don't allow any reviews less than 5 star. Right after I write the review they would go and change it from whatever star reviews to all 5 star reviews. That's so misleading and completely fraud. I understand the prices are cheap but didn't realize some products were so cheap that they don't last after 1 wash/wear.

I purchased a lot of merchandise for my 13 yr old daughter and wanted to return some items. I've never come across a situation like this where a company like this literally has no customer service phone number and not even an active chat line... which they say they have. This is really creepy and I will never order from them again. Does anyone know how to easily return merchandise?

The style is my type and I got so excited. But when I chose the size of my shorts it said Xsmall. My shirt was Xsmall. And then my hoodie was Medium, so I got my orders today, I got overly happy and went to try them on. I have a small body and I thought that the shirt and the shorts to fit me. And I thought the hoodie would be bigger than the way it turned out. So I tried on my hoodie I raised my arms and you could see my stomach. I tried on the shorts and I didn't know that it would not fit, it was like a medium instead of Xsmall. For the shirt it was like I had wings on the side of my waist. Now that's more than a Xsmall alright. And lastly the hoodie, it was like a small, I have other medium sized hoodies and they're all up to the beginning of my knees. This hoodie ends at the end of my hips. So in conclusion this whole thing was more than 15 dollars and these clothes barely fit me. I do NOT recommend.

We ordered 7 items in May, and fully understood that shipping was delayed, but 3 MONTHS? After numerous attempts with email and phone calls, we finally were able to make contact. Was told at first it was delayed, then told it was lost, then told they would reship and take 3-4 weeks but couldn't be guaranteed... excuse me?!? So you will resend an order already paid for and hopefully not have to wait another 3 months for it. I requested a refund but that can take up to 10 days to process. Horrible customer service.

The clothes are cute, but I will not be shopping from here again. I've been waiting a month for my order which was supposed to come a week and a half ago. I understand that things are delayed because of corona, but how come Amazon and Poshmark are able to send their orders in a timely fashion? They're impossible to reach, they're giving me no indication of when my order is coming, just that it's "late," and of course even though I haven't received it yet they immediately charged me for it. Never again

I purchased over 100 dlls with them and they happily took my money. I never received delivery! When tried to get a hold of them they have no humans and no working phone! Meaning it was no longer their problem. Called fedex and fed ex says "I signed package" everyone is just a complete s** show!

Thought I was ordering from H&M as Shein popped up Foolishly thought it was outlet. One month, nada then email from Shein they were going to cancel for delivery prob, package shows up w/ labels ripped, no invoice shoddy merchandise now too late to return but there's no phone# or way to contact. I would call this mail fraud.

The clothes came in fairly quickly, but the items did not fit me well and were made poorly so i returned it using their return label per their return process and 3 weeks later still no refund or any type of customer service contact information that works. I'm sure others lost more than I did, I will have to try and contact my bank for an inquiry to this company and try to get my money back

Hi once my order was delivered it disappeared from the site. The sizes were not true to the size chart the jacket was supposed to be 41" it was 37"
There is no way to contact them the support page comes up with an oops! My account shows no history of an order. This was a $ 69.00 loss for me. These people are dishonest my heart goes out to anyone who does business with them.

They sent the items on time a couple of dresses I couldn't fit so I got on the website to return dresses, they sent me a return label, check to see if it was received nothing in my account or a email, I wanted to call customer service it's in another country went on their chat nothing. I ordered a bathing suit for a upcoming vacation estimated delivery was August 1st. Every time I tracked it it said arriving on time. Well here it is August 1st and I wake up to an email stating it will be delayed and will be delivered at a later date. Like, what? I guess I'll have to buy yet another suit. I emailed them back so we shall see if I even get a response. I should have known this would happen so frustrating

They do not allow you to return swim wear. The size are too small or too large and do not look like the pictures.

I love shopping at Shein, I have only ever had to return one item to them before due to it being a bit small. I have ordered numerous items from them including shoes, clothes, fashion jewelry and hair accessories and I have never had any issues with the website. Delivery's and refunds have always been processed quickly as well considering they are not based in England and come from quite a distance away.
Their clothes are such good quality for the price also and always fit amazingly. I have spent hundreds on Shein now and refuse to shop anywhere else. I love their app also, it shows previous buyers reviews under each item which helps you make a better decision on it before buying. You can earn points to take money off orders too by checking in each day, buying stuff and reviewing products you buy. I like that they do coupons and discounts every so often too.

I placed an order over $150 and it was supposed to be free shipping according to the app, it comes to my door and they are telling me to pay $35 extra for shipping! If you say it's going to be free shipping, stick to your word! Will not be ordering from them again!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
