No returns on swimwear (you have to dig for info) and their sizing is all wrong. This is BS. Get what you pay for and no customer service

Every item in my order (9 shirts + 2 bracelets) is amazing and is good quality, shipping was fast (order came 6 days before estimated date)! Unlike some other cheap fashion websites that i ordered from in the past (items were way too small, fabric was garbage and shirts were badly sewn, plus the bad odor from the dye), I am beyond satisfied with SHEIN! I wonder why so many reviews say they're bad, i almost had regrets after reading them while waiting for my order but trust me i really had a good experience :)
I ordered a lot of clothes from them. The strapless bra came missing a part of it, but I couldn't make a return since it's personal item. Tried contacting the customer service and there was no real human replying at all. I also want to return several other tops due to their poor quality, but there is literally NO WAY I could get a return label. This is a total scam. Do Not buy anything from SHEIN!

I placed an order with Shein back in January in the amount of 320.00 and used Klarna payment plan. The initial payment was $80.00 & there after every 2 weeks a deduction would be made out of my account for $80.00. I never received the package, I looked up Shein's contact info & there was not a phone number, only an email. I sent them numerous emails & not 1 response, therefore I contacted Klarna, who also tried to reach out to them several times but to no avail. This so called company retains absolutely no customer relation concerns, ethical practice or business to business principal. They obviously have no interest in resolving customer issues, as well as any respect for business to business contract relations. I myself am a business owner & could never imagine neglected a customer & resolving the issue or totally ignoring a business that I have a contract with whom provides business to me! My personal experience with this specific company is that they are a proven scam production & could obviously care less about their customers satisfaction, experience & outcome! The 1st red flag is not providing a customer service phone number, even to their business contract partners. They never responded to my several emails nor did they respond to Klarna, please do not spend your hard earned money with them, if you're not happy with your merchandise... chances are that your probably not going to get an exchange or refund. You'll be lucky if you get a response from the email that you sent, I have read so many reviews regarding Shein & they are not 5 stars! I honestly can't even give them a 1 star, please do the research before ordering from this very poorly operated & unethical company!

They sent my package back to the shipper and didn't alert me. I had been waiting for over a month and they just left me to wonder where the package was. I am not going to receive my package or the refund for the package that they never gave me. There is very little you can do to contact them and it is really frustrating trying to communicate with their customer service. When I was finally able to send my complaint they said that they took it back because no one was there to pick it up, but I live in an apartment building and the concierge always sign for your packages. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Not true to size, I promise you, size up 2 sizes I'm a 9 I had to get an 11, the sandles are super cute but the sizes are super small.

Zero stars if possible. Cheap ugly fabric, not as described. Packages marked as delivered, when NOT delivered. Finally arrived way later and an item was missing. Back to the dispute center. Argh!

All the things I've ordered from there I've donated. The price is really cheap and that's why I bought them so it's expected to not be that great of quality. The photos are pretty catfish as in they make the product look a lot better than what you actually get.

Look, I get the concept. I get I'm not getting label clothing, but don't waste your savings or hard earned money. You won't be saving but instead losing. Returning anything will add more cost and by that time not even worth it.
I understand synthetic fabric. It can be nice or it can be this. I got things for my child and I. Couple cute things came in for both of us. For me two blouses barely passed, one I have to realign and resew buttons on properly. But I hope no one hugs me and feels my blouses. One cardigan was cut cheap polyester and edges weren't even sewn in a seem or on outside. Literally uneven cut edges for world to see. At least sew pretty fabric edging or something.
I would not even use this for back to school in homes that struggle to get by. I'd stick to local low end clothing if necessary. And if option for those struggling, save a little longer and buy better quality.
If they used a rayon polyester blend at least they could have a classier product low cost and it hangs beautifully. Charge couple bucks more and not get millions of unhappy one time customers.
It can fly in nations where people literally gave nothing and happy to have clothing, but they need to end it in "western world." Or up the quality.
For women stating it's hit or miss, it is still too much money to lose getting three garbage products and one "I like," in the order. I bought 9 products 2 were ok, 1 was cute not embarrassing for me or my child, and rest I wouldn't give to a toy bin for barbie to wear.
It works for the company but that's their gain. Meanwhile the women sewing all day probably don't care because paid garbage. So who wins?
DON'T DO IT! Keep your money! I will never buy there again. I hope I saved someone wasting their cash.
If you do decide to chance it, know your true current measurements. Then compare with each product you order separately in sizing chart and you will get right size. I got every piece fit properly because I looked as size chart in each individual piece.

They do not package their clothing appropriately for shipping through USPS. Both my dresses had slits cut in them from what looked to be a box cutter. I didn't notice the second one was damaged until my boss pointed it out at work. Very embarrassing. Shein reimbursed me for the first one immediately. The second one that was delivered in the same packaging they made me ship back. Unless they improve their packaging, I will not purchase clothing from them again online.

The delivery company you use in UAE is the worst ever! Damn! Alemex was much faster, imile is total $#*!! Two packages have never been delivered! I cant explain the pain! But am done, let me just delete the Shein app because I can't stand viewing my orders which I dont know their ways about.

I ordered a package two months ago and it never arrived. I tried contacting Shein about the issue numerous times but they never reached back to me. Each time I tried speaking to the "live" customer service which is just a robot with automated responses, they told me that packages were delayed by 13-17 days and did not acknowledge the fact that I have been waiting over 60 days to receive my package. I spent more than 60 dollars on an order and have yet to receive a refund! A terrible, terrible experience and I do not recommend to anyone.

One of our purchase deal was cancelled and the Refund amount of USD -714 (Indian Rupees - 49,613 Rs) - is not yet received in my bank account. Past 02 years we are chasing with the bank and also with Shein - but nothing worked. The reference no. Given by the Shein for refund is not traceable by the bank and they ask us to get the full refund details from Shein - which Shien is not providing so for. - Mani- salem, India

SHEIN takes sooo long just creating a label for your shipping let alone actually shipping the product out. I completely forgot i ordered something from this place i went to check the status on it it's still being shipped out lmao this is like day 12 no lie you guys! I have a flight in 5 days i need my things even when you order weeks in advance they still end up shipping your things late. Just terrible

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
