Bought several items, quality is decent for the price but their return policy states that accessories such as belts are not eligible for returns so buyer beware. Now we're stuck with belts that don't fit and no avenue for resolution since their customer service refused to make a one time exception. Definitely won't be buying again.
I bought two Gift card few days ago one of 425 usd and the other one for 650 usd, they asked for verification and i sent my ID and a photo of my credit card, then they sent me the first gift card of 425, they sent me another email saying that the photo are not clear and i have to send another photos. I did, then they canceled my order and still didn't get my refund.

The return policies are ridiculous! Their system glutched during a purchase and they ended up sending me a duplicate outfit, both sizes aren't my size and they charged me! So when you attempt to reach out there is not a phone number. The chat systems are only open temporarily... and they offered me a $2 credit on a $100 dollar order and won't let me exchange or return anything. 5 outfits and not one fits me because all the sizes they sent were not what I originally ordered! Than I was told there was supervisors to assist me. They had no intentions of helping me. They insulted you by offering $2 not even half the cost of the order.

I ordered my items on Aug. 1,2020 and it is now Sep. 2,2020 and I have never received my items and it was supposed to arrive Aug. 19. It has been saying it's been in CA ever since Aug. 9 and no updates have been added. The customer service is horrible as well and I can't cancel my order either. Im glad I didn't spend a lot of money on this website but I'm still very disappointed.!

I first time bought a dress from Shein, never receive notification shipment delayed or not and the dress is very bad qualify to pay expensive dress. The pictures online is misleading info, never buy from Shein.

Terrible quality, misrepresented item in photo. ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND! DO NOT PURCHASE! Tiny mat looked beautiful and plush in the photo, when it arrived more like a bathmat and not as described, not luxury in it!

My package was delivered at the address but was stolen from the mailbox. I tried contacting SHEIN but there is no telephone and I had to send an email and they couldn't help me. I lost my money. They didn't try to help me. Last time I order from here. Never again

I love Shein. The clothes are beautiful and they have a great variety of sizes. They also have many categories; shoes, accessories, home... It's great.
I have read some reviews, and noticed that everyone says they run small. I figured I would order a size or 2 up. I normally wear an 18-20. I ordered two 3x and two 4x shirts... SMALL. NO... TINY. Really? Such a shame cause the cloths are cute... but dang it if I have ever not fit a 4x.
Oh. Let me tell you. You have to. Pay to return the items. $7.99 out of your refund. So basically, your sizes are not correct and I have to pay to return it. Never again.

My granddaughter ordered some clothes from Shein for school. When we received the order the small shirts fit my 200lb husband. Rediculous. Nothing like the pictures. I've tried to return and they dont acknowledge that I had an order. I tried to dispute through PayPal and they ( shein) said they sent a return label to my email. Nope they didn't. It's so frustrating dealing with this company.

I Ordered $142.00 worth of merchandise in July 1,2020 and it's now 8/23/2020 and my order status still says in transient. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they are trying to get this resolved. I would never recommend or order from SHEIN again.

Stealing from people, my item did not fit on me so I returned them. They charge me 10$ for a freaking label! They don't want to refund that money. They received their clothes and will sell it again, ridiculous.
They are literally making money on people!

I have placed 3 orders with Shein over the past 6 months or so. It's not Amazon so for those expecting your shein package go to show up 3 days after you order, it won't happen.
My orders come about 3 or so weeks after I place. I'm spending ten dollars on a dress so I really don't care. I've ordered 9 dresses and one top. 2 dresses were not what I expected, material said cotton but it was definitely a poly. Fit was way off on both. I sent them back using the return label. It took about a month but I did get my refund. All in all it's fine for inexpensive clothing. I have some great dresses which I wear regularly so that's a win for me.

I ordered my correct size and it was huge! When I returned them in one package. They refunded the 2 least expensive and did not refund my $33.00 for the 3rd dress. There's no way to contact them. Buy at your own risk!

They sometimes send wrong sizes on purpose when they run out. I know this bc I always wear medium and it fits perfectly, but sometimes the clothes they send me are VERY SMALL and WITHOUT TAGS. The swimwear sizing is very off but you cant return it. I wanted to leave a review on the items I returned but i am not allowed to. I tried contacting them but they dont have proper email address and their chat service doesnt work. Dont feel like calling, bc how much time is that going to take up?

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
