I spent over 232$ with this website I payed for express shipping and received a email that due to suspicious activity they need me to send them a picture of my debit card or proof of the transaction. I emailed them a screenshot of my online banking never received a response. I called the support number provided it wouldn't even ring. So I just decided to cancel my order everything is very vague no details basically bull$#*!. Keep your coin sis who knows if i'll ever get my money back. I have ordered with them three other time 2/3 I received and one I'm still waiting on.
Lost package. I tried to get something for a vacation and it has been a month and I have never receive my package. They said they will compensate by adding $2 in the account and I have to use in future purchase. No thanks I will never purchase from this again.

My order never arrived. I contacted FedEx since my package says it's been sitting at the facility for 6 days, and they said my package arrived from China to Memphis EMPTY. Pretty interesting since it says that the packaged weighed 3.98 lbs. I am requesting a FULL REFUND in the amount of $114.94. This is completely unacceptable, as I have never experienced anything like this. This is disappointing as a loyal SHEIN customer and I even paid for expedited shipping because I needed these items.

I ordered a lot of stuff from shein. Jewels n clothes and even shoes. It updates and all amd everything was fine. I received a huge box and i know that i bought a lot but i dont think that box would fit enough of my order. When i opened up the package, im shocked. It IS NOT MY ORDERS. All the clothes are not mine and i have no idea who it is for. And the sizes are far different than mine too. Theres not a single thing in the box that us mine. I think they packed the right order for the wrong person. Lol. I dont want a refund if possible because i really ii love my orders. Could u do something abt this shein?

I purchased 15 items totaling $225.00 via Shein payment plan. I requested a refund the same day that I received they order for the 8 items I returned. They continued to take payments from my account after the return and I have not received the $125.00 refund for the items. I contacted the NJ BBB and the issue was closed unresolved because the company will not respond to the request. They do not have a customer service telephone number, therefore you cannot speak with anyone about the problem. DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN!

They scammed me. They sent me an e-mail confirmation that my package had been dispatched, delivered and signed for at 9:07 PM on a Sunday night. 1. Delivery companies don't deliver on Sundays and 2. They most certainly don't deliver at night.
I tried to contact their customer service but it was an AI (artificial intelligence response) and I was unable to have any correspondence with anyone tangible / real.
DO NOT RISK SHOPPING HERE.
I'm out a good chunk of money because they are running a shady business.

They are thieves. There is no way to return the item or to contact the company. They charged for delivery and it was supposed to be for free.

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Ordered $150 in product. Payment went through. Received email from different company saying my order had processed. Order came and only half of the items were in there. Logged in to see the issue. My account suddenly said my order was only $80 yet my PayPal and my credit card statement still say $150. So they changed my info in my account to reflect the half order they sent me. Now they're telling me it's not them that charged the $150 (because it's in another company's name—even though checkout directed me to that place)

Clothes are ok but till you have a problem you have no idea just had bad this company is. All customer service is automated. Constantly repeats questions and doesn't help or ever answer your query. I honestly wouldn't bother

I love shopping here, and they have such easy returns. I have never had any problems. If you shop using your measurements you will be OK
Disposable trousers... Bought a load of beautiful clothes. Put on a pair of cargo trousers and went for a 3 hour walk. Put my phone (a galaxy s10, so not particularly large and not sharp) in my pocket with plenty of room to spare. I watched as a hole developed, the length of the pocket. There was no hole to start with or I obviously wouldn't have worn them. Contacted Shein who told me that the policy is to return the damaged product UNWORN. I explained that it wasn't damaged until I'd worn them. They then responded by saying that since I've worn them, I couldn't get a refund. I explained that I don't buy clothes that I deem to be disposable. They said "sorry, that's our policy". What is going on? If it was a high Street shop, I could have taken them back. What's the difference? Just because its a Internet purchase. I'm very upset by this. This puts these trousers at a rate of £5per hour, as they were only on for 3 hours. The hole is so large, it cannot be fixed

A disaster! One month waiting for my order and I had to write to them to know that the order is lost. They were not notifying me with that. They charge you in advance and I haven't receive anything. Now they are offering a refund but say I have to wait weeks before getting my money back? Unbelievable

It takes weeks to recieve items even if paying expedite shipping and they want a 99 cent fee for to guarantee shilling safety. Sizing is all wrong. I'm XS and its huge on me.

I ordered some dresses in two orders from this corrupt company. When they arrived I was disappointed and disgusted at the quality, Or lack of quality.
Material was horrible, Workmanship terrible with seams crooked and not secure. I immediately sent them as a return to sender. Canada Post delivered them back to seller and the tracking numbers and received signature proves they were returned to the same place they were originally shipped from. Shen still charged my Paypal and insisted they never got the goods back. Paypal believed them and charged my bank account. I am now out $208 for crap I didn't keep. This company not only sells garbage but lies about not receiving them back. Word of advice. Do not shop with these crooks.

SHEIN is an overseas company that sells a huge variety of different items. SHEIN products are surprisingly cheap and thus is why buying from them is very hit or miss in the quality of what you purchased.
Clothing is sometimes really good and sometimes horrible as well as some of their household products.
Also, I've learned with shipping from them that a lot of the pictures they use to show the product are VERY deceiving! Example: in my pictures below. I bought this mirror thinking that it was meant to put on a table or wherever to than use for your face, well when I got it I was very taken aback at actually how incredibly small it is because they showed it as looking like normal size. You can see in my pictures it's only the size of my hand.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my package (all 5 items I ordered) was delivered - 10 days before I was told to expect it. The clothing was fine. It mostly matched what I expected, though the quality was in some cases slightly lower than I'd hoped. Nothing amazing but overall about what I expected.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
