In my opinion/experience, SHEIN is one of the best clothing brands and store to shop at to buy clothing for Women, Men, and Kids for a affordable price. I have purchased clothing, body jewelry and beauty products from SHEIN. They are diverse and have clothing that fits all body types. But they don't only sell clothing. SHEIN also sells accessories, jewelry, home decor, pet clothing, pet accessories, beauty products/Makeup, footwear, phone accessories, headwear, computer electronics, etc. Any thing you need SHEIN has it!
I'm really frustrated with Shein because I've been trying to buy handbags here, but I can't pay because they don't have a good explanation on how to pay them, I'm going to be happier if I can get a good service.

Shopping with SHEIN is absolutely misleading because they did NOT provide a disclaimer that my items would arrive in 14 days. I paid for EXPRESS shipping because I have a birthday event on October 28th. I am so disappointed because that is where I purchase all my decorations for my party. I am so upset that I will not be able to create a beautiful birthday celebration. I spent so much money and paid additional cost for shipping. If it arrives on November 5th, I rather just ship it back and demand a refund because this is UNACCEPTABLE. Poor customer service and unethical marketing. They should provide a disclaimer on the express shipping option. I am angry that they failed to share that information. I demand a refund IMMEDIATELY. If not for my items, at LEAST for the express shipping cost!

I've been a customer for over 3 years now and shein's clothing boosts my confidence yeah im chuby but im also curvy and their pieces hug my body which i love. They break the stereotype of just having baggy clothes for my body type by having items that make me feel sexy.

Will NEVER ORDER from here again. I ordered 2 items. I only got one of the items and looked nothing like picture. The blouse was so cheap. I would not even pay a dime for it. And they took my payment of over 90 dollars Without any explanations as to why the second item was not sent and no credit. Never ever again!

Shein stole my money
I mistakenly ordered from this company on 10-01-2020. I spent over 400 dollars for my order to be split into two parcels. My 2nd parcel with one pair of pants out of the 49 items that I ordered arrived fairly quickly. Then the tracking details got stuck on in transit for my 1st parcel that contained the other 48 items. I created a ticket because I was worried that I would not receive the rest of my orders from reading some of the reviews from other people who have had the same problem. Shein told me everything was okay and to await the expected delivery time of 10/18/2020. I was patient with them and then today I received an email from them stating that my package would come late and they didn't give me another estimated time frame. I have emailed them and asked for a refund. Do not order from this company there is no way to contact them other than to create tickets and get a half response to your question that was probably automated. They are scam artists and I fear I have wasted 400 dollars on this scam.

I tried to return a pair of pants and they refuse to give me a return label and are scamming me. Worst store ever. Never shopping there again. Dont even have a phone number to call or an email. Only has a robot who sends the same thing over and over again and is no help.

I always order with great care regarding my size when it comes to online shopping. I checked their charts and chose the size that is closest to my measurements. When the items arrived, they are way too big! And paper thin too! The crappiest quality out there. This company is a scam! Do not order. Save your money from these robbers!

I made a purchase on the 28h of September and I got an update on the 06th that it was out for delivery. Which was good however, to my surprise I received and email from them to say my package was "READY FOR PICK UP" an option I was never given so I could not have chosen that.
When i emailed them after a day they responded saying I should contact USPS to get delivery. WHAT THE HELL? I paid for a service and this is what I got.

The first order I made on Shein arrived without problems. The second order went over a certain amount, so they offered express delivery through DHL! DHL was a nightmare to deal with and incompetent and resulted in sending my package back to Shein without even my knowledge. I messaged the online system on Shein and did not hear back. It has been a month and I have still not received a package. What a nightmare!

I had never had an issue with SHEIN until today! Everything I order is always shipped fast and fits perfectly. However after winning the giveaway and given an old code that didn't even work! I wouldn't be as mad if I hadn't won but I did and I feel like I had gotten my hopes up for nothing.

I have never received my order. I was not able to dispute it through my bank because customer service in SHEIN told me that I have to cancel my dispute through bank then they will give my money back, it never happened. Every time they told me it may take one or two months and they just wasted my time to dispute it again. It's super hard to rich their customer service. I submitted a complain form to Federal. Please don't waste your money and time. Please don't repeat my mistake. I don't know how some people are advertising for this FRAUD WEBSITE as "HONEST REVIEW ". I don't care how much they get to do it but it's not HUMANITY.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
