This company takes the cake for being the worst scam company ever. The clothes are complete junky garbage, not even worthy of a dollar price tag. Their customer service is nonexistent. They will pretend to help you right before it is settled they will disconnect and that is by phone or by chat. They never respond to any emails. They do not offer free returns as stated. Once you decide to ship your crappy clothes back to them all the way to China you are out another $50 and then you will never receive your refund. Once you decide you are going to return your crappy clothes on your own dollar and ship them all the way to China oh man they won't refund your money so not only are you out another $50 for shipping, you are out your original money you paid and you didn't even get to keep the track because that even Goodwill might turn away. Beware! This is no joke. Stay far far far away from this company and save yourself a massive headache. It is literally like donating your money to thieves.

SHEIN is a great place to shop if you're looking for affordable fast fashion but. If the item doesn't have any reviews then you're definitely taking a gamble.
SHIPPING: about 3 weeks arrive
QUALITY: 3/5. All the items were a bit thin, which is fine for late Spring and Summer. However, the shirts I purchased came out so thin, you could easily see my bra underneath. I would advise staying away from anything white on SheIn honestly.
OVERALL: You get what you pay for.
I think SHEIN is perfect for those who want to stay in trend for the season on a budget. I wouldn't expect the items to last very long tho.

Horrible horrible experience. Did I say horrible? That is an understatement. Placed an order and there risk/security dept scrutinised a $150 order with a credit card. That asked for photographic evidence to verify legitimacy. I sent them a scanned copy of what they requested and they still weren't satisfied even after my credit card company verified the purchase. Too many other options. Go elsewhere, not worth the hassle.

This was my first time ordering off SHEIN because a friend of mine had told me they had clothes that would fit my budget. I'm very skeptical about ordering online but I went ahead and did it anyways since I've been in quarantine and avoiding malls during this pandemic.
When I logged into my SHEIN account today, it said that my package had been delivered and that the package was dropped off at the front door. When I arrived home after getting groceries, there was nothing there. I was very upset because I had been waiting for so long for my items to arrive.
The customer support chat was convenient and they provided me a full refund which I am grateful for however, I was really excited to receive my items they looked sooo cute!:(

Very cute shoe comfortable. Doesnt roll off, fast delivery, however product not so strong, my shoe broke 5mins after putting them on hence the four stars. But overally they were beautiful shoes

Literally i hope they go out of business as they do nothing but take customers money and never get back to you with your issue. I ordered something on october 28 and it says its shipped but i cannot track my order at all. And to make matters worse, i cant get ahold of anyone for $#*!s sake. Never shopping here again.

I have purchased from Shein and got the deliver in Hungary, in Europe. I want to return one item and try to follow their "return policy", but it's not possible to do what I am requested: to contact costumer service to indicate the items to be returned and get from them the details how to send back the item (e.g. Address).
There is no way to contact costumer service, only a machine with questions which always send me back to read their "policy return".
Terrible costumer service, no transparency, I feel scammed. If Shein cannot provide the same quality of service as it is for US and some countries in Europe, then do not expand your business. I have an item at home which does not fit me and I have no possibility to send it back.

I have ordered from Shein twice. Both times the ordering process was easy and shipping took a little over a week to the US. Much quicker than I expected. My first order was of dressier clothes. I read the reviews of each item before ordering. All items had more good reviews than bad. When I received the order I was very disappointed. The clothing was made from extremely cheap material and many items weren't even stitched on the hem, just cut. Similar to what you'd see on a cheap Halloween costume. Not one thing from that order was something I would wear because of the poor quality. I placed a second order which was t shirts only. I figured that was a safer bet for better quality. I will say, the quality was better for t shirts. Wearable, but definitely a lesser quality t shirt. Because of the lesser quality, I find myself reaching for other t shirts in my closet over these when looking for something to wear. Bottom line, yes, the prices are cheap, but I think you'd get better value in the clearance section at a department store for the same price. I would never recommend buying from Shein.

I tried SHEIN on a whim in 2019 to see if it was good. I had tried ASOS and fashion Nova and I wasn't super thrilled with their prices nor quality, so I was wary. But my first order arrived sooner than even the site said it would, and everything was in great condition. It's a learning curve on the sizing, you have to measure yourself very well and read all the reviews, but the quality was great, just like if you went to forever 21 and bought clothes there. The jeans are the best I have ever found online and off, the denim is such good quality and the cut fits so well, much better than ones I bought from AE, but maybe it's because I'm not shaped like a plank of wood.
The customer service is on the ball too, they will get back to you asap, and they will help you if you need to refund something, or return it. And they're just a really cute community building company too, lots of love feed videos where you can win points, which I love, because you get discounts with the points. And you get points for reviewing and just marking your order as delivered, once you get it. They also have games, and sweepstakes and contests on Insta and such, and there's just a lot to enjoy. I order from Canada, and the shipping always works great. I never get the express though, cuz I heard that you might have to pay duties that way, so I get standard.
Never received a package from them. They will not return my money nor will they resend my package. Even PayPal has denied the claim and I have proof that it was wrongly delivered.

I highly recommend shein online shopping for affordable prices and quality products. It took 7 days for delivering products for me as I'm from uae.
I purchased a number of items on Shein in a few different orders. They arrived in a timely manner nearly wrapped. No issues with their quality or shipping. However, when it came to returning the many items I ordered and didnt need, I quit a problem there. When I requested a return label they emailed it to me. Automated of course. I mailed back like 12 different items from two separate orders worth $200. I enclosed both ra numbers in the box. A couple of weeks later I receive an email that my return was received and a credit will be issued shortly. I get another email that $54 was credited to my cc. No mention was made about the rest of the order. As I mentioned before, this company has no customer service. They dont respond to any emails. It's a couple of weeks later and still no answer. What does surprise me is that they do mail out the orders. They can just decide not to do that and get away with it. Their prices are too temptingly low is the reason I purchased there again and again. I will contact my cc company for help in charge back. But buyer beware. This company scams people. They have no return policy.

I bought an order of leggings, almost $100 worth. For 5 or 6 pairs. It was a steal! How can you go wrong!
It arrived in a good amount of time (something I had been worried about) and everything seemed pretty decent quality for the price. In fact, I loved them! In my first few wears I thought I had found my new place to buy leggings!
Then a few wears in, and i now have only 1 pair left that haven't ripped at the seams.
The first pair that ripped I contacted Shien and got a refund for that pair, but once all the other pairs had ripped they would not issue another refund.
Basically, if you only plan on wearing them for a few days, dont plan on exercising in them, etc. Then their clothes are fine. But overall, not my new place to get leggings.
I got a cute dress that I've only worn twice that still looks nice.

I can't believe I got scammed by this company. I placed my order back in August 2020 and I still haven't received any update on my package since September 8th. Apparently it's in Illinois and I have no way to contact anyone for it since I live in Texas. Ive been very patient because I know COVID has a huge impact on it, but I spent over $180 of my order and money has been extremely tight and I hate to have this go to waste for a company that doesn't deserve this. I wish I could take back ordering from them. If anyone has any way to contact them about order please let me know.

I ordered 3 sweatshirts (2 hoodies and 1 normal) and they arrived today! For some reason couldn't get the third one to upload so here are two of the three that I ordered. They are great quality and PERFECT. They are exactly as I had hoped and fit great. Packaging was pretty cool too! Lol I will definitely order from Shein again.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
