I have ordered in the past no issues. However I can't say that now, my order states that it's delivered to my address but it didn't make it through customs in China they sent it back to the warehouse for not having the proper paperwork according to FedEx not trying to get ahold of them is a struggle can't find an email address and they don't message back on their social platforms if any one has an email address that would be super helpful!

Last November I made an order from this place, because I saw beautiful dresses in their Instagram, however, in January I received my order just to realize what a fraud this was. I had ordered 10 dresses, an I received 5 pieces of clothes, none of which I had ordered, and they looked terrible. When I contacted them to present my complaint, they just told me they were sorry, but that I could keep that hideous merchandise as a "compensation", and when I complained again, they asked to send their clothes back at my cost and then, after receiving their merchandise, they would refund my money. So, one way or another, I lose here.

Honestly I've had a great experience with shein, their delivery is always on point and usually the clothes is decent for the price. The one thing that ANNOYS me is their bathing suit and their lingerie. Honestly if you have somewhat of a bigger breast than average, don't even bother ordering them. They make the bottoms for girls with implant and the tops don't go higher than a B cut

I haven't yet received my order, but so far, Shein just hasn't been that good. I got 3 pairs of earrings, it ended up as about 20 dollars, which was a bit expensive, but that's okay. About 2 days later I got an email saying it had been shipped, and I thought that was awesome, not a lot of companies ship that fast, but apparently it's arriving on Feb 13, I ordered it on... January 23? I wasn't too happy with that, but whatever, I figured I could wait, but apparently, I'm going to have to pay like 35 dollars in shipping customs, which really annoyed me, since all the earrings were only 4 dollars or 5. I'm gonna post another review after I get the product, the earrings seem to look nice, so maybe it will have been worth it.

Have waited over a month for my order to arrive, the tracking number has had not been updated since about the 5th of January (it is now the 20th). I usually order from SHEIN and have no problems whatsoever but lately, things have been of worse quality, slower delivery times and more expensive. Probably the last time i order from this website if i don't get my order this week. It's gone past the estimated delivery time and my order is still nowhere to be found!

I bought a dress from SHEIN dec 2020, and when the dress came, the sizing was way off as well as the fabric. What's worse, I printed out a return label from SHEIN and it turned out to be fake. The postal service could not verify the label. I have searched their site, and just realized they have no number or email with which to reach them. I had to cough out an extra $17 to pay for returns for an awful dress I purchased for my wedding anniversary for $90.
I am putting this review out here so I can be contacted by Shein canada. I WANT MY $90 back plus the $17 I used for shipping.
I would also like to say everyone should desist from buying from SHEIN. I mean how trustworthy can a company be when it has no customer care and no way for you to reach them for complaints, queries and refunds?

I ordered $200 worth of clothes and it was going to take about a month to ship to me. After 3 weeks they sent me an email saying it was "shipped" and then all of a sudden said it was "returned to sender". No notice at all. Couldn't call them to ask what happened and usps had zero clue as to what happened. Finally figured out how to "chat" with customer service and asked if they can just ship it back as I have been waiting for 3 weeks already for everything. They tell me that pretty much everything I ordered was distributed to other people's orders. And now I have to wait 18 days for a refund. The whole situation is just ridiculous. It took 3 weeks to get to me, but after 4 days of it being sent back, all of my order has just disappeared? Doesn't make sense. Would have loved to get all the stuff I ordered but I will not be going through that again.

I have actually not ordered yet exactly from Shein, my package is still arriving (hopefully;- ;) but I figured out a way for people to somehow find their lost packages? If you go here: https://www.chilltracking.com/app/ca/com-zzkko-ca, and put in your tracking number, it will give you an exact description of where your package is and will give you some closure. You can also search up SHEIN TRACKING NUMBER WEBSITES and try more to make sure it's correct, but to the best of my knowledge, the website is! This Foundation is pretty, looks pretty natural and the touch is like a professional one, is a little like cream (I mean is not to liquidate)
It is perfect, I don't need to put more product in afternoon, I just retouch a little but I didn't need to put more product, just use the brush to tap a little.

I placed my order December 26th, 2020 and up until the 6th of January, 2021, I was receiving updates about the tracking of my package. It is now the 16th of January, 2021 and I haven't received any tracking updates since the one received on the 6th regarding the package being scanned and sorted in Canada. I can't even call to find out where my package is as every courier the website says they are linked to claims my packages tracking number is not associated with them. I have ordered from SHEIN before and have had great service. I'm very disappointed with this most recent encounter with that website. I just want to know where my package that I paid over $100 is.

Order 8 Sheer WHITE curtain panels with hem as in photo online. I am in Canada. I didn't know Shein was a Chinese company, if I had known I wouldn't of ordered ANYTHING from them after reading reviews of all the wrong items received and the bad quality of goods and services. I received 8 unhemmed, extra long sheer white curtains and tried to find a telephone number to call them at, NO TELEPHONE NUMBER, no return messages from emails sent and finally started a chat and sent images and was told everything looks good from her end of the photos I sent her. I told her you can plainly see that the hem is very long and unfinished, she played stupid. I explained we're on lockdown here in Canada during pandemic and items were given as gifts to a pregnant lady and I also told her, difficult to go to others houses here right now, not allowed will get fined if caught, but they have no remorse and don't care. Just send them back they said. I explained lady is pregnant and cannot climb stairs up and down ladder to remove already hung curtains. Like talking to a machine, a machine that cannot spell either! First and last time shopping from these people! She could of offered a discount, so we can have the curtains hemmed after the lockdown lifts, but NO! Very bad service, dismisses what is obvious and very COLD! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, first and last time! The first image is the white sheer curtains I received, NOT THE PINK ONES. The second image of the WHITE sheer curtains are what is advertised on their site, with the bottom of the curtains hemmed correctly. The pink curtains are not purchased from them.

My brother ordered a gift card from Shein's website as a Christmas present for me on December 16th and had it sent to my house, it's now January 13 and guess what... still no gift card. They don't care who they scam as long as they get your money, thanks for ruining my Christmas Shein.

Here's a lengthy review:
Many people have most likely heard of Shein before as it is a brand that sells cute clothing at a low price. However, the downside to this low price is that some of the items are not good quality. The other thing is, this brand is known for being bad at their shipping their products out and customer service which kinda leads to people believing they're a scam. Obviously this brand is not completely a scam because customers have shown their hauls on both youtube and tiktok and other places.
Speaking of tiktok, sometime last year there was a scandal going on about how shein was selling customer information (such as addresses) to others on tiktok but I believe it eventually turned out to be people hacking into the system.
From my personal experience, I bought 9 items (these black boots, tops, and some accessories). I got my boots in about a week after placing the order which is fair. However, the other 8 items that I ordered said it was still shipping after a whole month of placing my order and not just that, I waited until it hit about two months until I requested a refund which I did get later.
Not just from the scandal but also my own experience with purchasing, I will not be buying from Shein again and I have already deleted my account just for further precaution and also because I know I won't need or want anything from their website as well.
Final rating: will be giving two stars only because of my boots order (good quality for the price and shipped fairly quick)

First off it took the clothes to arrive almost 2mths later! Once they arrived everything was cheaply made clothing wise. There were strings already coming undone from the seams! There clothes I've yet to wash, but I'm sure once I do there going to fall apart! Don't waste ur $, it's CHEAP 4 a Reason! If it sounds to good to be True it usually is! I ordered a few of there wall stickers, n come to find out there was 1 in each package n small I mean miniature Size when I thought it would atleast cover 11'x14' but didn't come close more like 4'x4'! So glad I did it 4 my niece and tried it out so I now no! I'm also petite and somethings were to big, n some things fit, as well as snug! WARNING DONT BUY FROM SHEIN!

Just google: "shein steals designs" you'll get a wealth of info regarding Shein's long history of stealing from artists and designers like myself. While your at it look up "shein sweatshop" & "shein child labor" too. This company is greedy, unethical, and a repeat offender. Stay far away from them.
It was such a difficult process to order TWO items, we had a gift card but it wasn't working. We ended up wasting money on a gift card that didn't give us our money for it. Do not recommend.

Ive heard quite alot about shein, more bad then good, but i decided i would give it a shot bc the clothes look lovely. HORRIBLE, the texture and material is too cheap, not worth the money, not to mention everything i ordered was like 2 sizes smaller than it said. NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL.

I ordered a couple of items in November, after seeing a piece on the local news and thought some of the items would be good for Christmas gifts. I went to the site, selected my items, and paid for said items.
What should have been my first warning sign: expect shipping in 15-20 days of your order.
After two weeks, I tried contacting Morafly.com to inquire as to a shipping date. Waited 4 days and did not receive a reply.
I tried again and, again, no reply. And this went on for several more days.
I finally contacted them and told them I expected a reply in three days or I would be taking legal action (if, for no other reason, to warn others about their shady business practices).
I received a reply from customer service saying the items I had ordered were out of stock and I had the option of ordering other items or getting a refund. I replied I would take the refund and expect it in the coming 3 days (I figure, if they can immediately take my money for an order, they can also refund my money in a timely manner).
Do not order from this company.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
