I am so frustrated with this company right now! I can't call or talk to an actual person so I'm just going to have to warn others. Their customer service SUCKS! It's all automated. They basically stole my money. I will never order here again. Do yourself a favor and stick to amazon. At least they will do right by the customer.

Do not trust this site, they give you false information on tracking and shipping. They take your money and trick you. It is said that orders over 126$ is free express shipping. It was not I had to pay 30$ so I refused the order and they said it was canceled. So I re-bought everything the same and my first order came. I had to pay the shipping and my second order is on its way and they will not cancel it for me. They lied to me that they canceled it, scammers.

I returned some items totalling over $100, and unfortunately they put the credit into a shein wallet (credit) Seriously, not cool.
I had ordered more items while waiting for the return and even though I got a notification stating it had been delivered, I have not received.
Top it all off, there isnt anyway to contact them, everything it an auto response online, which isn't helpful.
Won't be ordering from them again... unless I have to use my credit :(

I've purchased form Shein about 4 times. Usually I end up sending somethings back. It's a hit or miss or good quality items that you either love or hate. I had a recent order over a month ago and NOTHING was good quality. So I sent it back on March 22nd. It's April 28th and my return was last recorded in transit from the NJ post office to their facility. It must have never gotten scanned perhaps. I've been waiting over a month and I just want my money back.

I ordered a big amount of clothing on March 28th which I have not received. It said I was supposed to get my package on March 7 and have not received anything. It says it is in transit and arrived at the local facility on April 4th. It's been over three weeks since then which sucks because I have no idea where it is at or if it's coming. I tried contacting customer service but it would not go through. Being such a big company, I don't understand how they don't have a number so we could communicate with them. This has never happened to me before and I'm so mad about it.

I would not consider buying these eyelashes. Me and my three sisters have got the same problem. We have used the 20 pair of Eyelashes from SHEIN, and they have caused itchiness to the inner corner of our eyes and have caused redness. I would not consider buying them. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND AWARE OF THESE EYE LASHES.

I have ordered from Shein multiple times in the past and the package always gets to me in a timely fashion (1-2 weeks max). On April 2,2021, I ordered a HUGE order (over $150 worth) from Shein, the label was created on April 5th and "shipped" April 10th. THAT WAS THE LAST THING IVE HEARD FROM THEM! I have contacted them many times and they do NOT give me a answer for where my package is or a refund. At this point I don't even want the clothes, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! SCAMMERS! I have even contacted USPS and they NEVER received the package, so obviously SHEIN is the problem. If I could give them 0 stars and a lawsuit I would. Beyond horrible and you are ignorant to think it wouldn't happen to you. I hate this company. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Placed an order on April 13 th, order was suppose to be delivered on April 21-22. Have not received it. Total Scam. What they have on their tracking, is not what it says on the USPS tracking. It shows it arrived at a local courier. But USPS says they were only contacted and it hasn't shipped. Lies! I want a refund.

Ordered 3 items, all were cheap material and varied in how they fit. When i tried to leave reviews, they got deleted. Shein says they dont delete critical reviews, but that's what just happened. I'm guessing thats why nearly every product has nearly 4.5+ stars, so disappointing.

Since it is not possible to send this review directly to SHEIN, I am hoping my experience will help someone else to think twice before ordering.
I purchased 2 dresses in March, but requested return March 27th due to sizing. Bodice too small in both.The quality was okay but not great, even at the reasonable prices. When I was unable to print their return label, I paid cash at the UPS store for $21.00 postage, and included all of my information plus original paperwork.
I do still receive multiple daily advertising texts, but no refund or contact by customer service. Basically, I feel scammed. I would NOT recommend any company that solicits but does not serve the customer.
My overall rating is "0" STARS.

Ordered bathing suits and toppers from them back in March 2021. Now leaving April, their site tracking system says "in transit" since beginning of April when they took my money. Asked for a refund, they said my clothes would arrive the next day. Used the tracking # on USPS site, says no package. I'm out over $80. This is the second company to rip me off. I'm done.

My grand daughter ordered almost 50.00 worth of merchandise with her own money. Got someone else's order. A lot of merchandise that we can't use. No answer to either customer care number only busy signal. No response to e-mail. VERY disappointed! Will never order from them again!

I bought some bathing suits for my daughter and I PAID for expedited shipping. My order did not come on time and when I asked customer service for a refund for my shipping he told me they didn't have an option to refund shipping. That doesn't even make sense also you can barely get to online customer service. They don't take care of their customers and their employees are rude don't buy from them.

If you cant handle having a website that provides millions if not billions of othing, then maybe this business isn't for you. I have spent numerous amounts of money thinking they actually care about the orders and their customers because that's the image they portray. NOPE NOPE NOPE far from it.
I am outraged that I have placed over 12 orders with this company I have been supporting, I will not support anymore.
I placed 3 orders at the same time. I really didn't want to spend lots of money on clothing but who can really resist?. I placed my 4 orders and 3 were paid for with PayPal and the 4th was paid with the pay bright app. I ordered all the orders the same day and they took a few days to even try packaging my 4th order which I don't understand because 3 of my orders have shipped and the 4th one is just sitting there ( it states my package will be packed, and I will be charged ONCE SHIPPED)
I was charged and then told after they did not have the items which to me is uncalled for because the package was paid for before it was even shipped which is not stated in the website.
I am not impressed.

I contacted them literally 4 times throughout 10 days because my order had not arrived in they just kept telling me to wait. There were clearly no updates to the UPSP tracking and they refused to contact the delivery company. Now my order is 2 weeks late and shows no updates regarding the delivery status and the items I ordered are mostly out of stock. Terrible shopping experience overall. I do not recommend this company because when it comes to issues like this they will waste your time and stress you out vs helping you get your order.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
