When I placed my order I chose the option for extended shipping so I wouldn't have to pay duty and still had to pay an extra $51. Moreover, I ordered 15 items and only two out of the 15 fit… I follow this size guideline that they have to the tea after fully measuring all of my various parts LOL and they are completely wrong. Of course, I cannot return anything so I'm out $250 for nothing. Super huge waste of time and money.

I ordered several items from this company and few items were damaged. My earring backs were bent in the downward position and the feather necklace I ordered was way smaller than they said and the feathers on the metal necklace were even bent. They do not package their products good, my items should have been sent in a box instead they came in a plastic bag that had several cuts on the bag. I will never order from here again.

At 02/05/2021 when I canceled the order GSHMLE*******FFC... 11 pieces, they told me that the amount was deposited in my bank account 506 S/R, and when I made the bank account statement in order to let them know that the money did not enter in my account, and this is what they said from May 28th, they have now returned with the same scenario and say that they Deposit the money in my account and this talk is a lie. So it is better for you to stop to said lie story because you didn't have any argument except what you wrote in SHEIN application by yourselves

Purchased 8 orders from shein all was good first couple orders then I got some bikinis I usually wear a xl in tops because I have a larger chest so I thought 1x in the bikinis would be ok so I purchased a set 3 piece and it came tried on the top and it didn't fit so I emailed them and they were like ok great will exchange it for you so went through the process and finally
After 3 wks it came so now I placed another order and got 2 more bikinis and went up a size seeing that I had an issue with the first one well of course those don't fit cause they don't use enough fabric bottoms are huge but tops don't cover emailed them and now on a back and forth nonsense ride takes them 48 Hours to respond and they keep saying send us measurements and photos I'm like I didn't have to with the first one so why you ask now and they talk to you like your stupid I will never order anything again from shein I spent over $500. Some stuff is ok and some crap and when you ask the live chat a question it's like your talking to a robot

I purchased around 500$ with of clothing from SHEIN and for two out of three of my orders, they did not include my proper address so my packages were automatically returned. There is no helpline because the numbers online always lead to a voicemail service that is not registered or falsely dialed. They have no email, and on the website you can't actually ask a question of your choice they already have automated ones provided. I have not been refunded, and my items have been sent back.

I would put 0 stars if i could. I will never be ordering from shein again, its bull$#*!. There is no contact numbers so i had to email through facebook and they were nothing but rude. Be patient, stay patient, that was all they said as i was inquiring about my package status. It is now a month later than the date it told me for my order and i have absolutely no updates or idea where the hell my package is. I also sent an email a long time ago and got no response. Glad i wasted over 200$ and have no idea where my package is. Do not recommend.

Do not. I repeat do not waste your money. I ordered 8 items and all went back for reasons out of my control but still I lost £13.99 on shipping. 3 items too big. 3 items too small and 2 items such poor quality that I would not have used them to clean my windows with. Mega thumbs down from me

I do not like this website, I bought 45 items at the same time, including Clothes, bagpaks, underwear shoes, earrings and necklaces, It was generally the worst purchase I have ever made. All clothes and even shoes were made of plastic. The materials were very cheap quality and very different with the photos. I wasted both my time and my money. And now, I returned the items back 10 days ago, but no money has been returned to my account yet and I can't find customer service number to call!

Save your money and buy something better. The fabric quality is absolute garbage. Everything fits a litle small and awkwardly. The shirts are back alley knock offs of someone else's designs. Don't waste your time or money.

For those blessed in the boob department - RUN! Big boobs and most fashion these days are not bedfellows and SHEIN is the best proof of that. I know my melons are on the larger end of the spectrum. I measured multiple times and ordered sizes accordingly. My entire order was a game of PEEK-A-BOOB. Rather than tops I RECIEVED NIPPLE TASSLES. In fact, one of the straps on the dresses I ordered snapped immediately with the weight of my tatas. Also, tall ladies. I'm 5'9"... when you shop "Dresses" expect shirts. In conclusion... if you have ANY semblance of a womanly figure or shape... don't shop here.

They claim that they shipped an item but the tracking number is not identified by Canada post, it's way past the delivery date and it's impossible to get a hold of their customer support. Never buying from them again

What a terrible experience - First I ordered with choosing the option so I don't have to pay the customs, but still I was asked to pay customs. I contacted customer service and they returned it quickly. Then the courier company delivers and says delivered and signed by - but don't mention who signed the delivery - so I check with my husband and tenants - and called the company and they say it wasn't signed and left on the stairs to my house and show the picture - mind you, I have received gazillions more expensive packages at my doorstep with no signatures from Costo, Amazon, Canadian Tire, etc., but just SHEIN package doesn't arrive - I ask courier company can they please check what happened, maybe courier guy took it with him accidentally (happens with the routine of the job) - they took 3 days to figure out no, we have no update, than another 15 days for marking it lost (every day it was we are trying, need managers approval, etc.), in the meantime, I am trying to reach customer service but they are offline or won't reply to my emails. Today by gods grace reached out to customer service, there is no customer care or empathy or sympathy and I asked how long it will take - then they were like agree to these statements, I agreed - then it was like 2-7 business days, thank you
This was my first experience, I was here because of the thousands of people promoting SHEIN, and I was like they had a great experience and so should I - I was so wrong, Please be very careful and buy at your own risk because I don't think this company cares or will even bother to help you when you need help. I am now scared to even try AliExpress as both companies are Chinese and wondering if that is the norm with customer service with these companies
PS: I have not received any products to take pictures and review so far, however while purchasing did realise that their sizes are not same through out - so a size XL will be different inches in each product, so if you still buy, choose wisely

Some clothes from shein arrive. But my last order hasn't arrived yet. I was all morning trying to live chat with them, but I only get: Shein Customer Service: 11am-3pm. Never a chat button. I contacted Canada Post, and they told me the package was somewhere in the facilities waiting to be processed. But the reviews on this site never received their package. I sent an email asking for a refund, and they told me that the package was delayed and at the facility like Canada Post said.
In the email, they also told me I should buy more instead. They gave me 50 points with a time limit. What do they expect? They lose my clothes, and steal my money, and I am supposed to pay them for it?

Nobody/nothing says about custom duties in the app or anywhere else. It says shipping free over 65$ so i ordered stuff worth over 300$ just to get a free shipping but guess what we chose standard shipping but somehow they automatically changed it to express shipping, little did we know we had to pay 85$ in custom duties because THEY CHANGED THE SHIPPING TO EXPRESS ONE (came thru DHL), and now nobody is getting back to me, theres no phone number to reach them, texted them on instagram snapchat twitter but nobody is giving me a solution, this wasnt my first time ordering internationally and i never had to deal with something sooooo inconvenient like this! SHEIN SUCKS!

I am very disappointed with their service because they never double check what's inside their Shein plastic bag, if the item is correct or not. I ordered 15 items from them and one of the stuff was wrong I ordered a High Waist Slit Hem Denim Skirt but when I received it. Jeans was inside, they packed in the same packaging a different item.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
