It was amazing. I just hate the fact that Shein uses Buffalo logistics and Buffalo always make me pay Customs and VAT Duties.
My order never shipped. I ordered on July 1st. July 4th I got notification it shipped. July 17th was my last date for it to arrive. It's the 24th and it sti hasn't came. I CONTACTED Shein and USPS both which have not gotten back to me at all. And when I went back to Sheins site to contact them again this is what my page says... NO ORDER HISTORY! Even though I have ordered through them twice and had almost 300 points for leaving reviews on the order I DID GET. My 2nd order will never come and I'm out of my money for it.

I had purchased some clothing that I never recieved but it showed delivered I checked with my neighbors to see if they got the package and nothing. So I tried to reach out to shein and they seem not to have live operator I ended up emailing them and no response. So I had to notify my bank about this issue so they submited a claim to get my money back but two weeks later there disputing they want there money back I refuse to pay for something I never got and will fight for my money.

The return policy is free for the first time and then supposedly $6.74... BUT- then in small print its minus coupon value (so you're paying 15 or 20% more for an item when you return it), shipping (which is not uncommon) and use of their shipping label?!?! And a shipping guarentee... there are so many other vendors out there. Don't give them your money.

Sizing and quality is horrible. Also return policy is terrible. If ordering swimsuits you must have small boobs and jewelry fades in two weeks.

I have ordered lots of earrings, necklaces and a few rings. No they are not sterling or real gold but are are made of good quality material. I love them and get lots of compliments.

What you get is not what you see in the pics.
The fabric is junk and will fall apart the first time it is washed. Sure, they say you can return but they don't tell you that you will pay almost as much in shipping as you did on the order.
I spent $100 but it was going to cost me $78 to return everything! PayPal agreed to reimburse me (as a rare exception) and they did but only after Shein confirmed they got my return but after 4 months Shein did not confirm they had received the package. In fact, they still have not confirmed they got it back. So, if PayPal had not made sn exception and reimbursed me, I would never had gotten my money back.
Scammers! And millions of us keep falling for this.

The worst customer service ever made me waiting 30 min on the chat after they replied. My order hasn't arrived since May when I placed it until now (July). The chat agent told me they don't believe me I didn't receive the order and when I sent a screenshot of the post office information saying I haven't received they closed my chat.

SHEIN didn't ship my package I think it go lost, but I payed 59 dollars for my thinks and they never came and I am so upset I'm going to delete the app. If I don't get my package I want my money back.

It has been almost a month and a half that I haven't received my order based on the tracking it's said was delivered and after reaching out to delivery company they said items was delivered to wrong unit but in my account the unit was correct. Tried reaching out to SHEIN for a month and no reply from the customer service you can call or neither to sent an email all the social media app customer service people or even the actual customer service on the website no one is replying or even trying to look into this all the care is take your money and that all for team and the worst part of it it's my first order from them and honestly after this experience I don't think I will recommend this company to any one seriously they make go and Knock my neighbours doors which I did and also report back to them but they still did nothing

Shein customer service said they would refund me for return shipping of an item not as described - they did not. They instead blocked me from contacting them on their website. Lucky I used PayPal and PayPal sorted it.

So I tried Shein for the first time June 2021. Honestly I got what I paid for, don't expect the best, but my items weren't the worst either. I ordered 3 t-shirt dresses for the summer to throw on and be comfortable. Two out of the three were decent, the coffee brown drop shoulder tie dye tee dress should not be sold, the arms are extremely long and the fit feels irregular. I would order again, especially for vacation/cruises when I need two outfits a day to throw on and be comfortable. Not sure how durable they are after washing LOL.

I received a partial refund (months later) from the company. Angry that it is only 25% of our total refund. Seriously? I returned everything in it's original packaging, never worn! So in conclusion, buyer beware.

We ordered from Shein with hopes of keeping the products, HOWever, they fit poorly. We looked up how to return and started the process. Here we are weeks (I mean 2 months) later and we haven't received a refund! We followed the letter of the law and repackaged every item with its corresponding number and NO refund! I'm so angry!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
