Recently someone stole my bank card and went shopping on shein I provided them with full proof and they don't want to refund my money making every excuse to not refund money with fulll proof I'm reporting them.

I'm really writing this with vexation. Ordered some clothes and were to be delivered by the 13-15th, had plans to use them and till date haven't receive them. Contacted their agents and they kept saying they will chase it up. What if I had to leave the country? I had paid online already, I would have left without my stuffs. The tracking number they gave me showed that the goods haven't even reached the delivery company which is Aramax. I'm really really disappointed. I was expecting an agent to even give me a concrete feedback and follow up. I just want my money. I no longer need the dresses because where I was planning to wear to passed already. 1 star because there's no 0 star

At the beginning of the global crisis I ordered from these people and they ripped me off for $74 and they have not repaired that problem since even though I have written to them and they know it. All they had to do was return my funds but they didn't and I didn't get the package either. I am a disabled senior and these people are a rip off

2nd time of ordering and I should have known I would be scammed again. Order never came. It's strange how it shows delivered but we have a locked mailbox. This is the second time with the exact same story. The first time the order supposedly went back to warehouse. They need to be investigated as I believe they are scam artist

I think shein purposely deliver a wrong item, totally different from the pic and when you want to return, they offer free return and if you want to order again they don't offer free delivery. It's there mistake for delivering a wrong item, now u need to pay again for another delivery to order a new one.

Not only does SHEIN rip off other fashion designers and masquerade them as their own, but they actually use child labour and sweatshop practices to do so. Terrible all around
They asked for my shipping address. I gave it to them. Then, they sent my package by mail. My mailing address isn't the same as my shipping ( home) address. The package came back to them. I gave them my mailing address. They sent me an email to confirm. I confirmed it as correct. They then changed my
address to a conglomeration of my mailing address and shipping address and shipped it again. They then sent an email that it had been delivered. They didn't deliver it to me. The only customer service response so far told me to " check with neighbors, maybe they have it"

My order was never delivered, however Shein record shows it delivered. I followed up with Shein for 14 days without any outcome. Absolutely poor support from Shein

Don't order from shein. If their a problem with anything you can't talk it's all via auto text response. I ordered sundresses and swimsuit two separate orders June 6th ship the 8th. Got the swimsuit never received sundresses ship the same. Can't get refund but they got my money.

All of their stuff is INCREDIBLY CHEAP and not as described. Shein is a "fancy" version of Wish. You get what you pay for. AVOID. Image shown is what I got vs what was advertised.

About a week ago I ordered my daughter and grandchild some clothes from Shein, they received them, one didn't fit properly so I processed a return online and got a message saying "we're going to let you keep the outfit but also give you a refund" I thought okay, go on about my day, about 4 hours later my husband is doing online banking and sees a small charge for $29 in an entire different state, we call the bank and as we are on hold 3 different charges come, one for $230, one for $440 and so on, they took $1,500 out of my account. I did research and found out they store your card numbers and I truly believe after reading other peoples stories even on here the employees are stealing or they are being data breached.

I didn't get my package and I want a refund, it never showed when it was going to come, and I called them and they said they will get it to me a soon as they can, it never showed up. It's been two weeks, it was suppose to show up on the 12th never showed up.don't order from them.

Let me start by their quality is not even worth 99 cents. Things are made so cheap that it makes Forever 21 a premium brand. Size fits like a kids clothing. Then the return never gets refunded. I ended up disputing in order to get the return money back.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
