My daughter ordered a bunch of things from Shein (Canadian website), fulfilled the requirement for free shipping (order was $156 CDN) but we got charged $26 for shipping, then had to pay an additional $32 CDN to the shipper (DHL) for additional duties and charges! So, I'd say anyone thinking they're getting a good deal, think again. Paying an additional ~$60 for a few pairs of jeans is a rip off. Order from a more reputable company or buy in store and save all that extra $ for hidden fees.
I placed and payed for a small order with Shein on 8/24/21 - charged to my Discover Card (Shein.com) so I know Shein was paid and has a record of this transaction. My order finally arrived, and I want to return three items as they are too small. When I log into Shein.com, I get a message that I've not placed any orders with Shein; therefore I do not have an order number and I cannot generate a return label through Shein.com. I've messaged twice and got through to customer service (*******464) once. No help, no mailing address to return items, and I was told my first item is free to be returned and I'll be charged $15.00 to return the other two items. On their website, it says $7.99 return charge per package - not per item. I this as a mailing cost to return a few lightweight items - as in one package mailed with a few clothing items. When I tried to explain to the customer service person on the telephone that I did not understand their return policy to be $7.99 per item returned, to line suddenly went dead and when I try to call back my call suddenly can't be completed. The clothing is okay - I suggest ordering a couple sizes bigger than you wear - seems to run small. As far as returns go, I've provided Shein with copies of the small piece of paper included in my package and the USPS mailing label on my package. They keep asking me for more information (pictures of the clothing I want to return?!?!) and I am getting nowhere. I'd just like a return mailing address (Shein expressly says to not return items to the address on your package as your return might not be processed). I am happy to put a few lightweight pieces of clothing (still in original wrapping) in a package, print a shipping label, return the items, and move on. Or, if Shein.com wants to send me a return label and charge me $7.99 to return the items, that's fine with me also. At this point, I've got no information about my order on their website, numerous requests for unnecessary information (to process a basic return), requests to resend information I've already sent them, and a customer service number that, magically, I can no longer connect with. I won't order again.

My order was way late. I tried to contact them and no response. Finally got a hold of live chat. They had no idea where my order was and said two items I ordered were out of stock. At that point I was done. Never again! I have no proof of purchase because I deleted their app and email.

Very bad experience, it's been almost a month now since I have placed my order and nothing have been received. I was supposed to receive my order 16-19 days back! All what they do is they give you 100 point compensation, that's not what I need. I have chosen you, i have spent time selecting my items and took the risk to wait for the order but then it's all lies! Darine

Durante un largo tiempo estuve muy indecisa de comprar en esta tienda, porque siendo sincera, la ropa se ve de muy poca calidad, en las fotos que ponen del producto no se nota, pero en las reviews que suben las compradoras con sus fotos adheridas SÍ.
Se me hace una estafa total las personas que se dedican a comprar en Shein y después vender sus productos a precios más caros, no lo vale.
Decidí darle una oportunidad a la tienda, compré un par de cosas, incluyendo una faja y una blusa que consideré que se veía decente, OMG que gran decepción me llevé. ¡La faja venia con marcas de desodorante! Y las varillas a los costados se salían. La blusa con una tela terrible, soy una mujer con un cuerpo normal que se cuida y no hubo manera de que me quedara. Traté de comunicarme con ellos y JAMÁS respondieron mi correo, ni nada. Simplemente no les interesa lidiar con sus customers insatisfechos.
Jamás en la vida vuelvo a comprar ahí, la ropa de ve súper naca, basta con ver las fotos de las clientas "satisfechas" para darse cuenta de qué clase de gente compra ahí.
Se ahorran dinero, por cosas de mala calidad. Debería llamarse "Shame" en vez de "SHEIN".

Orders 5 pieces they say shipped, than apparently to wrong address with no answer, not true, than that gave 2 warehouse numbers in Ontario to call to pickup in Montreal. One number no good the other a bs number. No C's, nobody to talk too, Bure bs

I try not to order anything that's pertaining to China because after you order you never get updates, nor tracking infor, you don't hear anything but you see it on your credit card that's bad business.

I continue to get emails for things that I didn't order. I haven't visited the site or even looked at anything. I have gotten at least 2 emails for an order and the kicker is that the shipping address is on Mackinac Island, Michigan. Not remotely close to where I live.
Could someone have entered a wrong email? Possible, but if I had ordered something I would be fixing this and contacting Shein about it.

Having purchased several times, the quality of most items are very low. Almost all fabric is cheap synthetic. Some are sewn improperly. Many are extremely thin and too small for the average American even when following their specific item guidelines. In every order, I've had to return at least two or three items. I will not anymore. Too much of a hassle.

I have no problem with Shein and the items I brought it the carrier Ontrac that they use for Las Vegas, Nv I will not order anything else as long as they use Ontrac as their carrier. Packages are still missing as of today 8/24/2021 in their possession. Went to the warehouse and packages were on the bare floor all over the place. Said they delivered my package lied and then delivered it 5 days later... The worst I gave 2 because Shein should have looked into the matter as I am seeing this has been happening since June of 2021 to other customers with Ontrac orders from Shein here in Las Vegas, NV

My daughter ordered back to school cloths. Some items didn't fit and need to return them. They have return instructions on the shipping label. However, when I logged into my account, it shows ZERO orders. I used their online customer service and explained the issue providing them the order # and parcel #. I got a an automated reply "Sorry there are no orders or any order history in this account. Please create a new order or log in to your other account" No matter what category I selected on the website, I get the same response. Tried the customer service # on line and it just says "we can not connect you to your call right now. Try again later". I have no way to return these items. My daughter loves the items that fit but I will never order from them again if I can not get the return processed..

I went through a very timely and exhausting ordeal today in trying to return/refund with SHEIN. First of all, you cannot print a return label on you own. I had to google the customer service phone # to get assistance only to be told that the "free returns in USA" is not at all free! I have spent almost $200.00 & was told it was going to cost me $72.00 to return my orders. Then I was told SHEIN will print the return label and email it only if I agree to pay the return fee. Seriously? Never again will I use SHEIN.

You set up an account to purchase. You receive your items. They don't fit. You use the same login and password to return but magically your account is not there, like it never existed. You ask for a new password and you're never emailed back. Hope this helps others. Don't use SHEIN!

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
