This is my 3rd shipment from Shein. My previous shipments were pretty good. My most recent order I purchased 17 items and 10-11 will be returned. Unfortunately, the items being returned are made from thin cheap looking materials. The sweaters that I purchased are good. More than likely this will be last order because I do not like the hassle of purchases being a hit or miss.

I have four items already in my basket for Christmas gifts. As a brand new customer, I really liked their clothing and prices. BUT I wanted to know if they have an extended return time for gifts that didn't work. For over an hour I have tried to reach them. I grew up in family retail businesses, and there is something really wrong with a company that can't be reached in any way, shape or form! Just don't go there, you'll only be frustrated.

I ordered apparel for Halloween (on 10/18), paid Express Shipping fees to receive apparel by 10/27-10/29. I was told several days AFTER my order was processed (meaning I could no longer cancel the order) that due to a delay in logistics my order my be delivered at a later time. So I was forced to find an alternative. SHEIN BUYER BEWARE! Be sure to give yourself at least 2 weeks for delivery and that's with express shipping. When I contacted Customer Service (that in itself is impossible to do because they make it so difficult to speak with anyone) I was told by CS rep they could NOT credit my express shipping fee even though the apparel arrived 15 days after my order date. P. s the apparel arrived today, it is sooooo cheap and SMELLS like chemicals, I'd be afraid to wear, this is not a healthy smell.

Product was not what looked like in picture, very very hard to locate on internet to request refund. Phone number for customer service is not connected. Finally went thru PayPal and made complaint. Received a partial payment as they adjusted price of product. Withheld $1.99. No it is not a lot but principle of situation. I jumped thru every hoop to insure a refund. They have over 2000 reviews. If everyone of them were deducted 1.99 that is…almost 4000. 00 they kept. Will NEVER deal with this company again

Shein is a great shopping site. I have never had any problem ordering clothes from this site! Affordable good quality and excellent customer service. If I had something to return me as a VIP member they have me keep the items as a gift from Shein and still refund my money back. I see so many negative reviews here which are not true! If I could rate a ten star I would.

Shein stole my money. I cancelled an order and shein showed me a fake refund receipt. I never received my refund. They kept on insisting the problem was with my bank. My bank proved the problem was on their end. Shein scammed me of my refund.

SHEIN told fed ex to have my Package destroyed after only a week
I ordered express delivery. They shipped it through fed ex. They tried to deliver 3 times. They would leave a note and I would sign it for them to leave the package. I even went on the delivery manager to change the shipment to LEAVE PACKAGE. They still refused to leave it, so I went to the fed ex location the day after the final attempt, and they said that SHEIN said to destroy the package after only a week time frame of trying to get it, so they wouldn't have to pay the return fee. So I lost 100 dollars, and they won't do anything to fix it. Awful company. Just hope that your package gets delivered or else they'll destroy it. WHO destroys a package? Worst company ever.

If you don't read the reviews on Shein before buying something you're gonna be disappointed. From my experience, their clothes are either too big or too small, or the material is weird & poorly made.
I usually get my orders within a week, so the shipping time has been good, but so far I haven't been 100% satisfied with the clothing. So far I've thrown one bodysuit from shein away. It was way too small and the material was horrible and uncomfortable. A couple of dresses that I bought were either too big or made of poor material. Another bodysuit came with a hole in it. I bought some purses and jewelry & they are OK.
So bottom line, make sure you read the reviews on Shein very carefully & thoroughly before buying anything! Take note of how the items fit and the material it's made of before making a purchase or else you'll be wasting a lot of money.

I will not order from Shein again. Both shirts are flimsy, poor quality fabric. With one shirt I wondered if it was a plastic-type material; felt bad on. Both were undersize for the size they implied.

You can't really trust the reviews because they are giving them upon arrival of item. A lot of the pictures of the item being reviewed are of it still in the package. Plus once you leave a review Shein won't let you go back and update it. I left a great review on a necklace. I wore it one time in the shower and the gold color was ruined. It tarnished so bad after just one time in the shower that I had to throw it away. That's when I learned that the reviews aren't trustworthy. They are left just to earn points to go toward purchases. I have since left a bad review on a pair of shoes that I actually wore before reviewing. I'm still waiting to see if that one gets shown.

Their customer service lied to me and tried to gaslight me into believing something else. Ive had to contact them multiple times myself just for my package to move on to the next stage. I ordered 4 items, I put 1 top in the bin it was so poorly made. 1 dress for good sammies, 1 dress is okay for around the house and 1 dress will be okay when I take it in under the arms. Never again you can return items but they have made it difficult to do so.

These guys haven't refunded my money for a shirt after I returned the item. When I asked them why I didn't get my refund, they said the item didn't pass a quality control. I asked them to clarify what is wrong with its quality, they couldn't clarify and promised to clarify later...(?). Meanwhile, my item is shown on their site like refunded and at the same time not delivered. It looks like their lie is mixed up turning into a full absurd. Never buy anything from this site, never trust them, they are liers and sell a low quality items, and never refund your money back unless you use a PayPal service. The worst merchant I have ever met

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
