I used this site to purchase over 400 dollars worth of merchandise for my daughter who had a coupon for 30% off and and they won't honor the coupon because she put in the order an hour early for the coupon they sent her and now they want her to receive the clothing and items purchased then send them back and return them in order to get our money back ridiculous I will tell everyone that I know that this site is a scam and that they are just sending you coupons and not honoring them
I will return with my review... let's just say, I've been placing an order with this company SINCE October. I have been getting SHEIN emails in my junk mail for years and the 1 time I decided to try them out. THEY FAILED... But as I said, will the 3rd time be a charm... IF NOT, I will return with more negative reviews...

I bought my cloth for my Hawaii trip in November and never got it after a month. I contacted customer service through email and no one responded to me. I had to get on the online chatting to have someone refund me, but what about my trip and all the time I spent to pick the clothes. It's a total waste of time, i will never buy from them.

I ordered from SHEIN before, needed cheap quality gym jerseys to workout, great fast delivery the 1st time. I was expecting a black jogger under $25 never received it but got my money back regardless! Really disappointed with SHEIN's customer service this time. I received free shipping that was the deal for SheIn"s black Friday/cyber Monday sale. Everything is still the same price. The deals are the same B's coupons you get regularly! The sales are the same ones the usually have but they're marketing it like you'll get big savings. This is an outright lie. You get the same savings regardless most of the time and this is not worth waiting for. If I would have known that SheIn just lied about the "Big Deals" they have going on I would have shopped elsewhere and will be doing so in the future. Shein's "sales" are a joke.

I ordered shien on the 4th of Nov. I was given an estimate date of 18-20. Which is understandable. When 20th came. Nothing! I figured maybe they were waiting for payment since I did Afterpay. So I ended up paying it all. Thought I would get it after, but nope. Then I contact support, which they told me I should be receiving it in 3-5 days. Cause there was a delay. Then I couldn't track my things. It just said in Canada for process. Finally I reached out again & they blamed it on the BC flood. But still they couldn't say where my things were & when I should be expecting them. Then I get a msg saying if I don't receive by the 27th, to get them to reship me again. Then I seen it the tracking location changed & for 4 days now it's says on the way to Where I live. & still nothing. Now I'm being told that my things were unavailable & that if I want a reship or a refund. Like why lie & tell me my things are on the way, when basically they were never on the way to begin with. So they scammed me for my money & I never got nothing.

I've ordered from shien quite a few times and never have had a problem with the shipping the clothes definitely could be better quality but it's kinda u get what u pay for … but this time doesn't make sense i made a purchase on the 20th and that same day said my package had been shipped from there facility for the past week now i haven't gotten any updates on were my package is. My estimated delivery time was the end of November which is why i still went through with my purchase now it's not till December. I contacted support and asked them because usps only received the packing label that means my package hasn't shipped yet right? They told me yes, then go on to saying it has shipped that went back and forth never fully confirming if it's shipped or not shipped yet, they said according to shien it has shipped well not according to usps it hasn't even if it has usps would have some update on there end and they don't they haven't even received the package going on a week, they told me to wait until the delivery date? Like I'm supposed to wait until December for my updates to see when my package is coming i wouldn't have still ordered it if it was gonna be here in December

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My friend said that they really loved the store. I was very excited to give them a shot. Unfortunately the large order that I ordered was missing five items. I reported this through customer service. No one responded for over 24 hours. I had to check back in with them after a three day investigation. They proactively never reached out to me. They responded with my package was the right size and if I do reach out again my credit score would be effected. So now I am out of money my missing items and a threat on my credit score. I am so angry I am never shopping here again.

The only available USA phone number has NOT been set up?! Trying to deal with their customer service in CHINA is most frustrating and a complete waste of time. After the "chat" they always stated "issue solved" but NOT at all. Trying to request a change of address took 12 chats to no avail. They kept saying info "updated" but never gave permission to delivery company to change the address. Will never order from them again even though the prices are great!

I am still waiting for the refund… yes even after 2 yrs there is no sign of help and my money is still stuck.
Customer service team first promised a refund in the PayPal account but that never happened… I escalated and asked again ever since then they have been telling to wait and have patience

So again I am trying to get in touch with SHEIN and is impossible! I cannot go through there chat on their website. They are ignoring on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. A friendly advice don't shop there because when there is problems they will not help you. I want my money back and it's ridiculous that I need to contact on different platforms and to get ignored. They have very attractive pictures but deffinately a tale of you get what you pay for. Although the clothes that are delivered kind of look like the pictures, they are so cheaply made, using such poor quality materials that the items are not wearable. Save your money, buy elsewhere.

I placed and order on 11/12/2021 then realized that one of the items was a duplicate so I requested a refund. They refunded my card then turned around and changed me again for the initial full payment amount. I've been going back and forth with Shein via email this will be my last order with this company they keep saying they didn't double charge but everyone knows that only a merchant place an hold for authorization for a payment. This company is a fraud!

Bought boots around 1 months ago. Worn them couple of times and both soles are completely cracked. Rest part of boots looks like new. Asked for refund, but I got just 60% back. That were the highest amount what shop could give me. 60% for completely broken boots?! Was shocked. I will never going to buy from this shop again.

I really like searching for some marketplaces in order to acquire some new stuff for my outfit and various accessories which will perfectly combine with my outfit. However, I can't dedicate lots of time to this activity as I'm busy with my own business. Once on weekends, I found this marketplace, and noticed plenty of things which can easily decorate my outfit. I have ordered plenty of clothes, shoes and they were delivered pretty fast. I wish I wouldn't face this marketplace earlier and I hope I will apply here once again, because I like the style of clothes which is represented here.

Shein is a great way to shop for low use items... t-shirts etc... but buyer beware when you want something a little more stylish. Example: I bought a fedora hat for $10. Please see photos! After trying to fix it realized it was also made wrong on top of shipped wrong... shop cautiously

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
