My first time EVER ordering from Shein on Nov 15 2021 and paid for the shipping that guaranteed arrival Nov 25 the latest for a trip I was taking on Nov 27. I called on the 20th of Nov to ask what was the issue as to why my order is nowhere to be found. Nobody had any information. Finally on Nov 24th they email me that it will arrive Dec 1st. I told them to cancel my order as I no longer want or need it because obviously I can't do anything with the order AFTER my trip. They refused to cancel so I contacted the shippers and had them return to Shein. On Dec 6 they emailed my my refund would be here by Dec 14th the lastest. It is now Dec 19th 2021 and I have NOT received my refund and obviously no clothes. I've contacted Shein on more than several occasions to the point where their representative Levi blocked my account from being able to contact Shein altogether so I had to use my second email address to contact them and complain about that as well. The moment I asked for a contact rep from their legal department so that my lawyers may reach out to them, that is when all of a sudden Shein put a senior representative on the case to investigate. Again today is Dec 19 2021 and I still have not received my refund of over $140+ from an order place on Nov 15 2021. My first and last time EVER using Shein.

I have ordered clothes for my baby twice from SHEIN and I have had positive experiences both times. The clothes are beautiful and made of quality materials. They have the coolest designs for babies that I haven't seen anywhere else. A nice selection of tie dye, which is what I was searching for. And the prices are very good. Shipping takes a little longer than I expected, which is why I only gave four stars, but I will definitely be purchasing from them again and again! I'm very happy with my purchases! The fit was perfect, too!
I don't know if Shein is the problem or the shipping company which they have chosen to deliver our products, my first order supposed to deliver December 8 by IMILE till now I didn't receive it and again a message from Shein that it will take another 8-10 working day! And that I decided to refund my order, I am again waiting for my another order that was departed from Origin last Dec 4th and was supposed to be delivered on December 10 by POSTAPLUS but NOTHING! I will never ever order again in SHEIN if this kind of issue continues! There products are good but shipping company that they had chosen is reaallyy a mess!

I just ordered for the first time and I am disappointed. On the website the clothes look like they are good quality items like actual cotton. But when I received my items they are not. They are the cheap thin material. I ordered from them because it says free returns which it is not. The shipping fee comes out of your return money. I wouldn't recommend. In the picture I took you can clearly see right through them.

I get a call that shein is outside it an order that I had to wait for more then 14 days and my mom who had the money wasn't home she was at work and she would come back at 4 but it was 3 and he said they can't wait and they just left and now I can't get my order! What a waste of time all these days I have been waiting was just a waste of my time I got excited for no reason if they had atleast informed us my mom would have kept the money so I could pay but no nothing they don't inform. Worst place to order from.

You will never see your money but they will have told you it's in your the Shein wallet. When u want to use it they will say it's not received. Their customer service will email back and forth with stupid questions like which shipping company you used…. Theirs Duh. Free shipping and label provided. Biggest crooks around. Clothes are cheap and will last a couple of washes. Rather shop with Pretty Little Thing.

Its been 3 almost 4 weeks and these people at shein dont know where my packages are all 11 of them, canada post doesnt know where they are and they will not refund my money, they keep making excuses. Those 11 items are for my children for christmas. I will never order from this company again

I have proof of posting with weight so they could check. THEN they kept £41 + for "processing fee". No mention of this previously. Terrible customer service and total disregard for their potential customer. Out to make money and cheat. Raising complaint with Paypal.

I recently bought $200 worth of clothing and accessories to try and put together an outfit for a wedding. I figured that some of the stuff wouldn't work out which is why I bought multiple things and wanted to return what didn't work. Well, not a single thing was good enough quality or fit to work. Very disappointing. By the way if you're used to US sizing you have to go up at least 2 sizes for anything to fit (I'm normally a L-XL and for SHEIN nothing less than 2XL will fit at all.)

I must say that I was very happy buying at Shein, until I placed a large order to try on several dresses. I kept a dress that costed around £25 and I had to pay more than £40 for handling fees on my return. I wasn't aware of that as they advertise free returns. I feel scammed and very disappointed as they did hide these fees trough the purchase and return process.
I tried to communicate this with the customer support several times, but they are not offering any solution, just to bare with it. They are saying that these fees are from transportation, labor wage and other costs in specific markets. What!?

I purchased many items on Black Friday deals but it came out to be wrong size and guess what they do not return, exchange or refund any items which are promotional or in deal even if it's bad quality or size or anything. Hate it! I got wrong size and bad quality and couldn't return it totally lost my money…I will not recommend SHEIN to anyone! Horrible service!

DHL held my clothes hostage till I paid a fee ( which I know I shouldn't have) and I wasn't even told I had to pay, no email, or phone call I had to go through my tracking to see that they had it on hold! Took me 3 hours to finally talk to someone to find out I had to to pay almost $50!
We should be able to pick delivery! Ordered clothes for my Granddaughter the same day I ordered the other shipment being held hostage by DHL, and recieved it no problem from another delivery company. Also was told when I paid the " ransom " it would be shipped out the next day... still on hold!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
