Wish I could leave zero stars for this. Ordered this green jumper a couple of days ago and it arrived today. As soon as I opened the package I noticed that the left sleeve is hanging off! The jumper looks like it's almost been cut with a pair of scissors and just been thrown in a bag and sent out to me! I'm disgusted that this company even thinks it's okay to send their items out in this condition. The material is extremely cheap and it appears as if it's already been worn! The item also came with no tags on which is very odd and no paperwork to show order confirmation or returns policies? Would not recommend to anyone, disgraceful quality and extremely disappointing.
I ordered my order on the 24th of November and it still hasn't arrived…. I was told it was coming in 13 days…. I haven't heard back since…. Will not be ordering again.

So, I was hoping these items were as cute as look online. And lots of folks call it "hit and miss". For me, it's a distinct MISS. I have ordered twenty or so items over the last 8 months or so. I gathered it all together in my closet. I have worn ONE item a couple of times. Ask your granny about cheap, double-knit polyester fabric of the 70s and her grimace will tell you all you need to know. Only this is even cheaper, thinner than that stuff of her day. Items are generally ill-fitting, cheaply made and don't fall on me like they appear in the ads. If you like surprises and are into the idea that "I'll order ten things and maybe find one I like" and only be out 50 bucks, then this is for you. Personally, I gave it a good run and am done.

I ordered a good amount of clothes to gift to my nephew for Christmas since I saw they had good pricing. I paid expedited shipping which is around $13 so that I could get it here as soon as possible. They took alittle bit longer than expected to process my order but I figured I ordered with enough time that it wouldn't be a problem. Well, after they finally shipped, it seems my parcel got lost in transit. I kept reaching out to FedEx as Shein told me once they ship it's no longer their problem. Finally after a week of no movement or help from FedEx, I reached back out to SHEIN to see if I could at least be refunded so I could possibly reorder my items or buy another gift for my nephew. They asked me to give them another 7 business days to investigate what happened before I contact them again. At this point, I'm out of money, time and gifts. I tried to be patient and gave them the time they requested to look into what happened. The 7 business days have come and gone so I requested that they refund me my full amount. They told me I would not be refunded shipping which was $13 because it's not something they do. Instead they tried to give me a coupon code for free shipping which mind you, you get free shipping if you order more than $49 anyways. They are complete scammers that don't care about their customers. Do yourself the favors and shop elsewhere as they will do nothing to help you out when things go wrong.

Ordered a purse on December 2,2021. To date I have yet to receive the order. On part of website says delivered. Post office show it was never received by them. Still in transit... Can't get ahold of anyone in customer service. Order at your own risk from this company.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM SHEIN! My mom ordered me a winter jacket from shein for Christmas this year as I looked everywhere and it was the only jacket I really liked so we ordered me a size larger than my usual size as looking at the size charts that seemed right … we'll come Xmas day 2021 and I open my Xmas present which is the jacket I've been waiting to put on go to wear it and it's way to small won't even zipper, so me, my mom and sister look and look for a phone number, customer service line or something to help us return it for a bigger size. Finally we found a number which when called isn't in service so went to their site and msged the customer service thru there an now all we've been getting is generic replies back telling us to get a measurement tape an send a picture of the jacket being measured to "prove" they say that " I followed the size guide". Like what the hell Shein …. You make enough money scamming people you should have a damn call centre for customer service but clearly Shein doesn't care about their customers experience or hard earned money wasted

Their $750 gift card through Flash Rewards is a total scam. There's a lot more time and money required from your end than they ever let on. And once you give over your phone number, you will receive about a dozen span calls every day. On top of all of that, their clothes aren't very high quality and fall apart in the wash. I don't care how much money they say you'll get if you jump through their crazy hoops. It's not worth it.

I placed an order on December 8th and it was supposed to be delivered on December 20th or 21st. It is now December 27th. I still have not received my order. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. I tried reaching out to the site and the rep just issued a refund with out looking into the problem. The carrier says they never recieved the items. Shein rep never looked into it at all. I have learned my lesson. I will never shop with this company again. I waited 3 weeks for nothing. Don't waste your time people.

Literally got scammed on SHEIN. Never buying from here again. Got a stain on my crop top it's way to small looks nothing from the picture and the swtpants is too long the string from the swtpants is way too long. And they charge 7.99$ for the return also is hard to contact them. Not happy

Ordered £140 worth of stuff but wasn't delivered I later tried to contact via phone, email and online to bring this problem up with a member of staff but wasn't able to get through all emails calls and text were ignored the one time I got through they just hung up once I mentioned not receiving my parcel and that I wanted a full refund! Honestly waste of your money it's a scam they refuse refunds after taking a payment for products you don't receive.

I never buy from shein because I know what I'm getting myself into in reference to their cheap material, but I decided to give it a try with something simple like their sunglasses. When they arrived I found it in a good quality case with a wipe for them. Overall, the quality is obviously cheap but it looked exactly like the picture and it works as a good accessory!

Ordered $230 worth of clothes for my granddaughter for Christmas and paid an extra $13 for quicker shipping, as the shipping date was after Christmas. Literally right after the money was taken off my card, I get an email from DHL saying my package was in transit and will be delivered on December 27th, the same day the "free shipping" offered. I specifically paid extra to avoid that problem. Sent an email and got a response back from Roland who said they couldn't refund my shipping, however he'd offer me free shipping or 15% off my next order IF I ordered by December 31st! Meaning the only solution to my problem was a solution that benefits Shein! They did the exact same thing to my daughter and 3 other friends! If your looking for a company who doesn't give a rats behind about you or your money, Shein is the place! If your looking for a company who, at a minimum, refunds fees that were NOT used and actually care about the consumer, then DO NOT use this company!

I ordered off of shein almost a month before Christmas. The cloths for my kids supposed to have came 5 days before Christmas but never arriver why? Because shein failed to notify me that they made a mistake on my address. I got in contact with customer service through live chat and it got me nowhere besides a 5-12 day wait for a refund

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
