I have been shopping with shein for years, always have my packages sent to my PO BOX for safety reasons, and its never been a problem before. NOW suddenly, They refuse to deliver to the PO BOX. The delivery company has no damn clue, I cant understand the operator on the phone who keeps insisting she wants a Home address,(do people not realise not everyone has a home! Ffs!)She just keeps insisting on sensitive personal information she doesnt need. (I have given her my name address, phone number, tracking number, and still she insisting on more. This is now the 3rd phone call without a resolution.
So I tried to get intouch with shein for a refund bcs my package obviously hasnt arrived. And its the hardest thing to do online, or even by phone.The frustration & anxiety is beyond annoying. SO...

Order on the 14 december 2021 and dwlivery date was 02 jan 2022 to 05 jan 2022. I tried calling the logistic company which is buffalo nd i did not win even today. Today when tracking the parcel it says delivered nd i did not receive anything.so i would like to know if it was deliveres who signed for it and when was it delivered even tried returning the order for me to get my money back but still not winning they are saying it will be at my own cost to return it at which i wont afford that

Ordered fast track ordering but only got 1 shirt out of 22 items I ordered, and it clearly said my order is delivered, as I said only found 1 item and nothing more. Plus the item I received was torn and missing a button.
Nowhere to contact Shein, except to return back items, well I can't send back what I don't have. Yes the clothing might be cheap in price, it's not worth it if you don't get it... What a messed up company
I've contacted my bank am going to let them deal with these persons cause I have no way to!

The entire experience was horrible. I paid for express shipping only for them to use DHL and my order still came past the time I needed it. I tried cancelling before it was shipped and was not allowed. The entire customer service is garbage. You can only chat. I will NEVER shop on this site again.

I strongly disagree with their ads, they say it is free return and it is not true they cost $7.99, false advertisement

I returned 5 items due to wrong size the same day I reordered correct size been fighting for 2 months to get refund I just go in circles trying to get refund back cant ever talk to anyone their customer service is horrible they don't try to help their customers at all

Cheaply made Chinese Hong Kong garbage made dresses that dont match the photo and dont fit propely cheap materials, rude greedy people selling them.

I love the range of style that Shein offers to the customer, but I think that they have lots of problems with accuracy about how the clothes really are(usually they're super 'see through' and with cheap fabric), overall not a very good place to buy clothes, but the office and beauty items are very good

I adore most purchases, however will probably never purchase another workout equipment, specific dresses, or jeans before thoroughly researching.

I bought matress covers two weeks ago. I thought oh what a nice deal! I even gave a nice review upon receipt of the items. Believe me cheap is expensive and am now paying dearly.

After using the covers from Shein, my child got sick and has terrible rashes all over his body till now. When I went to the dermatologist, he said it was a reaction but to what? We hadn't change his food, clothes, soap or lotion but one thing! Bedding since we got "new nice ones' from Shein. So when I got home I checked them and they were just as "new and lovely". Then I held them against light! Goodness gracious me! Parasites! Bedbugs and stains. I cried so hard. I ordered and for matress covers, but Shein served me sickness and parasites in a nice cover! What a shame?! Think twice before shopping and Shein and be careful. If there was an option of negative or zero stars, that's what I would give. It pains me to give even that one star! Run for your life! Take care of your health! Shein will sell you cheap fabric as if that's not enough, bring diseases and parasites to your home.

They will take your money then bs you for weeks right before they decide to tell you they cannot deliver your items. There are far toobmany sites that are a million times better than this one.

I bought 9 items for my daughter for Christmas.
My problems:
1) they didn't send me an item. I only got 8.
2) Clothes were ALL were off sized - too big and too small!
3) they don't talk to you - only chat.
4) chat can only help so much.
5) In the end I returned EVERYTHING - and they refused to give me credit for the item I never got.
6) BEWARD: The "coupon" they offered - yes, they want you to "BUY" their coupons - so I "bought" one for the order - BUT it is NOT refundable. That's how they "get" you - even if you return everything. They keep your coupon money!

Bottom line: JUST STAY AWAY FROM THINGS FROM CHINA!

I ordered a gift card for my granddaughter for Christmas and never received it! I have checked my SPAM folder everyday since I ordered the card. I have sent multiple requests through "customer service". I have NEVER heard a word from them. I tried sending an email using the address of the email I received confirming my payment... no response. I tried in vain to find a phone number to actually talk to someone... there is no such thing as far as I could find. I also had zero luck with the "chat" feature. I am very disappointed with my experience with Shein. My granddaughter is so sad, she was really looking forward to shopping on your site. I am out $200.00 and I can assure you that we will never order from this site and will do our best to make sure that no one we know ever does either.

Out of 5 dresses I ordered from SHEIN the fabric is all different. All poor quality. The seams on the items are unfinished and raveled. You have to be careful because sizing is different on each item. I can sew. I had to cut and re sew items to fit correctly. Cheap price but, cheap quality. I would not recommend. By the way I tried to return items and the app let me go so far and stopped in the return process. I could never print out a return label. Buy American made.

They are scammers. They lure customers to order. My first order arrived timely. I ordered second time in November and delivery date was supposed to be 9 December. It's 18 January and still nothing received. Orders worth more than A$130. I am very disappointed as they I wanted to give as Christmas presents but nothing arrives!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN. Unreliable and no communication to inform customers what happened to the delivery!
