If you click on their email link to track your shipment, you will find that you have to have an account and log in. There's no reason why this should be a requirement. Then after you type in your name and password (or create an account if you don't have one) it asks you for a verification code. The only way to get the code is to check your email. You have to leave the site, go back to your inbox, get the code, find the email with the tracking link, and click on the link again. Then it will tell you the code is invalid. If you go through this entire process again, it will lock you out and say try again later. Very frustrating! You have to really dig through the website to find any kind of a help section. The only contact info I found is live chat, which is only available for 6 hours of the day. This is ridiculous. All I wanted to do was track my shipment!
I had two dresses that were originally in the final cart for my daughter. When they sent me the shipping information, the two dresses were no longer there. I paid for those dresses. Their customer service is awful.

Returned a complete order, they refunded part. When I chased them they told me to contact Hermes to get a return weight receipt. Tried calling and they informed me that SHEIN should specify this. Tried contacting customer care and they are totally unhelpful.

Read reviews before buying I honestly feel like it's kind of a rip off some of the stuff they overcharge on it's kind of excessive all of their stuff is coming from China there's no point I wouldn't ever buy their stuff again I got a couple of good sweaters but they took kind of forever to get here to be honest

I googled some stockings (ones with 3d flowers on them) I see them all over Instagram and Etsy and the web and I fell in love with them. Shein popped up with an affordable pair. I then googled some reviews and someone had said it was a hit or miss. I ended up getting like 14 items total (I couldn't pass the amazing prices up). Nail rhinestones, nail decorations, packs of stockings, knee high socks and various designs and styles. I got soooooo many compliments on my knee high kitty socks. And I use my black lace with design tights every day for work. I'm super happy and about to get some more things. I just wanted to pass along to others who were skeptical and wanted to know what shopping from www.Shein.Com is like.
(First picture) Now the nail rolls that had various designs (I don't know if it was supposed to be plastic?) But eh for a dollar? I'll find something to do with it. There's like 10 designs in a plastic tray. The product isn't a foil, sticker or press on. It's a cute design on thin plastic. Maybe I just had something else in mind and these are supposed to be that way?
Either way just letting everyone know www.Shein. Com is awesome. They have bathing suits, lingerie, cloths, shoes, accessories and a loyalty rewards program.
Stockings with 3d flowers, kitty cat knee high socks, anime school girl knee high socks, pack of 4 different designs black lace stockings, rhinestones for my nails, design 3d for nails, and the box of nail designs. ( Not everything I got is in my pictures) that doesn't mean it wasn't awesome.

2 stars because Shein use to be a lot cheaper $5, $6 $12 $15 for most things when I checked out 10 -13 items it use to be like $150 total (with a roughly $30 discount) but now most items are $20 - $25 minimum and 12-14 items comes out to like $350 - $400
3 stars for the quality it's 50/50 chance it will look good on you

I couldn't find a way to return some items back. I ordered as a guest by using ApplePay. I have order number and everything BUT there is no way of returning the items without having an account by the time you made an order. It is impossible to reach out to a human either by phone or by the chat room. I'm stuck.

This place is terrible! The quality of the products are horrible! The size charting is way off! And the returns are terrible as well. I am still waiting on my money back from a return made for months ago! I will never again shop there or recommend to anyone!

Today March 16,2022, I am within my 45 days to return my order received 1/31/22. I have until 3/17/22. And the website tells me I am over the return date. This is incorrect. There is no phone number associated with this site. No one to talk to. Just an automated system that doesn't provide correct information. Just a waste of money and time. DO NOT USE.

I tried to return some things from my very first order and the label would not scan at the USPS I thought it was an error on my end so I kept the items and let it slide. I just recently purchased 3 pairs of pants and a large would fit someone who is an XS so I started a return. First label wouldn't scan at post office. I contacted customer service though messaging because they do not have a working phone line(How Convenient). Got a second label and what do you know that does not work as well. I am beyond frustrated with this company. No more! After this my account will be deleted. Piss poor customer service!

Placed an order with Shein just recently. Ordered three pairs of boots and one pair came in the wrong size and NOT the same as the one I ordered. Wanted to return it but it says 'sale items can't be returned' on this item! So contacted customer service about it but still no response from them after several days. Shein, FORGET IT! DON'T ORDER from them! Very irresponsible! I can't return the wrong item now without a return label/acknowledgment from them and the fault lies with them!

I ordered from here & my package sat in the sterilization & inspection process for forever! I ended up reaching out to support due to the fact that my items were time sensitive. I ordered gifts for a baby shower as well as a dress for me to wear at that shower. Support confirmed with me that I would receive those items on time. It is now day of the shower & I do not have my items. I now will have to go out & by all new gifts as well as an outfit for myself meaning I'll be spending double the money. So frustrating. If you need something within a specific timeframe, order elsewhere. You're gonna end up having to shop elsewhere anyways once your package doesn't arrive on time!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
