To make things worse, Shein pushes out designs much faster than any other retailer out there. Their own CMO Molly Miao has revealed that the company drops "700–1,000 new styles daily.". Combined with their ultra-low prices, Shein is able to influence its buyers to buy more and buy more frequently, worsening the issue of a global rise in textile waste. Shein has VERY CHEAPLY MADE clothing. Sizes are not true to fit. They may work for Asian women but they do not fit American women.

A huge selection of clothes and shoes for every taste, the prices are very affordable, but the quality of some things is not very good, although you should not expect a better quality for such a price
SHEIN is a scam they cancel your orders without letting you know beforehand, there is no one to speak too regarding your issues, via telephone, only chat and even then they are very rude and places blame on you for their mistakes I will never order from them again

This is the worst place to shop the customer service is abhorrent. They don't listen to anything you say and just keep saying the same thing over and over again and they don't help you. The site is not user-friendly. This is why everything is cheap you get what you pay for. What a terrible place to shop.

I purchased some clothes from Shein for the first time. I bought holiday clothes for myself and my daughter and, although the quality wasn't great, it was fine for holiday. I was pleased with the delivery times and when I needed to return a few items that didn't fit the return was free and easy. I then placed another order and this time I wanted to try some of their other ranges, including work wear to see if they were also ok. The quality was awful and therefore I had to return them. I followed the same procedure to return and thought all went well. The emails I received from Shein all said we are pleased to tell you we have processed your return and you will receive your refund amount in the next 3 days. Fine I thought. But when I looked at the amounts something didn't add up. I had been charged more than the value of the clothes I had kept. £41 more! I asked Shein why I had been charged an additional £41 and they said it was a 'handling fee'! I explained that although a 'handling fee' was mentioned on one occasion in the small print the advertising of 'free returns' was misleading at best and there was no way that I as a customer would have any way of knowing how much the 'handling fee' might be and it was not reasonable to charge such a high amount. Customer service did not respond to any of those points and just quoted the one sentence of the small print which said 'handling fee' and told me to have a nice day! So I would not recommend buying from these people as they may just steal your money like they did to me.

I bought 3 dresses, they came pretty quick, in about a couple weeks, You know the saying you get what you pay for?... that's exactly right. Very thin material,. Very cheap. Felt like something that came from a dollar store table cloth. I tried ironing one, for only a second it melted a hole in the material instantly. And if you are not careful putting them on you literally hear the stiching pulling out. There was 20 dollars down the drain. But the styles are cute. And the service is fast. I got a lot of complements on it.

I have shopped on Shein various times throughout the past few years and have bought many items from them. I will no longer shop at shein. I am constantly giving them chances but am always disappointed. The items are super affordable which is what draws so many people to that site, however, you are definitely paying for what you get and sometimes even less. The designs are cute but the quality is awful. Even when you do get something with decent materials and fabric, there's still always something wrong. Most often, TERRIBLE stitching. I know how difficult it is nowadays to find cute, affordable, trendy, clothes, however, my advice is to save up your money and get a few great quality items, rather than many bad quality items. Shein and fast fashion in general is also known to be awful for the environment.

I'd give it no stars if I could. The clothes are of poor quality. They con you into free delivery and free returns and then slap you with a massive handling fee. It cost me £32 for my £13 order. Never will buy from then again. Stay away!

Shein for South Africa is a total rip-off. They promote free delivery on their website and I paid 87 USD for customs. There is an extra big advertising banner on top of the web page right now that when you order for more than 600 ZAR (South African Rand), delivery is free. They have an extra page for South Africa with prices in South African Rand. Very disappointing, the customer support does only give generic answers and not even acknowledge the problem.

My box was sent back I tried to get in touch with the company by phone which stays busy 24/7 then they asked you to pay a dollar to talk to chat tried to get in touch with them several times through email to return my call no response customer service is bad I'm still waiting for them to get in touch with me about my money or my box which was returned and Mr Lee received it and he has not reached out to me.

When ordering they give sizes, however once you receive the clothing there are NO SIZES LISTED IN THE GARMENT! No way to know EXACTLY what size they have sent you. Material is VERY CHEAP AND THIN. Won't last long, maybe through 1 or 2 washes. Good luck to anyone who orders! I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

This company sale merchandise that sizes do not reflect the American sizes. They are too small. I ordered 2 polo shirts xxl and they came with a tag of xxl but medium sizes. Now i am complaining about this to them because they charge a lavbel fee to return. In my case i am lucky because the shirts are smaller then the sizes that they reflect as xxl. But this sizes are not the American xxl or large.Be careful with this website

There is a reason why the clothes are cheap as hell. If I am being honest, the clothes are cute, but have horrible quality and texture. You can literally look at the prices on their websites, they are very cheap.
It is also a bit "weird" how the feminine children clothes are designed. They female clothing sizes for ages 9+ are... inappropriate. Half, or almost all female clothing sizes show some amount of skin and have tops and bottoms that are very tight and reveal parts that should not be visible on a young girls body. The feminine children swimsuits speak for themselves. They are wildly inappropriate for ones age, especially for a girl that is under 14. It is as if they are "sexualizing" feminine clothing which is not something that should be done. But the swimsuits are mostly the problem.

I made an order which was shipped out in two parcels I never got the second one they said that it was signed for but I never got it, trying to get to customer service is a nightmare I couldn't get a refund or get the item reshipped customer service is a joke because they send you through so many obstacles that they hope that the customer just gives up. It has been a month and I haven't got a refund or the rest of my order I highly recommend you reading the reviews before you order from this site.

I'm pretty sure most people know what to expect from this website at this point. If you don't, everything is shipped from China and is pretty low quality. However if you go through a lot of clothes often and like cute temporary fits for events, it works. I change up my style a lot so it's convenient to have inexpensive items like this, just be sure to read the reviews. It's helpful that other purchasers have uploaded photos of themselves wearing the items so you can see how the clothing looks in real life and how it will fit you. Shipping can take about a week at the fastest speed and two or three weeks if you get the free shipping.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
