I loved everything about Shein products, and the more you buy the more points that you get. Every I check for more points, that is why I love shopping with them they just give you points by checking every day.
I've been a VIP member in Shein and I liked it, but one day I had a situation that Shein cancelled my order for some reason that I don't know. So I reordered my items but found that the order cancelled was suddenly in effect and shipped. The only way I could get refunded was returning them, but they were too many items. I asked Shein customer service if they have a compensation policy for situations made by their fault, but they do not. I need to return those to get refunded for their fault. This was different from what I experienced from Amazon's service and I felt uncomfortable with Shein's irresponsible policy on their fault. I don't feel like shopping in Shein anymore and I'm trying to find other alternative brand.
I've ordered from here a few times but after the articles and seeing how TERRIBLY they treat their workers I'll never order from here again and I hope others see it too. If you order from shein check your tags

I ordered a package from Shein. I never received it. They sent a picture of a package addressed to the wrong person and wrong address and they told me it was mine. Customer service was a real pain. Lost my money. Never again

I do receive the products I order, but in an Amazon world, shein takes a long time to deliver. The clothes often seem slightly big, which is contrary to what I would have thought. One issue I do have is they blow up your phone with texts and even soliciting calls. This has made me hesitant to order from them. When company's become annoying I tend to not buy from them. They have become annoying and they follow what you do. The minute I look at their site I get texts and calls. I hate that! I've had things I. My cart and once they start blowing up my phone I stop ordering and don't follow through. You will never get me as a customer by soliciting me too much. It creates a feeling of desperation which makes your clothes become of low value to me.

It's been years that I do online shopping and I have never had an awful experience like I had with Shein! They are a bunch of thieves that have no clue how to be trustworthy and work properly.one of the dresses that I have ordered was terribly stinky(which shows that they don't follow the hygiene restrictions at all! Who knows where were those clothes before!) and The shoe was way more bigger than what I have ordered, and I have sent them proofs and photos of What I have ordered and what I have received that was completely different and unpleasant! They were so rude, unprofessional and unable to manage the issue and mistake that they have caused. They did anything to escape their responsibilities and deny their mistakes. Even with proofs and photos! They just wanted to kill time and ignore their mistake! They don't speak a proper English as well, other than being rude and incompetent! Please don't waste your time and money on these BS apps. What a shame!

I ordered really cute pieces from Shein (7 pieces) and it stated all were delivered to my P. O. box. But, no, only one bikini top was sent in my package. I have reached out to customer service via email (telling them to not refund, but please replace items) with the promise of a response in 24 hours and, 1 week later, no reply. Im so sad. I wanted those pieces..

My problem with them is that they do not know how to fulfill their promise to customers, otherwise in estimating the time of the customer, I reached before making the order that I am traveling and I must receive the order before departure. Clients replied that the order was supposed to be delivered on 2/06 although they promised me to receive it before that date.

I purchased items of $400 using afterpay but when I received the items half of the items like mens shirts, purses and shoes were not made with good materials so I returned them with 2 return labels. The small package was refunded through afterpay but the large package has not been refunded. I have written to both Shein and afterpay but all proved futile. Moreover, afterpay is about to bill my account. Please, be warned of Shein they're not truthful and it's difficult to get anyone to resolve your issues if you get one. Most of their items are inferior. Made with cheap materials.

I just returned some items to Shein and noticed that I didn't get a full refund. They pointed to their terms and conditions which refer to deducting postage and a 'handling fee' from the refund and confirmed that I had been charged a £53 handling fee so be aware of this when ordering!

I order 14 times spent $153 on shein and out of all the stuff I ordered I'm only getting 3 things back and they only gave me 51 points. Nah someone better refund me my money how the hell are they gonna give me 3 items out of the 14 things i purchased truly unprofessional.

How I wish I read the reviews before spending so much money for my order. I was supposed to receive my order on 10 May 2022, to date nothing has been received. No update or anything. I am not even sure if Shein is a genuine online store or a scam. I feel like I have been scammed. Please help

I hate that this website only advertises skinny models with large breasts, small waist & a big butt. These models are not realistic body types. I know they have a section for plus women but goodness why don't they have in between options. The material is often cheap and undersized. It's just not a healthy website for body image in my opinion.

Great online store for women's clothing. Huge selection of goods, quite often I buy even if I do not like a product it can be returned.
I place a order may 08/2022 and supposed be shipped on may 10/2022 and deliver on may 19 as a express mail delivery i spent 233.34 in my order. They take the money out from my bank on may 09/2022, then i receive a email that they need a 6 digit of my authorization code from my bank, so because i do not understand what they mean, i start to talk to some one in the live chat they have for costumer services. They asking me for a screenshot of my transaction... i send it. Well next day i go to chat again, they said it was decline, they need my copy of my ID and i need to call my bank so my bank can give me the 6 numbers code. Whattttt? But wait a minute, you have the money already why you need more inf.? They said for security purpose, i mean of whattt? I cancel my order. By the way this is my second experience with this website SHEIN... the first one order never came and they refund the money, and now this is my second order and that's what happened. DONT TRUST SHEIN BAD EXPERIENCE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
