Browsed around and picked myself dresses, shoes etc...(£178+) I go to checkout and there's a handling fee of £19.99 added to my total order and they also promised 30% discount on orders about 100 but they only discounted 5%... am put off this site, thanks. Now am trying to submit my review but am being FORCED TO RATE THIS SITE HAAAAA... OK now 1 star in am allowed to submit... SHAMELESS

Although the clothes are beautiful and great value for money i found carelessness in processing orders, my dress was missing a belt and the hassle for returning or even getting a half decent response from shein was impossible. Please do simple checks before shipping orders so the customer is not inconvenienced with unnecessary returns!

Received my order everything came in a separate bag, but every piece was damp. And had a bad smell. Some of the piece really looked cheap with no tags at all. I will not order again from this site!

Don't waste your money or your time with this $#*!TY company, i really mean it. I would have given 0 stars if I could. I have never seen such a poorly organized online sales company with the $#*!tiest customer service ever.
I ordered the same order 5 times and each time they refused my credit card and they refunded me without even telling me why. The bank proofs were sent without any success. I think they didn't even bother to look at them. Finally an agent sends me a Pay pal link which I pay immediately but for 6 days, I write to them EVERY SINGLE DAY. Every day an agent told me that the transaction was found in the system and the next day they sent me an email saying that the transaction was not found. Groundhog day.
I conntacted Paypal and they confirmed that the transaction was successful. I am fed up with dealing with theses morons and the lies regarding the transaction. I finally asked Paypal to reimburse me.

I will never make another purchase from this company! I returned two tops to them and now they will not give my money back. I have talked on the phone, chatted, emailed numerous times and they are giving me the runaround. These shirts were too big, so I returned them and reordered in the meantime. I have never gotten my money back. One employee on the chat line even had the nerve to say "what do you want now". Never again!

I purchased two hats that arrived damaged and crushed. When I went online to return the damaged hats, it stated on the page that I would not be able to return the items at all. I also saw that if I would've been allowed to return the damaged hats, I would've had to pay my own shipping back which is $7.95, a processing and handling fee which is $7.99, and a $3 restocking fee. This is ridiculous! Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and money, and go elsewhere to a reputable retailer that doesn't rip innocent people off. I'll throw these hats away, and have to take a financial loss.

Yes, you get cheap clothes that are either made ok and you can wear them for a little bit and then they tear, or they are horrible and made with the worst material and their sizes are WAY off. Recently I ordered a bunch of dresses. I ordered a SMALL because I am 5'0 and 115lbs. They were made horribly, the material was like a rock, and they were HUGE. They fit like an XXL. Their return policy is also terrible because as you know, the dresses cost like $8-$14 and the refund policy is you have to PAY to return them. I believe it was like $7.00. Obviously, I'm not doing that. So, I sent them all the pictures they need and asked them for a refund WITHOUT sending them back, OR someone could come to my house and pick it up (from the mail service) WITHOUT me paying for shipping. After a week of arguing, they gave me two options. 1. keep the dresses and get 30% off. 2. DESTROY the dresses, cut them up, send them a picture, and get a full refund. How terrible is that?!? I told them I could donate them (I live in Portland and there are a ton of homeless here that need clothes) and that they should be ashamed of themselves.

I love to shop and get so many different products from Shein. Shein can be very addicting and make you want to buy so many things. They have so much to choose from, customer reviews on the website)which is awesome), and amazing prices.
A few things I do not like about Shein.com is that the sizing can be off and also the quality. Some items I've purchased looked thick and great on the website, but end up being thin and not form fitting like it looks on the model. Another thing I dislike is the shipping time, but that's expected with coming from China to USA. I do love a lot of products I have gotten like the clothing and shoes, but the jewelry and the press on nails that were more of a gamble. Great products for the price tho for sure! After my first order, I wasn't sure how to find the order and had difficulty with the account information. I called Shein and they helped me with it. After I received my 2nd order, I decided to return some things from each order. I managed to generate 2 return labels, but when I print them they are the wrong size, and they will not print as the right size. When I tried to find the phone number, it wasn't there. When I googled the number, I found it but it is only a busy signal. Live chat, which is listed on their site (and which they claim on social media is available), is NOT available. There is no way to start a chat. The ONLY thing you can do is submit a ticket based on pre-existing topics that do not address my concerns. I I have no doubt they will only generate an automatic emails based on the pre-existing topics I am forced to select. Its a waste of time (and money), but then that is what they are counting on. I did manage to contact them on facebook messenger and they say they are going to try to manually send the labels to my email. We shall see.
If that does not work, I am going to ship these back hopefully with the QR code so the post office can generate a label, but after reading these reviews, I am going to insure the stuff I'm sending back in case they claim they haven't received something. I'm not playing these games with them, and I will never order from them again.

What a shame. I had my vacation plan and i ordered cloth form this website, during checkout it was showing delivery date different and when i placed order it was showing different delivery date. If I had known that its not going to deliver my cloths for planned vacation, i would not have had placed my order. My order number is GSON2P*******BRW, and i am still waiting for my cloths. What a fraud website with one way communication. You can not contact them if you have some problem. Its sure i am not going to order anything from this website... deliver my clothes before 17 june of worth 90euro or anyway you ruined my vacation..

I've been more struck by the less than classy way Shein advertises their products for women, than the beautiful products I've purchased. And while it's been a mix of fast/cheap fashion and decent quality items, scrolling through ads on Facebook, Instagram or their website is like looking at soft porn. Many shots of female models, their poses and what they're wearing are inappropriate and disgusting. The overly sexualized and photoshopped images creates a very disturbing and unrealistic view of women that isn't needed to promote their products. Yet they do, which is revealing…they can and should do better. And as a shopper I regret supporting this type of culture and plan to do better…
I ordered from Shein for the first time. It was the ONLY purchase made on my card for the last 2 months. I received my order and immediately found fraud on my bank account TWICE which can only mean that Shein did NOT PROTECT my personal information. Contacting customer service yielded NO RESULTS. Will never order from them again. TOTAL SCAM!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
