I made several purchases over approximately a week. I received some of what I ordered, some of what Shein arbitrarily decided to substitute. After several attempts to contact the company, to no avail, I was left with no choice but to contact the financial institution that I used to complete my purchase. I presume Shein, was made aware of the dispute with the financial company, Prior to the dispute, I was unable to initiate a return or have the ability to contact the Shein. Miraculously, after the dispute was filed I was able to initiate a return. In turn, I was able to initiate contact, leading prompt to email customer service. Which led to another dead end. The representative that I exchanged emails with appeared content with not providing assistance, hiding behind the fact that I filed a dispute with the financial institution. Customers warrant no respect or assistance.
******WATCH your credit card. There have been additional purchases that I have not sanctioned.
In my opinion, Shein, representative seem to are content with foregoing any action in an effort to distract the customer from pursuing a return, leading to the refund that the customer desires.
This is not an isolated incidence, If you read all the reviews, one would recognize the pattern.
Tried to initiate a return request within their 45 day policy & website won't let u complete the process. Only way to contact customer service is online & makes u use a 'smart assistant' feature that leads you in circles with no resolve. Cute merch but sales are final. Would rather pay more for the same item & have better customer service than be stuck with product. You get what you pay for.

I ordered June 7 th. Got an email sayin thanks for your order and nothing after that. They did not inform me that somehow there was an error. I was replying to email "Where's my order?" Customer service said nothing about the order being imcomplete. Now my daughter is turning 21 in a week and has nothing to wear. $#*!s

The site has cheap cute stuff but returning something is a horrible process. They give you a return lable and half way through the mail process the package gets lost so they don't have to refund your money and you have no product. They blame the postal service, postal service says there return lable has no tracking on it. Returned product on 6/14 still no refund. Customer service said they will Gove me a refund and still nothing

17 euros - worth clothes were not delivered, but I got email, sms, Shein official site notification that it was signed and delivered. But I could not find the parcel at my doorstep, mail box, or neighbor. Am not going to order anything anymore. Don't trust.

Why is there no way to contact or get a response from these people? I clicked on the little customer service headphone icon, left a message that the items I sent back to be refunded should have been $70 and they only refunded $40. No one ever responded they just closed the ticket out so I can't even contact customer service about.it.

I had ordered $50 worth of items, I went through PayPal & never had my package show up. Then PayPal was telling me to go through the police, or a government organization to get my refund. I cancelled the refund request as I don't have the time to do that, I'm in the middle of trying to transfer banks. So I'm now out $50 they sent me a message saying that my package failed to deliver, and no refund. Shien told me to get a refund I needed to cancel the dispute through PayPal. However I was told to not do that as it was "scammy" so I escalated the dispute and people told me to just let it go, now PayPal is asking me to get a government organization involved & I simply don't have the time to do that. I was super excited about my order but now I will never buy from them again, I'm now out $50.

I was Regular customer for SHEIN until I found they support the pride month and this is against our religion and humanity nature so I guess SHEIN will lose a big amount of customers because of this poor decision
I placed an order and never received it. There is no number to call to speak to a live agent. I emailed customer support and they were unwilling to resolve the problem stating my package was delivered. Apparently it was delivered to the wrong address. I wasted my money at this point. No product and no help from the company. In my opinion they are fraudulent and thieves. I will never give my hard earned money to this company again.

I work in a mall so most of the time I am at work, so I use my work address for all my courier orders, I ordered cellphone cases from SHEIN,
Month end May 2022 I received a call from a buffalo delivery guy asked me where exactly I am in menlyn, I told him at the mall and he then told me he doesn't do malls because gets charged and that he will use a different courier company. When I tried tracking my order it says I asked for a reschedule which I didn't. Then later I got a message for rescheduling but then I am required to pay an additional R150 delivery fee on top of what I initially paid. How does that work?

I placed an order. It supposedly shipped out. I never received it. They claim it was returned. I asked it to be reshipped. They claim it was shipped and again returned! Meanwhile my granddaughter had no present for her birthday! It is weeks later and I have no products and no money returned. Beware! You'd be better off using a different company!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
