Half the stuff I ordered didn't fit and all of it is really cheap quality. I decided to try and return the items that didn't fit. So I followed their "easy" 11 step process and it's been weeks and nothing. So I tried calling them. Their phone number listed doesn't work. I tried emailing them. Their email is blocked. Good luck trying to work with this company. I'm pretty sure that there are zero humans running this site.
Ordered a few bikinis and all arrived within a week - good! But disaster with sizing! Im a size S/M (small/medium) and ordered all size L (large) just in case - yet all the bikinis that arrived were child sized! Tiny bikini bottoms and even tinier cups! Not for regular sized women at all - these bikinis are all for super skinny girls with eithet fake boobs or small boobs. Real boobs cannot fit into these cups! Size Large only means huge around the back and body, but the cup size remains tiny. And reviews are all fake! Each product has all 5* reviews which cannot be accurate... Clearly they only publish 5* reviews.

I really enjoy shopping at this store, the clothing is excellent and the variety is amazing, the only thing I can think of that is negative is the price jump, but wherever you look prices have increased so I guess thats happening in every industry. Other than that I do recommend this site, but alway look at the measurements, because sizing varies with each item.
Recieved dresses best description ----horrible low standards quality. I sent back via ups w/tracking #### still no refund... save your $$$$ aggravation dissapointment. Terrible customer service

Don't waste a penny of your money. There cloths although very inexpensive are never sized properly and you cannot reach them to make any returns. I have been trying for weeks to reach them by phone and email. They are a scam company.

How a company sent to you an dress used and with a lot of dog hair? What kind or company is this one? I ordered like 12 pieces but only 1 (used dress) sent first and in a different package, and this is coming from CA and the other things is comming and another package is so weird, and the shein bag was full of hair dog too, this company don"t care about his customers, they only want to sell. I loooooove SHEIN. I order ALOT of stuff from them. You really have to pay attention to measurements on sizes. And reviews. Going through reviews and paying attention to one's that have similar measurements to you and that have a photo REALLY helps make your purchase a success. The unsuccessful purchases I've had ( only a couple) were because I didn't pay attention to sizing and reviews. And when I buy something I leave a review with picture AND correct measurements so it helps others. Like I said, it makes purchases so much more successful.
My mom tried to buy a belt for $10 off Shein and not only did Shein charge her account $10 but it DID NOT even place an order for her. She has no order number or anything, and obviously no package was sent. She will be calling the bank to dispute the $10 because Shein's customer service DOESN'T DO ANYTHING unless you have an order number. This was the first time we ever tried to order a product from Shein and it certainly will be the last if this is how business is conducted here.

I knew the quality of the items I was ordering was not going to be great given the price but I do expect orders to be accurate given the technology today in the distribution industry. How can a computer mess oh an address? Yes SHEIN did NOT use the address I provide so I never got my purchase. The tracking on the app is incomplete so I cannot even tell when it was supposedly delivered to the wrong address and there is no place on the app to dispute the issue. Additionally the phone # available does NOT work! I'm going through my credit card company but this is really frustrating. I have ordered like 5 times from SHEIN but will never order again!

Not able to speak with anyone and reps do not know how to work system. Drove 40 miles for a package that was destroyed on June 16th. Chatted with Shein and talked to FedEx twice. Nobody could tell me package was destroyed until I made it to FedEx location. I will never order again.

I have been trying to complete an order for 5 days. I've tried my Visa, Master card, Discover card, and even my debit card. It always shows error! I tried to contact customer service by phone but the phone listed in Google Search is not a valid number. They actually don't have a phone number! I browsed Shein.com website and typed in my message, but there's no live agent. The robot does not understand what I really needed. That's a red flag. If they cannot help me process the order, I cannot imagine if I encounter problems after the purchase!

Shein is a hoax, ordered items. They were delivered in 5 packages and i was missing items in all 5 packages, they refused to reship or refund and i spent 3 hours on chat with them; you cant even call them as they do not have inbound customer care numbers, cant email them, can only chat with agents who don't understand. I threatened to report to Better Business Bureau, that is when they agreed to look into my missing items. I am now awaiting to receive those missing items and get a refund for what was out of stock. Hopefully I will get my missing items and the refund. This was my first ime shopping from them as lots of vloggers are talking about them. I would caution all to be careful. I have gone to the Better Business Bureau site and there are so many complains. Lessons learnt. Never again to shop at Shein.

SheIn is the worst company ever I placed a large order for a number of items. A few items went through A number of items disappeared from the order or required verification. Despite all items being paid. One of the verification requirements was to send my Bank details, which I refused to do. I tried to contact Someone in SheIn, even requesting for a call back from a manager Nothing. One minute they claim it's being processed next they say they can't process Unfortunately after a lot of going back and forth SheIn cancelled my order. SheIn customer services is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Since then I've closed down my account I will not be shopping from them again

I paid extra for express shipping hoping I'd receive my items in time for a trip I'm going on. Here we are going on 2 weeks later and my items are still stuck in Hong Kong 3 days before they're supposed to be delivered to me. They charge you the extra fees express shipping but actually don't ship them until more than a week later. There's no live person to speak with and you're only left going back and forth with what's likely a bot trying to get a resolution. I've never had this experience with them before but it'll definitely be my last time shopping with this scam of a "business." They are truly the worst.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
