The Garments looks great on their ads/ website, once you physically get theses items in your possession, they look awful, the quality is super cheap & poor. I'm super disappointed in the way how things turn out based on quality differences from what appears to be nice online from what we see physically in person

Item was never delivered. Tried their online robot for anders, every time was met with 'server error '. Never got the package or my money back or even speak to a human about the matter. Utterly appalling customer service.

I usually rave about how much I love Shein but ATM I'm pissed off with them. Being such a big company people order from how do you not have customer service. It's bull$#*!. I've made 8 different orders with them this month. Received first 2 no problem. Then yesterday I had 1 out for delivery. Then I get an email that it failed to contact USPS. So I did. They said for some reason my package was sent back to facility. They don't know why and can't help me only Shein can. So I did their live chat bull$#*! and took hours and 4 different people to figure it out cause they can take forever to respond but if you do that they end the chat. They wanted to reship my package but everything was oos so they did a refund. Now any company would of reassured me this wouldn't happen again and they'd check account and make sure there wasn't an issue. I told them multiple times I was worried about the other orders doing this as it's bday stuff for someone. And wouldn't you know after going thru all that $#*! for hours another one of my orders was out for delivery and same $#*! happened. Only now I can't live chat with no one for some reason. I'm beyond pissed and this is rediculous af

I have purchased many items from SHEIN. For the most part the clothing isn't bad however, it's rarely looks just like advertised. It's usually in the same neighborhood but definitely Not like the picture shown. Also the material is usually not the best, or the stitching is off with something. But for the prices, you can get a gem or 2 in a haul... I usually purchase like 6 or 8 items at a time and at least 2 of them are definitely winners. The rest are just ok. But still the prices are cheap and for Plus size women it's really not that bad. You take a chance...

I placed an order on 25 June and I saw that is arrived at my country but my office was closed for holidays so It was impossible to get the order. I order in 126 euro, the package never arrived! They said it was delivered but the company ctt express that they work with in Spain are the worst, no Costomer service, no one to talk with!

The worst service everthey debited my account twice and they claim that it was only done once. I even checked with my bank and the bank confirmed that it was done twice. I got my bank involved to sort this out and get me my money back! I hate that there's no real human to talk to, once this issue is resolved I'm so deleting the shein app and stop buying from there the worst pits it is

My first and last purchase from those dodgy people. I purchased few items from them, so they came small, Now i need to return them But,
In order to do the return you need to see your order first, there is nothing in the parcel not even in my account to let me do the returning. So I emailed them and explained many times that i need to see my order to be able to return the items but no reply. The only reply i got was not helpful at all, saying that if i didn't get my parcel yet i have to check it with my courier, seems they didn't understand the issue

Most of the clothes are made from the toxic polyester material...
Literally didn't even try most of them on because polyester expels a toxic chemical in hot weather.
Returned all the items in PERFECT condition and they did not refund 90% of what I returned.
I returned most everything I purchased and they stole a MASSIVE amount of money from me.
I purchased $400.00 worth of clothing and sent it all back... they refunded 36.00 of it.
There is NO phone number to call them...
They literally just stole what I consider to be a massive amount of money from me.
I will NEVER purchase from these thieves EVER again in my life.
Stay away from them... if you return items... they might steal all of your money and keep the returned items... and there is NO WAY to get in touch with them.

Yesterday I paid for an order on Shein and it says on my PayPal account the money has been deducted but on the Shein website it says it's still 'unpaid'. This is a scam and i will not accept this.

The return process is not user friendly, most sites will provide you with a legit return label even if you have to pay for the shipping. SHEIN does not make it easy to return items. When trying to ask a specific question all you get are options to chose from and not the actual question that you are trying to find an answer to. I do not care for this site.

I placed my on shein and it was delivered to abuffalo logistics to deliver it.on my track it's saying I have signed and received my parcel but unfortunately I didn't. I checked with security and neighbors but no parcel. I contacted the logistics they just said we will investigate it's now some days I haven't get any response so please shein change the logistics company. Below is the screen shoot of their page with huge complaints.its so heart breaking when you order a huge order and you don't receive it. Please help us out as we want to keep ordering from you

Customer service phone number not in service!?
One of my orders does not show on my account therefore I can not do returns of items they have sized incorrectly.
Quality of clothing can be very poor.
I'm paying $18 (on 2 orders) to return items because their sizing items wrong! Plus I'm stuck with an item that was final sale and again their sizing was off!

If you are willing to wait months to receive your order then this is the site for you, but if you would like to receive you merchandise that is automatically deducted from your account then don't shop here. This is about like WISH. I feel like if you can take my money with minutes or seconds even then it should only take a couple weeks at the most to receive what I have paid for. This is ridiculous, I have contacted customer service days ago and my order is still on a plane after over two weeks. Shop at your own risk

Their stuff is absolute garbage. I received my order yesterday - $125 of dresses, shoes and underwear, and it's awful. When I saw the dresses I was confused because I didn't know they made clothing out of material so cheap and thin. On the website, the photography, photo editing and lighting are excellent. It makes you think you're buying decent quality stuff. But in person the clothing looks like it cost 10 cents to produce and won't last one wash.

You can never get a refund for a return, you cannot get a live person or a real person to chat with. They are the most unreliable company I have ever dealt with. They are not ethical at all in their dealings with you.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
