This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I wanted to return two items and the system would not let me. The next step button would not work. There was no way to contact Customer Service. No people, not even a live chat. All automated so you just keep going in a loop and can't get out of it.

I place a large order it was sent in 2 packages only recived 1 within about 5 days time. I can't get issue resolved and they are still charging my credit card. They sent me a message appoligizing about a week ago and credit my account 50 shein points from what I understand is 50 cents worth of points. Got a new email on Monday saying there would be a slight delay when it was already late. Tracking has been showing in transit for 3 weeks now. I've requested they cancel the package about 3 times now bit still no answer on that.

I never received all of my order and was not refunded for it. I ordered 4 dresses and a storage box and its been over two months now and I have not received my storage box, only the wheels that goes under the box. What am I going to do with wheels and no box. I was so disgusted with my order that on my way to trash them, that I had not received all the pieces, I had only received 5 pieces out of 12 pieces that I ordered. I mean you can see right through some of these items. If the other half ever arrives Im going straight to the trash. I mean pockets are drawn on the clothes. These clothes donot look anything like the pictures..

After waiting what seemed like an eternity for my wifes selection of crotchless lingerie, none of which were actually crotchless. Items finally arrived and the quality was laughable in fact couldn't believe that the items pictured were the same ones that arrived. I have decided to make a crotchless piece from the bag that it'll all arrived in. If nothing else it will be better quality

Tonight "Shein" notified me that they received my return of 2 items (of the wrong size). For some reason they list the dress as being the correct size ordered & the label clearly reads "L" & I ordered medium. Because their "customer service" is so outstanding they noted at the bottom of the page:
"Please do not reply to this email that was sent automatically by system. For any questions, please contact our customer service for help. (They don't give an email or phone for this information.) They also list a refund amount of USD 11.05! I have no clue how they arrived at that figure. Both items cost more than that. The bottom line remains POOR! They are difficult, liars & cheats. Their rights to sell products in this country should be investigated & then I'm sure suspended. If you value your time, quality of products, customer service & your sanity please don't bother with these people! There are too make good companies out there to choose from!

Ordered July 22,2022 and paid $12.99 express shipping. Got tracking saying it shipped 7/27/2022. Still haven't received items. Contacted the company several times. Only got back to wait wait wait. It's been in Memphis TN since 7/27. Finally they allowed me to put in a refund request. Total was $71. They are giving me back $45. I did receive one item. Impossible customer service. Not at all worth ordering from there.

I understand they have cute clothing, nice accessories, possibly useful and cheaper stationery items even items for electronics, your home, and cars but its not worth it. I knew it was just a sweat shop factory but I never had bad issues when I wore their clothing. They were all great, though one shirt shrank nearly three sizes after a second wash and I did order it a size up just in case while another shirt had the logo disappear easily after about 4 washes. Though the stationery items I can't really complain.
The real reason for this review, is to help stop people from supporting Shein and other companies like them. I just found out recently I have health issues from their clothing. They use harmful chemicals in their clothing products, and their zippers are made with lead. How could they do this? No wonder its bad quality and most items are cheap. Explains the common clothing deals. Avoid them and every other company!

Do not throw your money away this company have no customer service telephone number. 1st buy they will deliver it, after that forget about it they will not take responsability when your items are lost. On Trac the delivery company tracking does not match with their Chinese tracking number, Remember its located in China, this is happening in Amazon, make sure that the item is located in the United States if you purchase thru Amazon.

And I've returned almost all my first purchase as the cuttings and quality is bad.

I returned a item cause the size was to big. They didn't have the size I need. Got a email that they received the return. And allow them two to three weeks for my refund. Well it's been since June. It's about to be September. I can only chat with them by texting on the chat. And it's ridiculous. Where is my refund!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
