I paid $4 less than what the dress was in shipping for expedite to get here sooner. I had over a month before the wedding i was going to to get this dress. Plenty of time right? WRONG! Somehow got stuck at a hub in Memphis. I had to go and get another dress to wear(which is what i should have done considering the dress i got was way nicer for the same dang price and with none of this bull crap!)Try contacting shein to get this resolved and they dont even have a number to call or anything other than a "live chat" or help ticket. At first i wanted them to reship the dress but after spending days trying to connect with their live chat on 3 different devices, I just want my money back. This is a terrible store to shop online with, super cute clothes but now i cant even review their clothes cause they cant even get it to me in the first place! $17 dress and $13 for the shipping. Its not much money but its so frustrating when you want their product and they are not even willing to help!

I am appalled by the unprofessionalism exhibited by this delivery guys, to be more specific quick box delivery service.
1. there is no prior notice neither from shein nor the delivery service on the day of delivery, ahead of time.
Do you expect me to leave work and come for my items because of your inability to communicate effectively?
The annoying part is, I'm trying to get the delivery man to deliver the items to a location, which is 5mins away and he keeps hanging the line on me.
I wont payment over 1000aed every 3months for this kind of service. This is totally unacceptable.
I haven't still received the items and I'm running out of patience. If this happens again, I'm trashing my shein app

On September 29 I looked thru the basket and decided to checkout. I clicked check out securely. So on the next page you can add your coupons, check if its going to the right address, shipping method etc. But instead of doing that it directly takes the payment from my card of $ 266.56. I thought it was a mistake on my side and immediately cancel the transaction.
So I do it again and go thru the exact same situation and once again cancelled my transaction. I don't know who to get in touch with for my refunds. They don't have a customer service in place i can talk to. They just have a bot. Now Shein has take $533.12 from my account and I cant find a phone number or email where i can complaint. Please dont not buy from them. This is a scam. No phone number or customer service in place

Hello, I ordered 14 Items worth of $100 from this website Shein.com for my baby and only received 2 items($10). The tracking info that they sent me for 2 packages it says that its been delivered for both packages, but I didn't received it, I only got 1st package, but Not the second and I tried to connect with there customer service and chat online it is worthless, but no one reached out back to me. They do not have phone number and try to find them they like a ghost. I reached out to my credit company to dispute the charges, Unfortunatly I will NOT shop here anymore. It is a scam.

BIG SCAM! AVOID A ALL COSTS
Not only the origin of their products is unclear and the fabric used for it may be toxic, but also the customer service is a UNNACEPTABLE.
--> In order to match the other brides maid dresses for that wedding I ordered a £26 dress that had a reduction ( £7 after reduction).
2) They lost my order
2) It took ages for them to agree to send it back to me (about 2 weeks)
3) They ran out of stock on that dress!
4) They said they can send a replacement/different one instead.
5) I finally found a different one that I do not like as much as the first one.
And guess what? They are asking me to pay full price for that replacement dress because the one I was SUPPOSED to receive had a reduction and was £7, not £26!
The wedding is in 1 week and I am stuck, well done Shein!
SEND THAT DRESS TO ME ASAP!
Awful customer service. They don't have one period. There is no way you can contact them at all. Their automatic response does not have all options to begin with.

Very bad service. I ordered a set of clothes for me and my children since September 2022 and so far I have not received anything. They sent me a message that the shipment was returned to the sender for a reason I did not understand it and it has been more than 25 days and I do not know after what is the solution after they have executed two items from the total order and I send ticket for them so I still waiting best solution

I guess I got what I paid for. Not wanting to spend a lot on clothes and jewelry I thought I could get some nice stuff from this sight. I ordered several pieces earrings and a couple of earring and necklace sets so far 4 of them came broken. The clothes a cheaper material and basic stitching.

I ordered products via SHEIN on the 10 August 2022 and requested this be delivered to my home address in Fernie, BC, Canada as has been done in the past with previous SHEIN orders. This order was received and has been with Loomis since 19 September in Cranbrook, BC, Canada. I have been in Communication with DHL ( who outsourced the delivery to Loomis) and Loomis since then to get it to Fernie but they say it's outs their delivery area. Why then did SHEIN and DHL use Loomis is they aren't capable of delivering to Fernie? SHEIN takes no accountability for delivery that's shoddy customer service.

I made my last SHEIN purchase, August 2022. The company has horrible customer service. My package was delayed over 1 month due to logistics, when I finally was able to make a return of the unopened package they had the audacity to try to make me pay 7.99 for shipping. As of Sept 22, they only refunded me partially. I'm uphold at the service I received, I paid $82.60 and was refunded $69… my order was supposed to arrive 8/14 I came over 1 month later. I'm dishearten and will never order from them again. They didn't communicate at all I had to start a PayPal dispute that's how real it was because they refused to give me my money back. I will never encourage anyone to buy their poor quality clothing. I spoke with Adrian; it was a waste… but I won't again.

Ive ordered from them before and didn't have any issues and I understand products get shipped from China so I waited patiently for my last order and then never got it. They even sent an email about a month later saying that there is a delay. They don't have a representative you can speak to directly however I figured out a way to put in a ticket claim but they never followed up on that. So then a couple months later I put in a second ticket claim and I finally got a response only to tell me that they can't do anything about it because it is passed the 45 day window. How convenient for them. Not to mention that the 45 day rule is also written in very small writing. I'll post a photo of the email.

I order a dress and it did not fit well so I returned it using the Shein label. Returned it using UPS. I requested a credit to the account its been over a month and no refund and now the dress does not show in my orders history. Unbelievable! Shein actually still have the dress available and no other company had it. The UPS tracking number shows it was delivered. This was kind of slick Shein.

This was my first(and last)order to SHEIN. I'm being a little generous here by giving 2 stars. I originally ordered stickers for journaling, and they came with no problem. I also took a chance and purchased a tankini with this order. The bathing suit came before the stickers, but NOT what I ordered. Instead of the tankini, I got this tiny little string bikini top! It also looked used since it had a make-up smudge on it. I returned the top (at my expense) to the return address on pkge, no response, no tankini. So disappointed!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
