Just received my order of three flannel hoodies and this is the worst sizing ever. Ordered 2xl in size and shirts came in waaaaayyyyy to small. I use 2xl in the states but come on China can't be that dumb to now know that this isn't a 2xl size they're making. Not even going to bother returning the dumb shirts. Cost more to send back. Had to give them to my dad so they didn't go to waste. I was warned by a friend about this site and i gave them the benefit of the doubt. But like all always I was wrong and my friend was right. NEVER AGAIN!
I ordered several bathing suits from this company, most of them were quite well-made, and I was surprised fit well. I returned several of them that I did not like on me, and I have followed up and have never received my refund which should've been about $280. I would be very careful of buying bathing suits just to try on the ones you like and then returning them, I have contacted them and heard nothing so this review is to let you know I have lost my money even though they received items I returned.

Shein is not an ethical fashion brand due to its controversial labor methods. Behind Shein's competitive prices, there are hundreds of workshops in central Guangzhou where underpaid workers do labor under no official contracts. According to Sixth Tone, Many workers have 15 to 24-hour shifts and make only a few cents per garment. (The Shady Labor Practices) This means that workers have no rights or guarantees. Additionally, Shein has been accused of engaging in child labor and cannot provide any evidence against the allegations. Despite Shein's assertions to frequently address human trafficking and slavery risks in the product supply chains, there has been no concrete evidence or disclosure of the matter. Children are more likely to perform unpaid labor and may receive lower wages. Consequently, it restricts children's access to education and medical treatment in almost every instance, denying their fundamental rights and harming their futures. Although Shein's workshops are harmful to children, they are equally as dangerous for adults and legal employees. Shein's working conditions are unhealthy and dangerous. Many of the workshops Sixth Tone visited had no air conditioning and only provided a hanging fan for ventilation despite the extreme heat and humidity. (The Shady Labor Practices by Wu Peiyue) Long hours and unclean facilities, such as overcrowded and filthy workplaces, are the norm. Each time an order is placed an employee must work in unpleasant conditions, earning just a few dollars a day.

I returned a order to shein, they acknowledged receipt of order via email but only refunded partial of the amount. I reached out 2wks ago to find out why. It's impossible to get an reply or a call. I will never order from them again and. Horrible customer service

Their products look great on their website and on the models. Though when you receive them, the quality is so rubbish and $#*!ty that it is not even wearable and can be used as rags for cleaning. Biggest con site going. This is the first and last time I ordered.

I'm a creature of habit and would usually stick to the common sites I know to shop, but a recent experience at Shein just left a bad taste and I've decided to stop shopping there.
They are having a 30% off sale, the advertising poster clearly states "All items", except for sales items. So I picked out items that weren't on sale, but one of the non-sale items wasn't discounted.
After nearly a week of back and forth with their CS, was told that even though the poster ad said all items, the discount didn't actually apply to all items. Without an explanation.
It's just a couple dollars, but for me, once trust is broken, I won't patronise the store anymore. So I've lost faith in their honesty and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Received order fairly soon, however outfit was clearly worn! Sleeves inside out, one half rolled, random buttons unbuttoned, and stained all over! No way to contact customer service! Grrrr! Online says I can print a return label, find a box and then bring it to a post office. I don't have a printer. It feels very inconvenient for your mistake. I need a QR code to just drop off at UPS down the street! Was hoping I'd have a positive experience.
Update: I was finally able to email with them and after a little back and forth they provided the desired QR code for UPS :)

I have bought alot of items from shein over a long period of time. Although the items are not always as described you can return them free shipping but they do not always get them refunded back properly. They used to have good customer service people over there and they would take care of it asap. Now the customer service stinks. They have the worst agents. Wanting to argue with you over little piddly things and you have to go back many times to try to get the problem fixed with them. The last straw was my shein points expired and i was not alerted to this when i checked them. All i did was ask them to replace them so i could place my order. How hard is this? Only 200 points 2.00? And they have to argue with you about it? They are no good anymore. They are careless and they have terrible customer service. They want to loose a customer over this? They argue over everything we ask them to fix. Get rid of those agents and get better people back in there. I dont buy from them anymore i cant take the bad poor service. They dont listen. They refused to simply add back some points to my account from my last order. Appalling.

Since the time of posting this review, SHEIN has redeemed themselves & I feel good recommending them. Their website has improved tremendously both with their ordering, Customer Service & ease of returning items. Going through PayPal was hell & it was SHEIN that resolved it! Thumbs up!

Unlike others I will not sit idle by and let them scam me blindly. I can tell by the delivery date constantly changing it's a scam. I have requested a full refund from my credit card company and will never use these demonic demons again.

Currently Shein is offering free express shipping for orders over $45. They use DHL, who marked my order as "delivered", but it has not been delivered. When contacted customer service they said give it another 5-7 days. This is NOT EXPRESS shipping. If you need your item by a certain time give yourself an additional week, even with express shipping option. This is unacceptable service and false advertisement.

We placed an order, they confirmed, not they come up with hidden costs (import duties) that were never mentioned on the order confirmation. - This is fraud, it's illegal to add costs after an order was confirmed.

They refuse to refund me my packages that have been reshipped to the wrong address that the team is making up. The address on record is correct and when they send the package, they don't use the address on record. Their customer service says that because the address they have is correct they cant do anything. I know the address they have on record is correct, I input it myself. USPS has assured me over 5 times (the amount of times this has happened) they cannot stop a package from being returned to sender due to incomplete address if the sender inputs the address wrong and only commerce can edit address so there is nothing anyone can do to help this but SHEIN itself and they refuse. They have sent the packages 5 times to entirely different zip codes than my own and when confronted with these facts with screenshots, chat transcripts and evidence form USPS, they deny that they have done this. USPS can confirm they in fact have done this and even with proof from USPS, they do not take accountability and refuse to fix this. It's been almost a month of this and over 7 customer service contact attempts to resolve this with them directly. Stop making false claims of customer commitment, because i have shopped there for years and the one time I need customer service (and I will continue to emphasize I only need customer service due to COMPANY ERROR, NOT USER ERROR) you completely disregard the issue and responsibility. Never have I evert had a multi billion dollar business deny that they have done something I have PROOF of just To not have to refund me my own money. I used to love SHEIN and I will absolutely never sponsor them ever again.

Never had a company asking me to upload photos to proof the "bad quality" before the return!
First of all, their price is NOT competitive; secondly, shipping takes forever to arrive; thirdly, all clothes came within a bag, no tags, and they are just average or even poor quality.
Then it comes the return part - there are fine prints everywhere that return must be initiated within certain days, you can only do 1 free return, etc etc. When I decide to return the poor quality items, I had to send a photo to proof that... which company does that?
Wasting my dollars on several orders already, I will never buy from this company again

Most of their things are slutty and very ill fitting and cheaply produced. If you look hard enough you might find something you can wear to a nightclub rather than a strip club or orgie with a bunch of disgusting perverted weirdos hanging out there, but few and far between. Most won't make it through two or three washes. I was so disgusted and repulsed by the brand I destroyed or gave it all away

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
