Honestly, once I can see as a mistake. But twice, the package states delivered but it's not. I'm now curious as to how the address is even listed because both times I've ordered, I still never received the package.
Shein took my order, took the money from my account and then my orders disappeared - numerous emails went unanswered and I am still fighting to get my money back even though I have presented them with the Bank Transaction screenshots. I DO NOT recommend this business - I feel I have been scammed. Bad business ethics and unscrupulous behaviors!

I tried to return a pair of shoes to no avail. I tried to contact Shein; however, again to no avail. I followed the instructions to print off a return label but it won't let me get passed the step where I indicate the shoes are too small. This is not fair because their site indicates that you can return unworn products and these shoes were not worn, in fact, they arrived that same day that I was asking to return it. I'm very upset that I lost over $50.00 and cannot return it.

Their customer service is nonexistent. The chat representatives just repeats the same pre recorded messages. Almost like your chat is just a robot. This company will not help you with exchange. You will need to do everything and get all information to help yourself dealing with this company. Alot of clothes on here can be found cheaper on other sites including Amazon witch have no problem supporting there millions of customers swiftly and happily. Please shop elsewhere.

I will never use this cheap azz company again. Clothes sucks. You're better off using afterpay,,klarna or something that will get you some quality clothes. SheIn is definitely not it

A while back I ordered some scarves and bandanas from Shein. Except for two of the scarves, every item was junk. The fabric was just about see-through. Flash forward to a few years when I recently needed to quickly get some tops for work and decided to take another chance on Shein. BIG mistake. I ordered 11 items, and they were all cheap junk. They stich plackets and collars onto shirts and the fabrics are two different color black, so you have a shirt body that's one shade of black and a placket or collar/cuffs that are a totally different shade of black that doesn't match. See photo - it shows the discrepancy in color and the bad quality of the fabric. Most of the tops were made of cheap, shiny 100% polyester fabric that no one really uses anymore. It was the cheapest garbage I have ever bought. I returned these items and am HOPING that I actually get a refund. STAY AWAY from this company, as their clothes are horrid. I went to JC Penny and found so many cute tops on sale, made out of nice fabrics. I will never shop at Shein again!

I order somethings for my kids for christmas i checked the Shein website it says that it was delivered but... I NEVER RECIEVED IT! There's no customer servie number and the little customer service bot it dumb as hell. I just want my money back is that to much to ask.

My account in SHEIN was hacked and someone change the address for delivery. SHEIN delivered and accept signed from someone wasn't me. I contacted them and they said cannot do nothing for me, no refund and no another product. Unbelievable. I don't recommend.

I canceled in order and they still sent it to me and I also got notification that it was canceled just so they can charge my credit card! It is always a red flag when you can't talk to a live person at a so-called company? Cheaper is not always better. Be careful. I stopped payment on my order.

I have no issues with the clothes, however, I won't be ordering from Shein again while they are using Evri as a courier service! It took 2 days for my order to reach Evri which is great, but now they have my order it's delayed! Please change courier!

I ordered on shein, and what i had ordered was not the right size so i asked for a refund which i have been waiting on an sms from them with the token number that paxi needs in order to return it to the buffalo logistics. I have submitted a ticket for the customer service to contact me, still no word from them. I called aramax and they said shein has to book for a collection from me to pick up the return items. Where is the sms from shein with a token number or collection sms from them.

I was really excited about the items i found for my wife on Shein online site. I prefer to go to the actually store, but took a chance on Shein. To my surprise, after ordering the items i waited forever for a response. My wife gets deliveries regulary, so we wouldnt have missed the delivery. After weeks going by, i never recieved my delivery and the account shows it was delivered. Then i contact Shein and now they say SORRY its passed the limit of time for a complaint. TRASH, HORRIBLE. Have ever shopped in! I specifically chose discounted products. I have been waiting for them for so long! But they have not arrived! The fabric is chip and the sweaters look terrible and very unlike to the photo of product. And sleeves are short!

I placed an order Nov. 1st, I needed it by Nov 11th which I had a feeling it wasn't gonna be there around the 11th so I decided to do Express shipping. It said It was arriving between the 9th-11th, But absolutely nothing. I still haven't even received my package. At this point I don't even need it anymore. Terrible service

I ordered about $130 worth of clothing and then the next day I had all of my money taken out of my account! It started with just 0.99 cents, then $9.99, then $49.99, and then much more money. I was so shocked because this has never happened to me before in the years I have been purchasing from them. I did some research and saw that many people had the same thing happen to them when purchasing from Shein. Don't risk buying from them because you may be the one that they steal from :(

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and the sizes were a wrong. No one to speak to and the text robot couldnt seem to find my account. I got their email address from PayPal and the response was that they don't know who I am and that my email is wrong. They won't discuss my order since they can't verify me.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
