First purchase and absolutely can't pay me a million bucks to purchase from this site again. YES, I am officially raging for the first time online. Shipped it from who god knows where to Canada, package said delivered... never got it! Sure I got the photo that it's in my apartment lobby, but I went to the exact location and never found it. Then... trying to contact them... good luck with that! You get a robot that is absolutely not helpful at all and is captain obvious. Then after that. It eventually leads you to submit a ticket. Which is... 24 hours long... what?! I'm leaving to travel and I don't have 24 hours to wait until someone gets back to me about a package that I supposedly got. Probably someone stole it. Get better service, maybe not 24 hours. MAYBE actually have someone who people can talk to when they are freaking out. Next time. Well there will not be a next time. But for those reading this. If you dare to try ordering from SHEIN. There are chances you won't get your package. So buy something small to test it out or just save yourself some anxiety and headache and don't order from them.
There is no customer service, except the same "contact agent" advice. There is no contact agent portal on their website. Who doesn't have a phone? Or a live chat? They don't even have an email address. I found a phone number for them in California, but it is not a working number.

I always buy stuff with them… They have everything I look for, and more; a friendly App, easy to buy and pay, great prices and promotions, best deals, good quality for the price and fast shipping. I always get free shipping and receive my orders prior to the expected date!

SHEIN MUST change their courier company to South Africa. I'm heading to a month now without my parcels but funny they have arrived in South Africa.
I'm now very hesitant to place orders to SHEIN and will definitely not recommend it now. I paid my taxes and rates but still. Been receiving emails and SMS' that my parcels have been dispatched then returned to the warehouse for weeks now

This company is not reputable in any way. When my daughter needed to complete a return, they sent her an illegitimate UPS shipping label. UPS tried to scan and reprint the label multiple times and couldn't use it. When she emailed them back they said they would send a new label and never did. We've been trying to get her money back since August. I tried to email on her behalf as she's a minor and they ignored me. When I finally reached a person, they said that her return has already exceeded the limit.

I thought I was buying a winter coat I got the parcel open it couldn't believe it had no lining. I was black shiny look like vinyl and the trim was like sheep lining so when do I wear it not in the Spring with the fur. I spend $45 and a waste. To return it if you don't have there label you have to buy one. I have try to report this I got no response even through customer service. I read the reviews people were satisfied I guess I got someone new on the job forgot what they were doing.

So I noticed the scam That they say do I this has happened several times to Me I had 17 items in my cart they show your Balance you click on checkout and apply your coupon then her were the bait and switch come in at they remove 45 Dollar worth of items out of your cart to make you think they give you a Great deal but they real don't they remove items out of your cart to give you a fake discount WARNING CHECK YOUR CART AND YOUR ORDER

Sizes do not match. Some large are too small. Some are huge. A lot of stuff is extremely poor quality and unfit for use but says no returns. I bought dog shoes. The soles so slippery and poorly stitched, serving no purpose but says no returns. Unusable as pet could not use as no grips on soles. Materials for clothing so thin that garments are transparent. This shop over just a few months has not only gotten very expensive, but has garbage items. Too difficult to shop here as returns process is bothersome.
And now, been charged for a package I do not even have, nor want

Shein is not to be trusted! I made 2 orders TWICE & none of it arrived. That $#*! is very annoying: they basically stole my money without receiving what i had order. I tried refunding & didn't get NOTHING back.

This company has cost me a client. I purchased some items for a client, and it was supposed to be delivered since the 29TH of November and it arrived until the 8TH of December when my client no longer needed it. This is highly unacceptable because now I am stuck with the items and no longer have any use for them. This was by far the worst experience I had while shopping online. I will no longer be doing business with your company cause you guys $#*!ing suck.

Ordered products on the 15th of November, from Shein, $133.80 AUD, it is now 5he 8th of December...looked up tracking information, it says it was delivered & signed for...which I have never recieved these goods, I am at home all day, if I am not then my husband is...neither one of us recieved or indeed signed for these goods...after sending an enquiry through, which was very hard to do...I asked who was the courier service they used, so I could follow up with them.they never answered my question.sent back a generic automated reply same thing.if I signed for it then I can follow this up by taking my driver's licence etc to prove my identity to the company who delivered...I have put a complaint in with PayPal, to follow up...not a good experience either...so buyers be aware, they do not give any customer service and it is the reason their rating is 2.5 stars...I will never use them again...and I will make more people aware of thison FB, twitter and any other media outlet I can...

GSHN4257W00NGUL has still not been delivered with DHL tracking # *******454 which was supposed to be delivered by 31st Oct, 2022 but has not been delivered till date. The tracking status shows it is still in Service Area GUANGZHOU - CHINA MAINLAND
As per the below communication from DHL(attaching the mail from DHL)
"Please be advised that this shipment has been closed at the origin due to the waybill number being invalid. The package was not handed over to DHL Express and will no longer be shipping under this tracking number. I would advise you to contact your sender (the person or company whom you have ordered your parcel from) directly to obtain any further updates on the parcel. "

I purchased an item that turned out too big. Spoke with customer service. A smaller size was going to be sent. Over a month later no sign. I reached out to customer service again. They will not replace the item until they receive the wrong size back first. This was not mentioned with the first customer service rep.I was told I only had 7 days to return the item. That window has closed. Now I'm stuck with an oversized jumper because I waited to return the wrong size item until I received the smaller sized item. Figured if the second one didn't fit right either I could just return them both at the same time.

Only two out the customers whom i sooke to, knew how to communicate.
Again writing my story for the million time hoping with that i find an answer.
I made a list to benefit from the sale going on for black friday. Then it came to my mind to recalculate as i usually do (the picture shows the whole story). I was asking them to recalculate and fix it, afrer many messages one of your CS sent me a pic of my order in your system THEN, i found out that some items are duplicate which is not in my original list in the app. I said fine mistakes happen, then they told me that they will transfer my issue a department and will receive an email. Another cs person keeps on going with the same circle. Then, another person fixed my order in your system but what about the amount i paid?!
Please read it through and if you could calculate and get back to me, let me understand where i fail to comprehend. Neither the people i had them recalculate or add to their list bag as if they're going to pay and, ridiculously enough went to our company finance account. Like imagine, becaue i was going crazy.

I advise you against ordering from SHEIN. Absolutely disgusting customer service! SHEIN you should know the importance of customer service and should pay attention to how your employees handle customers! I have been ordering from SHEIN for many many years, placing big orders. So far I was happy with products, as only once they messed up my order and sent me the wrong item instead of a dress which I ordered, because it was out of stock. Their error was resolved quickly by issuing the refund, however - I never received the actual dress which I ordered! Now, my latest ordered was messed up completely! 4 items were missing! Can you imagine? 4! I could understand a mistake of forgetting 1 or 2 items but 4? Someone evidently made big error and SHEIN should feel responsible! I anticipate full refund and compensation. Missing items should have been resent asap. They haven't. No one helped me. It's not my error! It's yours! I demanded to see the proof of warehouse video packing my items, which I never obtained. I exchanged hundreds of emails about this and MOHAMED and other agents were absolutely useless and incompetent! I was ping-ponging pointless emails for weeks and still: no refund has been issued neither none of the missing items have been resent to me! I was anticipating that parcel urgently as the items were crucial to me! SHEIN - you took my money and never delivered the clothes which I paid for. Is this a scam? Your customer service isn't helpful at all. I will never order from SHEIN again! Never! (Look how many orders I've placed so far!) You've lost your valid customer. I realise that I am only a small fish in the big ocean of millions of dollars which you make every day and you don't care. But if you cheat this way by not sending all ordered items and you don't pay attention to how customer service treats aggrieved and harmed customers, I won't be the only one leaving! You will lose your customers sooner than you think! Don't advise me here to contact your agent on your website because I have done it and no one has helped me! I feel ignored and not valid!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

Answer: I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
