First time I ever used my credit card with them and the next day someone took $540 out of my checking account! I've never been a victim of theft until this! The charges were from someone who had stuff shipped to the Bronx, NY. My bank finally reimbursed me for the fraudulent use of my card but now I'm scared to place another order!
On the other hand, I'm very satisfied with the products I ordered. They ended up shipping separately but the tracking numbers helped me stay up with the shipping progress. The products were some leggings - they fit true to size and the colors are beautiful!

I'm really disappointed with shein,it was my 3rd time to order from you guys,and thought l have got a legit company to order online,l ordered a wig and a combo of watch and l received ugly takkies,tried to contact customer service they telling me to ship back then get my refund,now the shipping company charges me Qatari 1000 which is l can't afford to ship it back,l have to suffer thank you for making my life hell l will do my self a favour and never order with you guys,you should take responsibility,people order at shein at your own risk

I went shopping on their black friday deals. I spent a good chunk of money on 2 orders. The first order had Christmas gifts, the 2nd was just little things to clean and organize with. My 2nd order was delivered after a cpl weeks. My first order conveniently was delayed. After waiting wks I messaged them. I was told the "weather" was the issue and I would have it before Christmas, how my 1st order was delivered I have no idea. So I give them another cpl more wks and still nothing they tell me once again it will be delivered before Christmas. Today Christmas is in 5 days. I put my order in Nov. 26th and almost a month later they did NOT honor their sales. I'm fact I checked the USPS site that it was being shipped from and they didn't have any tracking update. I asked for my money back and of course 5 days before Christmas they issued a refund. Which takes 5 business days to even clear. I spent a lot of money with them but that didn't matter to them. They make it almost impossible to make a complaint and you can't talk to a simple human. They gave me a measly 50 points to "help with my troubles" I now get to scramble to find new gifts all because they gave me the run around week after weeks. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I just looked at another one of my orders that was never delivered but is now passed the complaint date so I'm just out $80. TERRIBLE, CON ARTIST BUSINESS. My account was hacked and my order changed, and when I tried contacting support, they banned my account and ended my chat without helping. I keep trying to get help, but all chats get transferred to this horrible psychopath agent named Jay, who will send a response that is not relevant to the problem and then mark the chat as solved, when it isn't, to avoid getting a bad rating. Stay far away from this site. The employees are so low-paid that they hate their job and purposely try to sabotage it. This site is a bunch of fraud.

I ordered 9 pieces, 5 tops & 4 pairs of pants. All items came to about $140 with all of the holiday discounts & being a first time buyer, etc. When the items arrives I was in disgust at how cheap everything was & nothing looked like the online photos. Additionally, everything was too big. I followed their measurement charts & bought everything in size medium; I should have purchased size small in everything, but the sizing is weird. Their sizing chart is not right for hour glass figures. At first returning was simple, but I never received a full refund from the items. You can not speak to anyone, or even chat online. There is NO customer service. Buy elsewhere!

I bought over $300 in stuff from shein out of it I got 3 cute shirts I tried to return the site wants pictures of everything after 5 times of submitting all photos I could not return. This company is crap I have 3 shirts that are ok and worked and fit now I am stuck with 20+ items I can't use this company is horrible I would highly recommend not purchasing from them I won't ever again.

So I ordered a package it says delivered yet didn't recieve my package. Says signature but was signed by me.the delivery service they hired doesn't understand how to ask for ID before handing over someone merchandise they paid for. They care very little about their customers. They didn't even go to the right address yet my address is clearly written. The website is stupid insane to navigate. No clear shopping cart of the items you want right now, it appears to just bundle anything you ever check, it does not clearly separate your immediate order. And BE WARNED. IF there is an item in your cart that wont ship on the express shipping and you ask for it to be removed. It will change your entire order to a "Standard shipping" (without warning you) and you have NO WAY OF CHANGING IT without going through and creating a whole new order all over again. Horrible horrible site, very complicated to navigate, the bot is VERY unhelpful. They need a individual cart, they need to make it versatile so I can make changes without having to spend another 30 minutes trying to submit a ticket to get a possible human. Pre-selected issues with the bot that have nothing to do with my issue and when you submit a ticket they have pre-selected problems to submit for your issue WITHOUT an option that allows you to fill your own issue in. You have to select something stupid like "I am looking for a job" then file your complaint there.
The image I posted, at 6:54 I tried to purchase the items on my daughters wish list. It told me that 1 of the items couldnt ship, I had selected "EXPRESS SHIPPING" at first, when I clicked the "remove item from my list" it automatically changed my shipping to standard and would not let me change anything so I had to cancel the whole order and get my daughter to shop through again cause it saved nothing. The second time, at 8:22 I submitted the order again. And AGAIN it changed my shipping method and refused to allow me to change it, but I didnt notice this time till the payment had gone through. I looked at the order right before I clicked submit. And after it processed my payment I noticed on the "review my order" that it changed my shipping method AGAIN. As of right now I have NOT received the money back on my card and I cannot contact anyone to find out what is going on. All I can do is talk to a bot that is NOT helpful in any way, except to frustrate me more.

My stuff was never delivered to my address. I Checked the Tracking, that didn't even help because all it said was "Has been signed for" which I never received. Plus who signed it? So i contacted them and they got back at me 48 hrs later, they didn't even give me a refund, credit or resend me the same items I purchased. They basically said we ain't helping you, Go figure it out on your own. I couldn't even set up text messaging alerts so I would know at what time and day they were delivering it. I even contacted the delivery handler and supposedly he didn't know anything either. So upsetting and such a waste.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Answer: Whatever you do, don't order anything from this site. The shipping took 3 weeks, even after I had paid for express shipping. Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
