The tops such as blouses sweaters and tshirts are to short on the waist. I prefer my tops to hide my zipper and come mid way my back pocket. Most if not all shein women tops sit at the top of the waist.

I purchased a gift card for my girl friend but she never got it. It shows up on my credit card. I tried calling the number on the bill but it is not a valid working number. I tried contacting them on line for over a week. I cannot even get into my account. Never got a confirmation but they keep sending tons of promotional emails. Their customer service is non existent. I ordered bracelets, 2 ski maskes, and 3 nose cuffs. I ordered them on December 18,2022, and they still haven't arrived yet. Today is January 2,2023. It says that it is supposed to come between december 31- january 3. Shein is taking so long to ship out orders. I don't like ordering from Shein! It is way overated and dont get me started on the items. The quality is bad! It breaks easliy and feels very cheap.

I was thinking of ordering this product and it read that it would be here in 4 days to my house. Then when I checked out, it read three to four weeks for delivery! This app is not reliable I don't know what their products are like because I haven't received anything yet. I'm probably never going to order again from them, hopefully my shipment arrives it was only $5.75.

I purchased an e-giftcard for my granddaughter for Christmas but it didn't work. Shein did respond to PayPal to correct the double billing but not the issue with the activation of the e-giftcard so I'm out the money for the gift card plus my granddaughter didn't get her gift. No phone to call anyone at Shein and no response going through their customer service on their site TWICE.

My order from last week of November 2022 has not be delivered. I tracked the order and it says it has been delivered but I didn't receive any parcel up till now today is Dec 29,2022. I have sent several emails, no reply. I called their customer service phone line numerous time and no response. The phone line isn't functioning. My order is worth 165 Canadian dollars. This very frustrating! Please do not patronize shein! My advice

Do not order from shein. They do need deliver to the correct address. They will not issue a refund or redelivery to correct the problem. Customer service is a joke. No number, just messages back and forth with a computer that tells you your package was delivered and signed for. Tracking says they delivered 2 hours away from my house to "Atlanta ga" not even a real address. Shein is a fraud and a scam. Do not order from them. They stole almost $200 from us and will not correct the problem. I've tried twice now and the computer just says "it's delivered and signed for" and says to "report it again after a week" in broken English. Save yourself the trouble and order from a different site. Cheap isn't always better. I won't waste my time with shein ever again

The stuff is cheap, that's a fact and you get what you pay for. The jewelry breaks very easily. The silverware is a bit sharp, the cheap clothing isn't always hemmed or finished to high standards. I have gotten some things that look amazing on me and that you can't find anywhere else. They have some very unusual clothing that I often get compliments on. They take about three weeks to arrive, which isn't too bad. Unlike other sites like this, as long as you go by the measurements that they list, the clothes fit. Also read the reviews, they help a lot. They have a live chat and sometimes you can get a real person, however that person is sometimes rude. They do send out replacements for missing things and accept returns. ( I never bother with returns as it's so cheap and so far) It's a legitimate site, and it's safe to use.
Friends of mine warned me not to order from Shein, but I did it anyway. I should have listen to them. My order has not been received!

I finally tried ordering some regular clothes after everyone got hyped about the quality/prices but wtf are they thinking?!
Spent $100 and am returning everything. The snap popped off one shirt, another shirt was wrong altogether, and not to mention the quality of each item was absolute garbage. I wouldn't even wear this crap around my house, the materials were scratchy, thin, transparent. No way to wear any of the Sweaters or hoodies outside without MULTIPLE LAYERS so essentially pointless clothing.
Also found out that they only cover shipping costs for the first return then after that you have to pay $7.99 per return package. What bullsh*t. I'll never be a customer again.

Sizes are off, I have about 4 shirts that are either too big or too small. I returned two in one package as their website states to do so, also since they only provided one shipping that I paid out of pocket. I received a refund back for one item not the other and of course it was the less expensive item. I've reached out to their so called customer service. You basically have to do their job. After several emails of going nowhere it was not worth the 8 dollars of the other product. The people in this company certainly do not know how to do their job. I will shop elsewhere instead of dealing with this again.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
