My package said it was delivered but came home and the package was no where to be found. We are at a rv park and it wasnt at the door like it said or at the office im pissed off because i have never had an issue like this before.
I didn't expect much because I was unsure of the website at first. I've ordered so many shirts from them and honestly I've never been disappointed. I only had one issue with shipping and it wasn't entirely their fault. If your order ships in different orders, it will sometimes show the 2nd order as delivered when the first was. I got on the app and chatted with customer service and they explained the shipping to me and I received the second part a few days later. I've NEVER ordered pants or shoes because those are items that I need to try on before I buy. I got so many cute tops and cardigans for work. I'll continue to order from them unless I have an issue but I was honestly happy with my clothes and with the customer service when I needed to speak to them. I've never tried to return anything so I really can't speak on that part.

I never received my refund. Will never, never shop Shein again. I send about 5 email regarding my refund. They responded in Chinese. Don't recommend no one to shop with Shein.

I did some shopping on SHEIN despite all the negative reviews I had read, I decided I was going to take the risk and place my order. I had found some really cute and affordable outfits and was really looking forward to receiving them in the mail. I waited and watched the tracking information, and the day my tracking info says it was delivered nothing ever came. Prior to placing my order I had read reviews on SHEIN and noticed that this is a common issue. I guess I should have trusted the reviews, but instead I got ripped off $40. I would advise not to order from this website, I'm so disappointed and disgusted.

1. They don't have a phone # for customers to call if there's a problem with their order, only a bot.
I finally found an email for them and was literally lied to about my order. Theyre forcing me to wait a full 7 daysto get a refund after my order was marked LOST by UPS!
Don't ever order from Shein - wish I have listened to my sister when she said "Don't do it!"

I have ordered from them a few times in the last months. The quality of the clothing is not the best but it isn't that bad. I have realized the shirts are way thinner in materials then they appear online. I actually love the jeans. No complaints there. The shipping does take approximately 2-3 weeks and for some reason they tend to ship one order in 2 separate packages? But all in all I don't think it is terrible. I will continue to order from them.

These people doesn't care about customers. They are quick to take your order but sneaky after they charge your card. No one to talk to.
They advertised 3pack of Bath towels for 7 dollars but when you want the bath sheet, it jumps to 22 dollars. They charged me over 90 dollars and sent me junk. I can buy 4 luxury hotel style bath sheet towels from the Bay in Canada less than 90 dollars. These people sent only 3 thin towels like a kitchen towel and when I decided to return it, they started playing games with me.All of a sudden, their complaint email doesnt work anymore and they need to send a verification code which never came.This is my first order and it's disappointing. I never knew they are very dishonest. I didn't read their reviews otherwise I will not purchase even a pin. It looks as if they don't give a rat behind what customers think and they need to be shut down. Very phony!

I have ordered the dress in November 2022 but still did not get it. The manager is not answering, sending the same phrases every day, and the dress is not even sent yet. They are refusing to return the money, or compensate for the delay - just sending one and the same copypaste phrase, asking ME to compensate for their work. What kind of work they did do, if the order is not sent yet, no talking got. Disgusting, outfall service, uncareful. Liers.

I would steer clear from purchasing anything from this Shein, I purchased and returned a product for $40 and was refunded $1.23. With no explanation as to why I wasn't provided a full refund. The product was in the original packaging, as the product did not match their details...I would never purchase from this site in the future.

My partner has been ordering from SHEIN and we're talking about almost $5,000 orders for his business, and twice now they have put him into investigation, putting his business at major loss, we have provided all the bank details of payments including his actual bank card photo and they have just cancelled all of his orders. They kept on asking for proof which we have provided multiple times and they are still not accepting it like what other f#cking proof do they bloody need?! Now that the orders are cancelled god knows when or will we ever receive our money back! We are now contacting lawyers and customs people to try and let them know what SHEIN has been doing to people and maybe put a stop on they operations. We will be filming videos on our Youtube channel so that more people will be aware of their doings. And NO, DON'T TRY TO SEND ME AUTOMATED REPLY SAYING CONTACT AGENT because we DID a hundredth times!

The customer service is terrible. I got an order worth more than $80, and the t shirts and sweater are wrong sizes, and very low quality cotton. It's worse than even Walmart! I will NEVER ever buy anything here again. And I supported it a few times!

Absolute rubbish customer service, just automated replies! Sent me wrong item, which is cheaper, they will not replace it with correct item, or refund the difference as they state I'm out of time! Also last year my husbands card was used, the bank traced it back to Shein, so be very careful as customer service will not talk to you. Chinese company, so obviously they do what they like!

This is truly a site where things are too good to be true. The quality is beneath the worst you could imagine. I shop at Walmart (Juniors' Department) regularly, and their stuff is heads and tails way better that this junk. The things that look like sweaters/sweatshirts are made of the most crude, lousy material you can imagine. It's so fake, I can't even describe what it is! Forever 21, HandM, Walmart, all of them blow away the quality of this place. And don't hope to return items--I got this stuff as a gift, and there is NO WAY to return or exchange it!

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
