I cannot even express how P.OD I am right now. I returned 2 items from 2 different orders back in Nov. 2022 when I look at my refund status on both 1 was supposed to be issued 12/6/22 and the other 12/16/22 to my original card I have been through all statements from Nov-Dec and nothing has been issued. You cannot speak to a person and the refund tab just keeps repeating the same BS It's wasn't the amount that matters one item 14.22 the other 24.99, but it's the point you cannot talk to anyone! And my statements don't lie the refund they state they issued even confirms the end of my credit card number I used. So this is all just a bunch of crap and I am done buying from this Company sad to say, because 90% of what I have purchased has been great. Just goes to show customer service goes a long long way. Good bye Shein you blew it!

We ordered a Christmas gift in 11/30 and didn't receive it until 12/20. Once the gift was given the recipient found out they didn't fit. We tried to exchange for a new size but we're told the 35 days from purchase had passed so nothing could be done. Very disappointing that we have skirts no one can wear because of size and they won't extend their return policy for Christmas as all legit stores do at the holidays. Will never order from Shein again as 21 days of the 35 days we didn't have the merchandise. We did try to exchange within 35 days of receipt.

I also got a shirt and it was incredibly itchy when it said it was really soft
Bought this baby change bag for my baby who was born last year. The first day I used it in the hospital, the zip of the main compartment broke. This was disappointing but the bag still worked and I had just had a baby so I had no time to contact Shein. A few months later, the material of the bottle compartments started coming away. This gradually became worse and worse. The stitching is now coming away from the straps. I contacted Shien and they told me I was over the 60 day period so couldn't get a replacement. I asked to be referred d to a manager and they told me I was over the 45 day period to be able to get a replacement. So there is no guarantee that their products will last more than 45 (or 60 days, I was told different information). The bag is something I wanted to be able to use for at least you 18 months and it lasted 5 months. Really disappointed and would not recommend anyone purchases this. I have attached some photos of the poor quality parts of the bag plus a photo of the bag itself.

My order was awful it wasn't what I ordered and it looked awful, it was cut bad it was a cowboy hat that was supposed to be flat, but it was curved and it wasn't even rounded in the back, it had a big cut.

I ordered a Faux leather Shacket, early January 2023, it was cheap, thin, vinyl looking, lining cheap and clingy. This was my first try and order from this company. Their policy for the first item ordered and returned is a full refund will be given back to the way you paid.I searched the policy and an email sent to me about being charged for a label sent to me, nothing disclosed about this. This company is a scam, lie to make money. Then they sent me an email regarding this, saying they refunded me all of what I paid. I ordered in November and my orders was received this January. Now im struggling to return other items as my orders came packaged on the box and the other parcel had shoes in the boxes. Now Pep store denies to accept the parcels as they say they are huge than their packaging bags.

Shien sent a notification that my package was delivered however I didn't recieve it. I placed a ticket through the app. The next day I recieved a new email from Jacob who wanted to check which pack I didn't recieve which I already indicated through that app they said something About an investigation then I will recieve my refund but I don't understand an investigation is fine but I still want my money back. This is unfair I'm being treated like a liar when ive been waiting since the 10th for my delivery. They split it in 2 packages I recieved 1 item in that pack on Jan 14th. The other pCk they say they deliverd on the 18th. I have checked there was no package. I am very dissapointed and just want my money back. I mean who would go through all this trouble if the complaint wasn't valid.

Sheins Return policy says first return on an order is free additional returns from that same order you pay 7.99. I returned 3 packages and 2 came back to me because the packages came apart. Tried to get them to send me the 7.99 label and was told I couldn't get it becuz it was already in the system to be returned with that first free label. I kept telling them the items came back to me and it wasn't my fault they kept telling me I had to pay for return shipping. The policy does not say that! Policy is misleading! I am very disappointed and unhappy!

I ordered from SHEIN over two weeks ago. I made sure I put my correct address. LSO said my address was undeliverable. I have had many packages delivered to my address. SHEIN even delivers to my address with other carriers, no problem. Its been over two weeks and I still have not received my package. LSO wont even talk to me or give me a contact to speak to to see how I can get my package. I am so frustrated at this point. SHEIN doesn't have a customer service number now way to communicate with them through the app. They say, start a live chat. But the chat is with a robot. The robot repeats the same thing over and over. My package had over 100 dollars worth of items that I needed for my upcoming birthday. Take it from me, cut your looses and don't shop with SHEIN.

First I want to tell anyone who wants to buy SHEIN items to others, be careful, if you purchase their goods as gifts it will make you feel shame when your friends open your gifts. The qulity is amazingly aweful! Second, the company made you to open their products before you give it away to check if there's anything wrong because this company doesn't have inspection dept to make sure their products is good enough for their customer. And after your friends open the gifts from you, it is too late to return they won't apologize for their poor qulity they will turn you away. Third, the customer service for this company can't resolve the issues and they can only say the same things over and over again.

I took a chance to order online again after potentially being scammed by another online clothing store called Geodolly. I ordered swimsuit, underwear, jewelry, wallet and fitness belt from Shein on 7 January 2023 and received it all today, 11 days later! I may have misjudged myself with the swimsuit and bra size but otherwise I'm surprisingly Impressed with Shein's prompt and traceable services. It has restored my faith in convenient online shopping again.Thank you!

I ordered two t-shirts in L size. Both were smaller than L should be (I am a size 10). "Return" required my account number, which I did not have. I asked "chat" to supply number, and I never received an answer. I gave up and gave the shirts to a size 6 friend. I will not buy from Shein again.

I have spent literally thousands of dollars with shein the one time I needed to return something it was over, I went to the return,refund choose to send ups, free, so they sent me a what was suppose to be a return shipping label, so I took it down to ups to send it off, dropped it got return reciept, 2 days later it came back to my house,so I called ups, they said shein sent the wrong label and has done it before, and to contact them to give correct label, I have sent about 7 emails, tried to use thier fake customer service support portal which keeps saying the same thing because it's a computer, then it will say speak with agent well there is no agent there is absolutely no way to contact them, and they refuse to respond so im stuck with an order I can't use.

After hearing great reviews from friends, I decided I would to place an order myself. The clothes are cute and look to be of decent quality, prices seem to good to be true. I picked out several items, none of them had out of stock notices. I got a confirmation and estimated shipping date. Then several days later I get an email notice from Shein that a credit had been issued and note from my cc stating they got a credit from Shein for my entire order. I never got notification from Shein that there was a problem with my order. Just that they credited my order. Hard to rate a company you did not really do business with but since I was not given the chance I would give it a minus 2.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
