I placed an order Jan 20th and and received an email with my order # and a Tracking # and have not been able to reach a customer service agent.it says I have no order but I do have my order # and they did take my money of 29.00
I just would like my order if not a refund. This co is not customer friendly it is poor. Sad that they don't have customer service to resolve delivery issues.

I placed an order on 15th December 2022. Then told that most of the items were out of stock. Requested refund to my Amex card. Still waiting for £147.37 on 27th Feb 2023. Have registered a complaint but the 'automated' customer service function on the website just sends you around in circles.

I have purchased so many items from SheIn. No complaints. You have to read the reviews to make sure you order the right size. At first my orders took weeks now they come within 10 days. This is my choice for online shopping!
Don't return any items you purchase because SHEIN refunds the payments you made to a Wallet Credit. When you use your Wallet credit SHEIN Always finds something wrong with the order and fails to process and ship your order. SheIn instead request that you prove you had credit to purchase your order. If you don't your order is canceled and that credit is returned to Shein Wallet. This problem is occurring since September 2022. I was robbed $150.00 after I placed an order. I never received the clothing I paid for but SHEIN website said items Delivered. SHEIN ROBBED ME

As stated above, I bought a shirt that I loved and looked inside the tag and it said SHEIN.I Had never even heard of them. I went on line and have purchased three large orders from them. I had zero promblems with anything. I love the cloths. I have had free returns. I shop there frequently now. If I have questions, they answer. I do not fill out surveys however I just saw someone say they had difficulty with something having to do with this company. My experience has been the best and that includes male/ female and curve women orders.
A very large selection of products. You can finally buy everything in one place and in good quality.
Horrendous customer service. I have not received my item, as they had the incorrect address down. The item has been delivered to another house. Trying to contact Shein and talk to someone is impossible. Will never order again

I ordered my package 2 weeks ago and tracked it. When my package was finally in route I was waiting and it was never delivered. I went back to the tracking number and and it says shipped and received and signed. But I can't contact anyone about my package. Horrible customer service support with no phone number

I ordered a bunch of plastic flowers and leaves etc from Shein. They looked really beautiful and natural in the photos, but in real life they look super fake - garish colours and huge "joints" where they attach to the branches. The photos are supremely well-taken - to the point that the real products disappoint. I was delighted to see that they have a returns policy, but after quickly scanning online reviews on their returns, I realised that it won't be worth the frustration. So I will keep my order and learn from this experience: you get what you pay for, and avoid Hong Kong / China-based companies like the plague.
Update: resigned to keeping my full (large) order, I found that most of the flowers and leaves work well outdoors - to be viewed at a distance. A few pieces look too fake to even be used outdoors, but the majority looks good.
THEN I left a 3 star review on Shein, and when I hit Submit, the rating automatically changed to 5 stars. Wow. So I deleted it, and reduced my star rating here from 3 to 2.

Don't be lured into thinking you're getting a really good on these products. It was a very odd experience. Ordered easily enough. Received and email saying order shipped. Waited a few days. Then had some strange, poorly written email telling me my delivery was delayed because they had been "unable to deliver to my house or that I wasn't home" (even though it's a normal house and I'm there most days). A month later nothing. Cannot contact them. Doubt anything was shipped in the first place. Whole thing smells like bull5h1t.

When a person or group of people conduct their self as a business there should exist good customer service in th event issues do arise. This is null and void no such department is found just links to give phases no communication of any sort
Customers need to start loggin complaints to State Attorney General for a CLASS Action suit due to the lack of satisfying their customers a missing order of $98.00 and search for say mention order to no avail NON Delivery Order NO. GSUN*******T7W

I received the item with the button dropped off and also wrong size. When I return, nobody contacted me for 2 weeks and I don't know what to do with the item and I could not reach anyone for help. First experience with return item is definitely not as smooth as other ecommerce retailers.

I ordered over $50 in clothing from Sheen. It never came. I wrote complaining. They told me I signed for it...I said show me my signature. Shein offered me no discount no refund. I wrote back explaining again I have no product. They offered 60% discount. I wrote back shein offered 80% discount. I did not waste my breath with a response. Shein wrote back apologized offered 100% refund. They told me it would take 3 to 5 weeks to receive. I waited patiently. Nothing came. I wrote Sheen again I told them it had been six to eight weeks I had no money. No refund nothing Sheen then replied telling me I had to wait another three to five weeks to receive refund. 6 weeks later I received $2.66. I wrote them back asking them where the rest of my money was until this date which my order was in October
2022 and this is February 2023I have not received another penny except the $2.66. They tell you they will give you a refund they LIE their customer service is horrible. I would NOT recommend SHEIN to anyone. The only thing I offer in this review is to warn you not to shop there. Ann Betz

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

Further, the items are SO CHEAP, and their return policy is so terrible, that I literally threw items out... Don't think anyone at a thrift store would even want them.
