The fabric quality is extremely cheap. It looks nice only on picture. The other items do not last long though. Wastes of time to search items on Shien.

So I need a dress for a wedding, i found one on SheIn and i ordered it, together with other products. At the end, i received all the other products, but not the main dress - in its place i received some red lingerie. The dress was obviously also the most expensive item in my order. I contacted customer service and i got this as a response - After verifying your work order GSON*******110A swdress*******390,Burgundy-S,1;, we confirmed that there were no incorrect or missing items from your package.
So I would totally not recommend buying from them because they don t care if you get the right products or not and they are not willing to solve the issue

Is the color. The pictures look so nice on their website but the product is disgustingly of poor quality and something you can find at Good Will. Why should i be surprised, it's made in China and the laborers are making their products in sweat shops. The meterial is polyester when they advertise chiffon. The sleeves are advertised as lantern sleeves but instead i got skin tight polyester sleeves. The neck line is supposed to be a high and under the chin and instead i have two pieces that meet in a V-shape. We call this bate and switch. Horrible and unethical on so many levels.

Then they wanted each item returned in its original bag. But only bar codes on the bags. Check ur first email they sent for descriptions and bar codes. Jerks. They want u to fail and not return this absolute CRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM SHEIN!

Customer service sucks. Changed the shipping address before my items shipped. This wasnt communicated with the carrier. Was lied to by a contact agent saying a request would be put in and intercept the order. Called the carrier they received no communications from SHIEN. Placed a ticket, got no valuable input or feedback. Email the dispute email and am awaiting a response. I tried rerouting it but was only allowed to holf it a facility so I likely wont get my package as the carrier wont release the order unless they are told to by SHEIN.

I've been ordering clothes from SHEIN for a couple of years now. I normally don't take time to do reviews but I do occasionally and they give you points for reviews. The points convert into money off your purchases. I just recently discovered that if you write a negative review, they remove it…which is why you would be hard pressed to find any negative reviews by customers on the site. If your review is published and other customers like it, you earn more points…so why be honest and write anything negative and have them remove your review? They say they only remove reviews if you say something inappropriate or use profanity, etc. I absolutely would never do that.I just wrote a negative review about the fabric of an item being a little cheap and ill fitting…they removed that and a couple other negative reviews. Very deceptive of the company!
And just a side note…there's literally NO customer service…you can't call…no phone support and they say there's a chat and an email support but they don't allow you to access it… it's buried deep under an endless maze of options.

SHEIN represents their prices CHEEP. The quality of every thing I've purchased was bad. Some things on their website shows that it looks all good, but when you get them the colors are a little off or the the type of materials used on it doesn't look right then what is shown on the website. SHEIN is not a trustworthy company to shop from!

I live in South Africa. I received a message on WhatsApp early this morning saying that my parcel will be delivered. I responded immediately and said that I am not at home this weekend and told them do not leave it with my roommates. The delivery service Buffalo kept calling while I'm at work. I answered and they started intimidating and threatening me saying that I will only get my parcel delivered next month.

I ordered a shirt off SHEIN and when I received it it came smelling really bad so I tried contacting but SHEIN never responded to me after months of reaching out and it was a shirt that I couldn't return so I needed to speak to someone but no one responds if they send you smelly stinky clothes so I highly recommended avoiding this website

First buying experience went down the hill. Not only the order was marked as received, but also signed "by buyer" as received. This wasn't enough for me. Ordered second time. Now fighting for 3 days over adding delivery instructions. No, they have nothing to do with third party who is responsible for delivery. No, you cannot type any delivery instructions during your purchase. Most likely it will not happen, but I wish one day they will declare bankruptcy! As for right now, I am a double looser!

Don't buy from this vendor. The material is far from the picture shown. There is no return option.
Although it seems only half price of other brand, it is not worthy to try. Even the cloth doesn't have any tag shown "SHEIN". It is like a cloth made by a "FAKE" factory. The cloth delivered from China and it took a long time to arrive.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
