The return policy establishes that it will be between 3 to 4 days. However, a month has passed and I have sent them emails following up and they have not responded. When it comes to getting paid, they are fast, but when they have to pay consumers back because they shipped defect"s products, they keep the money.
In tronto it should be shame not shein. Because i just waste my tim in long line and when i got in store they just have one Section for Man stuff and they just has swimming shorts thats it i am so sorry about wasting my time

Hi so I ordered from shein many times and they always use to use FedEx, UPS or USPS now lately there using a weird carrier SPEEDEX AIRCITY suppose to be there personal delivery why these people leave my package unattended and it was stolen 2xs they don't have a number nothing you try to get in touch with shein you practically can't and when you do finally find a way they don't give refunds without a major hard time.

I don't understand why or how my package didn't get to me, less than 5 days. I'm so upset because my sister had ordered the same exact day as me with 25+ orders of clothes and she got hers before me. I ordered about 25 outfits and got mines 7 days after. The thing is we both got free EXPRESS SHIPPING! I'm so upset and I'm going to return my whole order because it's sooo messed up. How is DHL way better than FedEx!? I asked if I were able to pick up my item from fedex but then the customer service lady had told me that it'd take 24 hours before theyd allow me to do that. I'm really upset and I need my package by today. FedEx needs to learn how to do their job, they've always worked so $#*!ty and that's why I would only prefer UPS and DHL to be sending items to my place. I probably will stop ordering stuff from shein because they don't know how to do their job properly. I don't know how I ended up getting FedEx and my sister ended up getting dhl.

Shein is a China originated company. The clothes are absolutely horrible. The material is made out of some trash plastic. How the clothes look on the models is not how they will look on you. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SERIOUSLY!

The products I'd received were just "not right." I can't put my finger on it, but I had to return everything knowing that the items would end up in a pile with the tags still on them, and never worn. The pic was cute in the catalog, but seeing them on me was another story, although I was very careful to measure myself against the chart they provided. Everything was ill-fitting. I bought 1 pant, 2 shoes, and a purse. I kept the purse but likely should have returned it as well. It was crushed at had damage. The pants were much too long and you could see the shorts inner-lining through them! It looked like you were wearing shorts under your pants to hide the panties that would show through. That was nothing like the pic in the catalog. If so, who would order something like that? It was a long wait to receive my items and they came separately (pants then shoes). Returns were prompt and hassle free. Good! You can't reach anyone by email or phone. You have to use their app that's not interactive. They MIGHT have a chat, but I didn't use it or look for it. I won't be using this company again because 4 out of 5 items I ordered were disappointing to the point I HAD to return them the same day I had received them. No doubt! The product quality is somewhere between average to poor. I've seen worse. There is a "Shady" game going on with these Chinese companies. Bait (catalog) and switch (somethin' else)! I gave them 3 stars because they returned my money without a fight, otherwise the rating would have been lower. Shein isn't the worst. But I say shop elsewhere. Buy American.

They act like it's a favor that if they over sell their products and don't ship you yours that they'll give you your money back. They act like they're being so generous that they're giving your money that is rightfully yours because the printing label never showed that they shipped their merchandise. But you better watch out because they will not refund you your taxes that they collected which I'm pretty sure is illegal because they're not going to have to pay taxes on something that they didn't sell. Also the keep their shipping fees even though they never shipped your product. This is a horrible company and most of their product is drop shipped from China and is unreliable. The clothing is cheap and not good.

Randomly canceled my order after saying it was shipped, half of it out of stock apparently. Sent 3 emails to reship which were ignored. No refund was issued until I pressed them, still waiting for it. Customer service is useless. Won't order from them again. Not worth the hassle.

I had an order delivered that was covered in some kind of fleas or bugs that I had to deal with outside of my my house. After a long process of trying to reach out to someone, we have talked for days trying to find a solution and all they could offer me for my inconvenience was 200 points which is $2, for y $40 order. I simply asked to get my money back without having to deal with the return because I didn't want to put the package inside my car and have a chance of my car getting bugs as well. I let them know someone can come to pick it up from in front of my house if they are desperate enough for it. They didn't accept any of that, by far the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They reassured me it could be an outside-of-their-faculty problem, however, it is still not my problem to figure out a solution for. I will for sure not be shopping there anymore.

The clothes are garbage and feel/look worse after you wash them. Staff only communicates through email and you never get the same person. On a related note I experienced fraud on the card used to purchase items and canceled the card because of fraud. I returned more than half the Shein items because they did not resemble the photos and were poor quality. Shein said I needed proof from my bank to verify payments and my identity so I can be refunded. Fast forward 2.5 months, my bank branch manager emailed me with proof of the Shein purchases from the already destroyed and canceled debit card along with my license. The bank showed the debit card number in the email for more validation. Shein wanted an image of the canceled debit card but this card was destroyed by the bank, due to fraud. This was also mentioned in the bank email. Sadly this information wasn't good enough and I still have not gotten my money, which is over $100.00. I will never purchase items from this company again. I also very rarely write or closer to never write bad reviews. This is the worst company and if they keep treating customers this way they will be out of business quick!

Ordered one pair of pants for me and each leg had a completely different fit. Also, ordered two toddler bathing suits and the size was completely off, contacted the company and each email they just kept asking me questions to take pics of the product, which I did with a tape measure; only for them to tell me after a month or back and forward that it was now outside of the return window. You may get cheap clothes but you also will probably buy something that will be of no use to you….

I ordered a few items for myself, my girlfriend, and my boys for a cruise. I measured my kids and ordered the exact sizes they needed. All 4 outfits came way too small. The shirts were too tight across the chest and too short. The same thing with the items for myself. I ordered a pineapple printed dress for my girlfriend and when it came it was a lemon print dress. I emailed Shein, they responded that I could keep it and they refunded me 80% of the price. I did not want that dress, nor 80% off of a lemon print dress. The other items I shipped back and was also refunded 80%. A pair of ear rings also came with one broken. They only wanted to refund the price of one earring. I will never be ordering from them again. Sizes were all off, quality is what was expected.

Don't do it! It is a complete rip off. What you get is nothing like the picture. Cheap material poorly sewed. The clothes aren't even fit to donate they are complete garbage. Just don't. Save your money.

Terrible customer service. I ordered about 70 dollars worth of clothes to have my entire order messed up! From missing items, to wrong size, to a bra literally sticking to the shein bag with adjesive tape. Fought with customer service for weeks back and forth thru email. They treated me as if I was lying even when is emailed photos and bar codes to items that were recieved and bar codes to items not received. Mind you these people have NO NUMBER you have to email everything and half the time no response at all. Didn't get my money back, didn't get clothes that were missing, nothing. Nothing for the inconvenience and complete screw up of my order. Cheap, SCAM artists is what they are. Save your money and buy elsewhere. It's come down to me having to protest the charge with my bank! Shame on shein. Never again.

There is no one and literally no way to contact a Shein customer service agent. I placed a minimal $ amount order and every item except one had to be returned because the material was so thin and cheap. Somehow they have one of my bank card details for a card not ever used with Shein and that's where they applied the refund. While waiting for my refund to post to the card I used to pay for that order- not knowing they posted it elsewhere-I placed another small order thinking I needed to spend a little more for higher quality fabrics and clothing. Well within a few hours I cancelled that order because I read reviews about Shein and decided this isn't a company I want to do business with. I never recieved a confirmation email of the canceled order. Checking the cancellation through their app at a later time it's showing refunded but I still do not have my money back and it hasn't posted to any of my other cards, like it rightfully should not but did already happen with the first order. The automated bot really sucks too and cannot resolve the issues it's customers have. There's no email, no phone number, literally no way to correspond with Shein. This is a highly sketchy company with poor, thin and cheap quality materials used. China? Child labor? Don't know but they're very sceptical in every way the public is easily able to verify! BE LEARY SHARING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IN THIS SITE.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
