Hi, I don't care wether you'll decide to respond or not I just want you guys to know I will be using the very last drop of my energy and money to spread the word in South Africa for people not to use this company anymore, it's not the first time, today I have made an order with shein order number: GSHN6E*******GB
My parcel had been split into two parts, let's start with the first, I specifically ordered two large pants LARGE and two SMALLS were sent, not even mediums, small, instead of contacting me and saying there's no stock you guys sent two small pants just to push the order through, which I had to return at my expense and my time which I've already waited two weeks for. I pray to God I get that refund.
Secondly:
As for package number two, a jacket I ordered got stuck in customs, which I've had to pay extra for sheins buffalo logistics, which I don't understand why I need to pay customs, yet even tho I did,my jacket was randomly chosen by customs and I will only receive it after weeks as stated by buffalo logistics? I have messages and screen shots of what they told me,And that's fine, it's the disrespect from shein for awarding me with 100 points = less than a dollar, for both their mistakes? This is undoubtedly unbelievable and the last time you will hear from me and a lot of people in South Africa.
I wish there is a zero rating. I ordered from Shein for the first time in December 2022 after seeing so many advertisements showing how inexpensive their merchandise is; I thought I would try them. Now it is April, and I have yet to receive my order. Every email address that I have managed to find is returned as not active. My tracking information is showing expired. At this point, it is not about the money but rather the lack of customer service and my inability to contact anyone. This is a lesson learned - cheaper does not always mean better.

I ordered a bunch of items off SHEIN! Literally one item showed up, what happened to the rest idk! I tried contacting customer service! There's only a ticketing system and you have to wait 24 hrs for then to tell you "oh have you checked your surroundings?" Another 24 for the to reply to you saying "oh have you double checked?" And then another 24 hrs for them to tell you "oh it shows this is where you package is at " my other items never showed up! Now I have to wait another 24 hr to see what they would say! This is the worst customer service experience I have ever seen period! They do not want to refund me or anything … this is sad

I ordered something for $36 for which I was never charged, however I was charged $307 and $282 for something I didn't order or recieve which left my account overdrawn and I got another charge from the bank for $29. Clearly someone got my info. Also, I do not have a paypal account and it says on the order receipt that I paid through my paypal account. Shein has nobody to talk to about any of this. Luckily, my bank will investigate and hopefully return my money

I've ordered from SHEIN 4 times, and while it's not the best quality items on the planet, I've found several cute tops and dresses for cheap and have loved the easy return policy. For my latest order, I returned 10 items in February all in one package. I received an email from SHEIN saying they received all my items and my refund would be processed soon. Next I got an email saying I was refunded for 2 items and that the other 8 items would be processed when they arrived at the warehouse. The previous email said they WERE at the warehouse. So I waited a few days and then began trying to contact an agent or submit a ticket. All I get is a chat box with a robot and there is NO button to click for "contact agent" or to "submit a ticket." They don't exist. I have over $100 in a refund that I deserve since they clearly stated they received ALL my items and 2 months have gone by with nothing. I'm pissed and will never order from SHEIN again and will continue writing and sharing bad reviews. I want a direct link from someone to submit a ticket, not steps on how to on the website because none of those buttons exist.

I bought several times in shein but this last time they put my order on hold randomly and they wanted me to send them private and personal information from my bank statements. Of which I disagree. I paid for my purchase as always and they did not send it to me. The customer service is lousy, they never answer on time. They are like machines answering without helping you

Ordered some items for my daughter. Sizes run extremely small. Tried to exchange or return. Shein has no customer service phone number or e-mail. The use a bot that does not help with the process. They say they have a live chat, but impossible to find. I would not recommend this business.

Never received my package. Shein insisted that it's successfully delivered. How can you say successfully if your customer did not received the package? Shein will NEVER REFUND your money, they don't care. So AVOID at all cost.

I'm kinda tall for a woman (5'8"), so I have to shop in the men's section, and usually, I have no issues.
I did the same here, but I heard that you had to upsize your items, so I did.
I received my items within a week; however, NONE of the items fit. I wear an US Small (Women's 5), so I ordered a 38 Large. The pants were almost 1ft from touching the top of my shoe, and they were tight; although, they're supposed to be baggy!

You better you hope you don't need anything from this company because the customer service is the worst I've ever seen next to Poshmark. I know the perception here is that the prices are good but the value proposition is terrible. The merchandise falls apart or breaks and you can find better quality merchandise at US based discount stores. It's all good here until it's not. Besides, should we really be supporting Chinese companies?!

I was satisfied with my purchases and the quality was expected for the price paid. No trouble with shipping or sizing.
Previously, I was scammed. Thought I was ordering from Shein, but obviously not. They got my money and I never received any merchandise.
This company is definitely a scam wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from Shein because I placed an order nearly a month ago and reached out several times to the company only to talk to a robot and reps through email only and each one seems to be a robot as well I've asked several times to refund me back my money and they refuse to. I was told to contact their shipping company I have several times I was told they don't have the items so I can't cancel so I basically have no product and my money was stolen...at first I purchased 3 times from them and the orders came quickly now after a month and this happens...don't order from here people they'll scam you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN, you can not reach any one from customer service. Their is no one to speak to and they do not even recognize my order number that they sent me. I bought over $100 in items and can not exchange anything that doesnt fit. The site doesnt recognize any orders that I placed but had no problem taking my money! It is awful do not let them fool you! Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
