I ordered some swim wear from Shein, i understand that i take responsability for the undelivered item as i had not filled in the address area properly, so ive updated my details and emailed shein,i chatted with them and still 1 month later am getting no where, ive contacted the delivery agents 3 times no answer, shein advised me to delete my account and start another...Erm what happens to my orders... Erm oh well maybe wait for it to turn up it will only be a few more days...7 Days later still un delivered. What a Crappy customer service...

I placed an order with Shein and never received it even though the company insists it was delivered. I checked everywhere and contacted them again and they told me they would refund my account. They never did so I called several times and no one gets back to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED with SHEIN and their customer service. Now I am out $ 107.00 dollars and nothing to show for it.

The products that I got from Sheen were very creative and had amazing quality. It was the HUD jobs in a long cardigan. The quality of cardigan was very high-quality. I love the texture of the feeling and it went well with a bodysuit. I had put it all together with some makeup of mine, and it was amazing now for the black job that I got I can wear it without my under peace and my hair could breathe during the summer time amazing 10 out of 10 Quality
Ordered 2 items and SHEIN lied and said that the delivery failed(3/4/23. Ordered one of the items again (while trying to get a refund for the past 2 items) still have not received anything 4/1/23. Customer support acts as if they don't know what I'm talking about; saying I'm probably using the wrong account. So my item in tracking is stuck in transit since the 17th. AND SHEIN IS NOT TRYING TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK. I'm not happy at ALL.

I ordered a water-resistant digital watch from Shein. It looked very good and sturdy in the picture. However, when the order arrived, I realized that the watch is very weak. Additionally, I bought a skirt that appeared strong in the picture, but upon receiving it, I discovered that the fabric is very weak. It became discolored after washing, and it fell apart, rendering it unsuitable to wear after only the third time. I will never buy from them again and will no longer trust their photos.

I Ordered from Shein back in late December early Jan. I am missing half my order. Since that time I have been constantly calling shein with almost no success in reaching someone. When I do reach someone I am told that they would investigate my situation and call me back. They also offered to redo my order and send me the three shirts I never recieved but I would still hsve to pay the shipping. Why would I pay if I never recieved in the first place with no guarantee that I would revieve it. Also according to them, I did receive the order, but the tracker shows the order was delivered to an address in Orlando. I do not live in Orlando I live in Tampa. I was never refunded my money and noome ever called me back to fix this. I will be tLking to a lawyer because Shein customer service is almost impoasible to reach and resolve.

I reached out to customer service and explained the situation, and through lack or understanding what I am saying they keep sending the same response back again, and again, telling me where to add my discount code. I received the order with two packages. I could only generate one return shipping label because it was a large order and they didn't fit in one bag. I reached out to the customer service and it's been 3 days. It's loop. I still haven't received another return shipping label. I will dispute items that I have with me. FThe qualities of customer service and clothes went down a lot compared to last year. I will not buy with them anymore.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
