I ordered some things for my wife for our holiday. 2 bikinis. A top. And a 3 piece outfit. The 3 piece outfit was abit pricey but thought well its 3 piece so yeah I'll order it. The bikinis came and the top but the 3 piece only 1 part came? So very annoyed. My wife has emailed and didn't even get a reply. So we'll take it on the chin and never order again.

Never received the items and Shein refused to replace them or provide a refund. They took my money and I have no product. They told me to track it down myself with the delivery service. This has never happened to me before. Extremely disappointing! Very bad customer service experience Shein!

I bought breast lifting tape which was so thin, a bandaid would have had more staying power. Seller refuses to do any returns or refunds, though when you review them, which I did on TRUSTPILOT they respond telling you to contact their customer service. After I asked for a return and/or refund they BLOCKED me from contacting them. I get a blanked out screen.

So I returned the couch covers I got from Shein, I had them put my refund money into my Shein wallet. I purchased a few items using the money in my wallet. I received an email stating that my purchase is on hold and needs my verification. So I click on the link and they're asking me to verify my purchase by sending a picture of my bank statement or credit card. I've been emailing customer service and they keep responding the same way, asking for unnecessary info. I'm not sending pictures of my bank statement or credit card. Neither of them would have records of this transaction because I used money from my Shein wallet. Now they're offering to refund me back to Shein wallet. So then if I use that to purchase future items, we will be dealing with the same thing. Just send my products or refund my credit card used for my original purchase. They're being extremely extra and unprofessional. I'm annoyed and about to never shop there again.

Returned a dress as way too small paid $20.28 AUD received $9.28 refund! Supposedly first return free of charge and dress never worn in perfect condition!

I have just recently started ordering from this company when I received my almost $200 order It was missing an item I reached out to customer service to receive an email saying that they did not give me the wrong item. I have the wrong dress they sent me instead of the correct dress. I'll no longer be shopping at this place or wasting my money here.

I ordered 3 tops, I then receive an email saying its on its way, then received another email confirming delivery where in fact I havent received anything.
I let them know and they now tell me it went back to the warehouse, but I have an email from Aust Post with a different tracking number saying it was delivered. Very disapointing, unprofessional and not trustworthy.

I purchased around $238 worth of clothes for a trip back in March. My phone dings says it's from DHL and my packages had been delivered open door no package check proof of delivery and I don't know who house but it ain't mine I have called DHL they tell me SHEIN has to make a phone call bc they hired them even thou they delivered to the wrong house they being the client is the ones that have to call been over a month and still no phone call package or refund! Go luck if I could have given no star I would've trash company! Do not order!

I have made 4 purchases from Shein since February. The clothing is true to size, and the wait time was so good I was able to get my black dress in time for my father in laws funeral.
They steal from young clothing designers and they mistreat there workers also they cause a lot of pollution because there fabric are biodegradable like miss gurl and there clothes aren't even good
Like they ate and left a lot crumbs
I loved their products and bought a lot
But lately their customer service is terrible
There is no one to talk to
The chat does not work, there is no phone number
Think before you buy

The products shipped to me were not anything like the pictures and there was no return label. Their customer service is non-existent. Even PayPal wouldn't help. They shipped. It was junk. It was not like the pictures and they got away with it. I have seen good products from Shein. They don't provide return labels for orders that are bad. You are taking a big risk you will get junk if you order from Shein.
There is an opportunity for another company to copy what they are doing, provide only good products, returns on all products, and real customer service. Show pictures of the actual products. This bad service will catch up with them in time.

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
