I was expecting to have my order here before mother's day. I did the express shipping like I always do. Well my order was suppose to be here between may 6-9. Well come to find out my shipment is on hold for something totally different. Then I was told it would be here May 12 by end of day nothing. Then I get in contact with the shipping company and they say I wouldn't get for another 30 days if I get it at all. I won't be shopping with them after I get this package it's a waste of time.
I never had a problem with my delivery but now that she in has speedx delivering packages this company will leave your package in front of mailbox don't come up to the door and this is the second time my package I never saw it this is not the first time they leave package downstairs this is a pubic building people like to take packages my order was a lot of money I can't reach anyone to get a refund at least

In past orders, items been missing, in wrong size, defective, bad quality, horrible non existent customer service with no way to address a problem. They freaking bargain instead of return product. Dastardly. Quality down, prices high. Local products in Walmart are cheaper and better quality. Will not buy in future because its poor quality and priced too high. Rip-off.

Ordered moss panels. The amount in the description says 10 pieces for about 18 euros. I ordered 2 sets of 10 (20 total). Only 2 sets of 2 came (4 total). That would mean that ordering a larger quantity costs more per piece than ordering single pieces separately (4.25 per piece). The quality is not terrible. I have since checked the product again, the price has now increased to 31.25 for the same set of 10. If this was an error previously, the right the to do would have been to send me (and other reviewers who have had the same exact thing happen to them) the correct amount and then change their price online. Very disappointed. This is a scam.

I am utterly upset by the customer/ delivery source they use. I have been checking their site since I ordered about two weeks ago. It said delivery date May12-15. On may 11 when I checked the tracking it Said delivered. Which was a lie because I purposely stayed home this week to see and have hopes that I receive my merchandise before my vacation next week. When I tried to do a customer complaint or even actually speak to someone it's that BS BOT system that won't even let you do anything. WHERE IS MY PAID IN FULL MERCHANDISE! I placed an order with SHEIN, and while I was semi impressed with the clothing, I did not like the shoes at all. I returned them - it took SHEIN four days to have the item picked up, it was delivered, and now I have to wait another 14 days for my refund of $23.04. I have never heard of this ludicrous return policy from anywhere else. I bought and paid for the items. As a customer, I am entitled to return any item and be reimbursed. SHEIN is using my money. Needless to say, I won't buy from them again after I receive my refund.

This place is a rip off. I ordered 5 items for a total of 40.55. Four of them are too small. In order to return I have to pay 7.99 PER ITEM so that would be 31.96. Mind as well keep the cloths that are to small. I will NEVER use them again.

I didn't receive a refund for an item that I purchased a month ago. I have tried so many times to contact customer service and all I get is a virtual agent that can't help me. It asks me if the info was useful and I say no and it says I'll try harder next time. But I need a live chat to solve my issue. The company credited a Paypal a/c. I don't have a paypall a/c. There is no way to talk to a person with this company. Once you buy, it's yours forever. I was unable to return the items I purchased. I went through their website return process several times, but the submit button was grayed out each time no matter what I did. And there was no explanation why I could not return my items. I looked and looked for a way to contact someone in the company, but the only contact is through their computer-responding chat. You cannot chat with a person. So frustrating. I will never buy from this company again.

Don't sell things that can't be returned, especially in bad shape. They literally sent me a bunch of jewelry that I can't do anything with. Missing pieces and broken right out the package. Whoever packed this stuff knows that it was damaged before they shipped it to me, and they still decide to send it smh definitely will not be ordering anything else from them. If you like just throwing away money, then go for it. I'm just not there in life.

After several successful purchases in the past, I am currently fighting for a refund after my second order was returned to sender. Shein charges at the time of your order, shipping takes 2 weeks, and then they say delivery was attempted, but it is not. Then you get the runaround through an automated "customer service" chat, and they tell you it is the shipping company's fault. Wait another week. Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
