Returned 5 items in the same package. Only refunded me for 1 article of clothing. Still waiting on the other 4 items to be refunded. In touch with customer service via email. They keep asking the same questions and Im getting nowhere, going around in circles but ultimately no full refund.
Dishonest poor customer service. Left me 100 dollars out of pocket.

Helpful customer service is nonexistent. I bought a dress. The first time I wore it the zipper split. It split three times that day before I was able to get home and change my clothes. I contacted customer service, emailing back and forth with them for over two weeks. I never received a refund. Frankly, they just didn't care.

Review points now Shein make it expired! And also not all their products totally cheap,Temu is much cheaper than them if they have the product usually. Also,Temu has good return refund policy

I ordered several items on my first purchase. I did not know this was a company in China. I received 1 of the several items I ordered and I received it quickly I did not know there were other distribution centers in the US. I emailed the company which said my order had been "delivered." I emailed them to let them know I just received 1 item. I received back a lengthy email all in CHINESE. Of course I couldn't read it! I emailed a few more tomes wanting a refund or for the other items be sent. Nothing a joke! Don't bother with this rip off company. I also had placed an order with 2 other companies from China. I bought 26 items from Temu. I did not receive them because of a shipping problem. I emailed them right away and heard back immediately from them. They offered a very fair refund and I knew they lost money but I wanted these items and they sent all 26 items at no expense to me! I had to email them about 3 times and they responded IMMEDIATELY. Wow the absolute best customer service I have ever seen in a company. Their prices were much better than Shein. I will be a life long customer but I think people need to know and also the horrible experience with Shein. If I could give them a minus 1 I would. Try Temu!

This site SUCKS

My friend and I both ordered shoes over a month ago and still have NOT received them! My friend has contacted customer service many times and keeps getting different answers! The latest one... they can only refund her 60%! Bull crap if she never even got the products! Sooo not impressed and will NEVER order from here again! NEVER!

This is not what is in the pictures they advertise. It looks like some home made stuff. I ordered 3 shirts, and two of them had totally different patterns and the material however was not horrible, but the style of the shirt is something someone much older would wear. The fabric is semi-synthetic (rayon) material. If your highly allergic I would not order from this company. Don't plan on returning and getting a refund because it won't happen. This is a China co, that has a distribution co located in the US. That should explain a lot right there. The first screen shot is what was advertised and the second pic is what I got in the mail. It's really huge. I'm 5'6 and 145 lbs and usually wear and small to medium depending on the cut of the shirt.b

I placed a order for over $80.00 and only received 5 items I'm missing the rest of my order that is over $78.00. I can't get a hold of anyone so I can report it. What few items I did get is okay but I really would like to have all the other items I paid for.

BUYER BEWARE, didnt get 90% of what I ordered and they claim parcel is the same weight as order. Customer service (or lack or service) is non existent, can only reach them on paypal, where they go around in circles trying to avoid the matter and will blame the customer. I am left without my complete order and I PAID FOR IT. AVOID

Crooks - Beware of sneaky non-refundable handling fees

Shein advertise free shipping & returns but added a £29 non-refundable "handling fee" to my order because it was more than £160.

They're extremely deceptive and underhanded. Call it what it is, a £29 shipping fee and I never would have placed the order. But instead, they added it on at the very last stage of checkout hoping that customers won't notice - which I didn't, and then won't refund. Total crooks, didn't keep a single item because the quality of their clothing is awful. Would advise anyone considering their first order to avoid, they are awful.

They suck. You "win" stuff but never actually get it. You message them with screenshots and they just keep saying our apologies. And then do nothing about it. Half the stuff is crap and not worth the price. They don't have a way to call you have to wait a whole day for one reply.

Bad experience

They sent me an email saying my package was delivered to my porch. I have cámaras around my house and was never delivered to my porch. I contacted them and they said will not do a refund. I've been trying to contact them by emails that SheIn don't answer. Bad experience and very disappointed.

The thing that I don't like about Shein is that it takes forever to get your package and it becomes delayed they don't have an actual contact number to talk to customer service with a order issue, you have to chat with them online they're always busy so you can't contact them at all and the other shipping company that they're partner with has a busy line all the time so you're not able to contact no one about where your package Shein was good until now

SheIn will charge your card and not ship or give you any information about an order that you did NOT place. The worst customer service I've ever delt with! No management to get issues resolved! Shein, I would like you to focus more on your wedding and bridesmaid department because they are trash. You need to step up your game and make good dresses. If I was a bride and I was looking for a dress I would definitely not go to Shein for one, and if you are going to make dresses then classify them in the right category. Good job trying though. Order many times before and not had problems before but my experience this time means won't order again. Recent order had missing items (it was only sent as one parcel so I'm not waiting on a second package). Parcel wasn't damaged so it means they were never packed. Contacted SHEIN about this (difficult process but managed) and they messaged back saying there was no missing items. They have basically told me I'm lying and I am now talking to my bank to sort a refund.

If your one that just figured out Shien, about how it has so many cute things that are really cheap? Don't use shien. I have seen the 5.0 star likes with 100+ reviews but they're just lying. Shein's clothes quality is bad. It's really fake. Only some things have a good texture and are true to size. 12% percent recommend
